Christianity EtcRe: I Entered Mountain Of Fire And Saw POS Machine. by bong4(m): 6:47pm On Jun 15, 2017
Zither:
Yes, of course. We Christians don't need boats or ships because we can walk on water like Jesus did, we don't need to ferment wine when we can turn water to wine, we can call down fire from heaven on anyone who pisses us or interrupts our favourite sports programme, we don't die because after three days we rise again, we don't need medicine when down with sickness because Christ has healed us so begone with your tablets and prescriptions; my faith is all I need. Who needs to save money in a bank when we have treasures stored up in heaven for us. Spits. No bank on earth will have my penny. And yes, you're right. We Christians don't need all these modern technological advancement in the church. They are all useless. The Apostles of old did not use POS or microphones or cars or the internet or planes or bikes so the church today don't need them. We should do everything manually. Technology and science are useless to preachers and the church - oh ye of little faith. Thank you for reading.

Lest I be accused of plagiarism I would like to appreciate Akitom and durentchigozie for these words of wisdom that will echo through time and timelessness. I hope Christians see the futility of taking advantage of technological and scientific advancement in religious setting through their infantile, sorry, inspiring argument. Claps for them
God bless you jaare...i wonder how the use of pos will increase or reduce the offerring or tithe. All these boko haram christians.

Nigerians are generally good. I have been drumming it into the ears of my people that those marginalising us are not outsiders but our brothers in politics.
For the past 18 years every state and LGA is run by her own citizens but we got nothing but mass looting to show for it.
The politicians only remember their tribes when they are schemed out by their counterparts and then start shouting marginlisation. None of the serving gorvernors or Lga chairmen will talk of marginalisation until they are out o f office. Those being marginalised are just me and you, the ordinary citizens, wether you are from the east, west, north or south.
Breaking up is no solution to our problem.
You are the kind of Nigerian i want to meet one day. Statemanship at its best. God bless you.

trust Nigerians with kindness,I stand with one Nigerians devoid of marginalization of any tribe but equality among all tribes in political appointments and infrastructural development.
If you check the list of the contributors, you will discover that it consists of the ordinary Nigerian who is even thriving to make ends meet. Devoid of all differences, we can come together and achieve a common goal. If only we refuse to be separated by politicians, religious and ethnic bigots. On this day of National Unity (June 12), i stand to say, "Nigeria is better as ONE country".

This is small compared to the tyranny that will happen if biafra succeeds. Ever listened to rafio biafra co-ordinator talk? South Sudan will be a joke. They should channel their grieviances to the south eadt leaders instead of disturbing the rest of Nigeria. Hope they can see Mao Ohuabunwa is one of those agitating for fuel price increase. Agitation for biafra should start in front of his house.

They spent so much time in Gods presence and Nigeria is still like this? Hmmmmm
My dear i tire oooo. Many of those that spend such long hours in the church are the leaders we have today yet no meaningful impact on the nation.
People think the Presence of God is about staying long hours in church.
If our body is the Temple of God, then it implies that the Presence of God should be with us everywhere, everyday, all the time.

The prophet Mohammad beheaded over 700 Jews in one night. That same day, he slept with a woman after beheading her husband and father.

How Jesus and Mohammad treated women.

*Mary Magdalene washed his feet with perfume and her hair in show of appreciation

*Women wept during his trial and crucifixion
*Women wept at his grave due to love for him
*He said men should love their wives
*A woman was the first to hear of his resurrection

*He married the wife of his adopted son after seeing her unclothedness and desiring her
*He married his first wife, a 40yr old widow when he was 25
* He Married 11 wives and use to sleep with them all in one night
*He wore women's clothes grin
*He ordered the stoning of a woman
*Says a woman's testimony is worth half of a man's testimony
*Says 3 things spoil prayers - a donkey, a black dog and a woman

Car TalkRe: 2003 Murano: A Dilemma by bong4(m): 11:49am On Oct 09, 2016
deathwing:
Hey guys.

