bbxxxxxx:Una mumu never do? Atiku's daughter, Fatima Abubakar, is commissioner of health in Adamawa state. One of his daughters also got a juicy CBN job. Continue to let them fool you with mere words of mouth. I can't even believe that a Nigerian would be so gullible as to believe the words of a politician. It is not like this politician is even new on the scene. We are talking about Atiku who has been there for a long time. There are even discoveries by some American investigators that there are revenue inflow to Atiku's university. In other words, while he was VP, his school was run largely by our commonwealth. No wonder Obasanjo (in spite of not being a saint himself) called for his probe and found it hard to work with him in their second term. Una mumu still never do? |
madridsta007:Happy Sunday, my brother ![]() I don't know why our paths keep crossing. |
echodrum:Herbert Hoover was a very successful businessman before he became the president of the United States. Till today, he is still widely regarded as the worst president the United States has ever had. How do companies hire someone they never tasted? Of course by going through thier resume. If Buhari resume is place side by to Atikus resume whose resume do you think is better?Atiku has never been president before. While should I choose him when his CV shows he has no experience on the job I want to employ him for? If you want to employ an engineer, would you employ someone who has only been an assistant before and leave someone with four years experience? |
madridsta007:You are spiritually impotent ![]() The church focuses on spiritual growth and yet the average Nigerian Christian is corrupt and an opportunist. In the Early Church, the world needed only to see a believer to see Christ in him. But today, even by carrying big Bibles about, you still see the world in the average Nigerian Christian. That is why someone would steal money and think of putting some of it in church projects. |
lonelydora:Nawa o. You people call him different names. The only thing you have failed to do is use the scriptures to shut him up. And you call yourselves Christians. When Christians who are supposed to fight with the Word (the sword of the believers) resort to insults and cheap distractions, then it becomes evident that the Church is dead and needs serious revival. |
madridsta007:You are spiritually weak. How can someone build a megachurch in a country with a ridiculously high poverty rate? What is the essence? Does a church building have any worth scripturally? Building edifices in the name of building church in a country where the average Christian is very corrupt and morally bankrupt is simply a waste. Why not build the church with sound doctrines rather than build an edifice and fill it up with thousands of Christians whose service to God is more like a contract? |
neyobills:I am not saying Buhari had an excuse. You people should always try and read well. Buhari has become a god to you people that his presence and his decisions influence Atiku's presence and decisions. Atiku got there. What stopped him from making the best of it? It would be a different issue if he had not gone at all. But to get there and decide to leave simply because the incumbent is absent is akin to leaving an examinations hall simply because the person you are contesting the first position with is absent. However for the wise ones like us, we already knew long ago that Atiku would not attend any debate. He is nothing but chestbeater like many of his supporters. The old thief has nothing to offer. He wants to use Buhari to shine because as yet he is not saddled with any responsibility. Seeing that Buhari was absent, he knew he would be exposed by the other candidates because they are not in government like him and are thus not culpable. The likes of Ezekwesili and Moghalu would have used Atiku to wipe the floor. At least, Buhari attended a debate in the absence of the incumbent in 2011. Atiku too should have just attended the debate since he was already at the venue. |
neyobills:But Buhari attended in 2011 even while GEJ was absent. Atiku has no excuse. Since he was there, he should have debated. |
22brains:Dem never see anything ![]() |
Built2last:That is not his highest qualification. That is the minimum academic qualification required by law for presidential candidates. |
elegance101:Buhari till 2023. |
I swear Yorubas can be wicked ![]() Which one is Adimeru again ![]() |
SalamRushdie:How can he not? He has been bettering Atiku in every presidential contest for as long as we can remember. And even now, Atiku thinks of him as a benchmark. He would only have a debate if Buhari comes too. Without Buhari, nothing is credible as far as Atiku is concerned. |
onatisi:What makes it a childish mistake ![]() Albert Einstern had a poor memory and didn't even remember his own telephone number. His memory was so poor that he sometimes needed his train tickets to remember where he was heading. But he was a genius all the same. There are countless other examples of famous men who make your so-called childish mistakes and whose shoes you can never touch. Like I wrote earlier, it all boils down to analyzing variables rather than jumping into hasty conclusions. |
