I want to build a house there. The charging comes like this
Clearing 4k
Uprooting 6 palm trees 10k
Uprooting 2 bamboo and other small small roots 8k
Cutting of the uprooted trees for 3k
Shifting the trees to the boundary sides and clearing for work to start 12k
Total 37k

Good morning house, I am being charged 40k for clearing, uprooting, cutting and shifting of the uprooted trees.
Do you think it's fair?
The trees consists of 6 palm trees and 2 bamboo tress.

The iron handle has nothing to do with its safety cos it's attached to the plastic.
My problem with this is the heat loss since it's not thermoplastic and lack of thermostat. A lot of energy will be lost during and after heating.