I got a Golf 3 last year (Ikenna's response to my question about a necessity for a car set my mind on it, Bless your soul), learned to drive in it, and currently enjoying the hell out of it. I do pre-emptive maintenance every now and then to keep it in top shape.

But I've recently been offered a free 2003 Murano from a close relative because he doesn't want to sell it.

I respectfully voiced my concerns about the gearbox issues that I've heard so much about(The whole engine oil thingy), and he told me his car is perfect. And that he only repairs it with accredited car shops. He has another newer Camry he's been favoring for years, so he doesn't rock the Murano as much as he used to. The car still looks awesome though.

I don't want to use my mind to spoil this gift, because a 2003 SUV is better than a 1996 hatchback (I think), and I want to see this offer as a blessing, especially in this recession.

What do you guys think? Any 2003 Murano owners here? What has been your experience with the car as regards maintenance and reliability? Please provide details of maintenance costs if you can. Thanks guys!
Bros, abeg naa. You scared me with the bolded. I had to go and check up.

Going to school nowadays are not to get certificate but to defend what you carry. ..in this thread I shall be disscusing some major point not to go to private institutions such as poly or uni.

1) there fee are high that it takes the rich alone to be there or maybe your parents are also having some helpers such younger brothers, sisters, uncle,or any relatives..Compared to federal or state institutions some federal institutions are paying #20,000 as school fee and I trust my self if I keep up with my importation biz I can pay my school fee even without letting my Parent to know.

2)promoting them whether do test or fail a single paper no carry over nothing because they can't pay a very huge amount of money and still fail them is rubbish come and do such in OAU if you're not serious you will go back home

3)not able to defend their result, you cannot expect school that has no competition to know book because when you are busy reading hard in public institutions to maintain your slut in the department you vouch For chai if they bring their overall best from private Institution them no fit defeat you because you spending most of your time reading all ways and not to be rusticated from school private cannot match US... My guys in Angola and awo hostel can testify to it..

4)if you are going to private just know in your heart that your issue of getting employed is base on I sabi person or I go work for papa company because I have seen a situation that a girl has a certificate from one private poly in southwest I will not mention name of the school this girl was dismiss when she can't write a good application letter,i was dissapointed in me because if people are talking about school she will also be talking..and also public certificate are well recognized than private. .it is very hard for private ond student to do direct entry to public institutions even hnd in public institutions is very hard for private to be admitted.

5)they don't do post utme they buy space in the school admission and become there student, by so doing I believe they are dull if you are not dull why not go and compete with your mate In federal poly or uni because the idea of people saying that they was denied admission that was the main reason they went to private but if you know the formula you will not be denied admission and the formula is this you scored 185 in utme and you chose unn or some other mighty schools in Nigeria and still put medicine and surgery as course oga no waste your time and money na come back next year be that but if you change your institution and course plus hardwork in reading it will Surely

Add yours if you agree and quote me wrong if you are a victim of private institution grin
OP, those who live in glass houses don't throw stones. You just embarrassed yourself with the highlighted phrases above and pitifully dragged OAU into your mud. This your write up should be titled, "Bad english from a Public University Student". The way you are even repeating, "private, private", one will think you are referring to something else. I finished from UNN, did my Masters in FUTA and now work in OAU but i will also commend the efforts of some private universities.

Nigerians should wake and know that whst we are battling with now is no longer corruption but CHARACTER DEFECT.
Christianity EtcRe: Let's Discuss About Indecent Dressing To Church by bong4(m): 11:19am On Apr 10, 2016
As much as wearing indecent clothes to church should be condemned, it shouldn't be restricted to the church or holy grounds only. Christians especially are called to be the salt of the earth and light of the world. The world is our pulpit and platform and not just the church. People should be descent in their dressing ALWAYS. All these sagging and leggings (worn by men) and tattoo etc should be discouraged. God is not just in the church, He is everywhere.