uzobaby:Which one is PHCN? PHCN has been privatized. I can't understand how Buhari would order the businessmen not to distribute electricity. The way you people swallow up some ridiculous news in this country is not only embarrassing but unimaginable. |
onatisi:You obviously didn't get my point. Since you have latched on blunders as a tool against Buhari, I can also latch on his physical condition as a tool to promote his dedication. Presidents around the world campaign but that is not an excuse to ignore the fact that campaigning and managing the affairs of the country at the same time can be tiring. Moreover, situations differ from one country to the other. A president presiding over a country ravaged by pressing national issues will find campaigning and managing these affairs much more burdensome than a president of a relatively peaceful country. It all boils down to analyzing the variables rather than drawing up hasty conclusions. |
SalamRushdie:He came with the intention not to debate. He knew Buhari would not come. He went there to pretend that he wanted to debate. Why leave? He was there already, why not just make the best of it? Why waste all the time coming in the first place? The man has nothing to offer. Buhari is way better than him. |
onatisi:Even if he makes it throughout until elections day, it wouldn't prove a thing if you considered the stress the man is going through. He has to campaign in spite of also having to manage the affairs of the country. We can even make a point that Buhari is the most dedicated president we have had. While others get there and get fat, Buhari is so concerned about getting things right that at a time his health even failed him. Look at Osinbajo too. Others get there and become fat and fresh but Buhari and Osinbajo look worse off than before they got there. |
TheGoodJoe:Don't mind them. I have said it long ago that Atiku has nothing to offer. |
onatisi:Buhari's blunder does not mean he doesn't know what he is doing. If you have any knowledge of statistics, you will know that you cannot make a conclusion without examining extraneous variables. You say Buhari made the blunder because he doesnt know what he is doing. But you forget extraneous variables such as tiredness which can make anyone (even a professor) commit blunders. If a professor teaches you for the first time and makes a blunder throughout, will you just jump into the conclusion that he is incompetent? Wouldn't you consider other variables such as tiredness or maybe sorrows at the loss of a loved one? |
onatisi:Stop being petty. You have no proof that Atiku is better than Buhari. |
jamejanev:Why should I campaign for Atiku when I am not mad? |
overall90:Smh... So, that proves what? George Bush jnr made worse blunders and he didn't make such a bad president of the United States. |
bubu2019:You people are always quick to abuse without first using your brains. Are there no Muslims in Enugu? |
starbuck:4+4 is the way, my dear. Atiku may know how to be sly like the average Nigerian politician which is why you like him, and Buhari does not communicate because he doesn't know how to pretend which is why you dislike him, but Buhari is way better than Atiku. |
OkaNaUbe:You people are making it seem like Buhari is totally ignoring ASUU. He has begged ASUU to accept his offers for now and let him deal with emergency issues like the killings by terrorists and Fulani herdsmen. He has offered ASUU something (even though it is smaller than what ASUU is demanding) but he has been more honest with them than past governments who would promise and give nothing. ASUU should accept the offer for now and let the man tackle the Fulani herdsmen menace. |
Stalwert:This is the most perfect reply I have seen yet. |
Giovanni2332:Shut up, bad belle. |
I love my Buhari. cc wiseandtrue |
overall90:Prove that Atiku is better than Buhari. |
echodrum:These were your words: I don't see how you can't differentiate between Atikus leadership from Buharia. It was with the highlighted words above that you began that particular post of yours that I first quoted. I asked for you to prove that Atiku is better than Buhari. How can you prove that a MiMi noodles that you have not tasted is better than an Indomie noodles that you have tasted? Mind you, you never said we should give Atiku a chance. Instead, you wrote that Atiku's leadership is better than Buhari's. That is a claim you cannot prove anywhere.. You people should just say you want to take a gamble by voting Atiku. Instead of making unverifiable claims about Atiku being better than Buhari. |
Am I surprised? No! I have said it before. Atiku is all talks. He has nothing to offer. As president, all he will do is give excuses. When he was boasting then that he couldn't wait for the presidential debate, I knew he was only chest beating and that he would never attend a presidential debate. |
