Oga mi, is it the peels of groundnuts that will now make you belle full?

Is it okay to eat groundnut without peeling it. I have always peeled groundnuts before taking them time immemorial. I meant the fried or basked ones and not the cooked ones. Am I losing certain nutrients because the guy who eats its own unpeeled said so?
Do you eat yours peeled or unpeeled?

cos, neither do I take breakfast but I consider myself healthy...I dont fall sick and I am quite energetic, I only engage in water therapy in replacement of breakfast. I only want to affirm that singular fact whether skipping breakfast correlates with the human health.

my mum slept in the Lord in my hands. She stretched and I couldn't prevent her from leaving my hands, she just have to lay down flat. I was praying for her and her lips was just moving saying 'amin' It was late at night, virtually all hospitals and PHC were already closed. On coming back, the street gate was closed and on getting to her the next morning, her body was stiff and cold.

you can get the best education whether you pay 20,000 or 200,000 or 2,000 000 per annum. Its all bother on personal doggedness, development and tenacity. Some need to be spoonfed, some need to be coerced either implicitly or explicitly before they can get or take in quality education while some are self motivated and just pant after knowledge by all means. That's why good successes smile to people irrespective of their background.
Bottom line is that, if you have the means or the wherewithal pay for the best education and not having sufficient resources should never be an excuse for not having the best education.

lots of embarrassment, I think language or grammar ought not to trouble us as correct pronunciation doesn't really matter, what matters the most is efficient communication. We have the US, Austria and British pronunciations so why should we be bothered with lots of rules and seemingly inconsistencies inherent in language.
