I don't live in the North. I said that already. I think it's important to keep things in perspective and to stop labeling everyone in the North that has a different opinion a terrorist. It isn't right. Should everyone in the Niger Delta be labelled a militant because of MEND? How many other tribes laughed at the Igbo when they were crying out about human rights violations during the Biafran war?

Ahmed, if you met most of the Igbos on this thread and told them you were from the North, they wouldn't trust you and would start thinking that you are a terrorist. You might not even be Muslim, but the tribalism and hatred for the North and South West has gotten that bad.

What should I do?

I don't like the Nigerian police and I live in a safe area. Imagine living in the North where the crazed police and military have unlimited power. Look at them wrong in Lagos and you might end up in a bad way. I wonder what would happen in Borno?

There are a lot of people hurting in the North that we never hear about. It is easy to call everyone who doesn't love GEJ Boko Haram when you live far away from the danger.
