Actually no. Law school grading is very unusual. You are graded with you lowest grade, so;

5As-first class; 4As and 1B+ is a 2:1; 4As and 1B is a 2:2 and 4As and 1C is a pass.

Basically a 2:2 could be 5Bs and a pass could be 4As and 1C or 3As, 1B+ and 1C.

If you did not, I definitely think you should have found time to talk with the child and helped with better educating her as well as her brother. Or you could have told the parents. You can never educate kids enough from infancy when it comes to sex in this 21st century.
