Stuffs you think when you become uncontrollably addicted to sex.

I am just sick and tired of all these relationship advisers who think that one thing is more important than the other in a relationship or marriage.

After sex then what?

It is girls with this mentality that are sold on their idea that "Sex Would Make Him Stay".

I know that making love is an important part of a happy marriage. It also has many health benefits but this girl's approach no be am. She sounds like she's got all the experience.

Won't be surprised if you tell me that she is a baby mama.

Adeola Fayehun of Sahara Reporters have been forced to bring her popular weekly show Keeping It Real, to an abrupt end after the backlash she received all over Africa after her encounter with Mugabe during the May 29th Presidential inauguration.

I confess, I will really miss her show even though I hated the way she attacked GEJ in some of her episodes, but It's still a good show and I have learned a lot about what goes on in some African countries and the world in general.

Wishing her success in her next project.

WebmastersRe: Is It Possible To Build A World Class Website Without Using CSS?? by bosunjohns(m): 5:38pm On Jun 14, 2015
CreativeWeb:
What? That css is uninteresting to you? Guy, you are missing something so sexxy. Css is so sexxy.

Look, in web design and development, html and css are MUST. You can build 101 websites without javascript, but you cannot build a single website without css. It will look horible.

See, HTML is the blocks, cement, plastering and roofing.

CSS is the painting, interior decoration and flowering.

JAVASCRIPT is your ability to close the doors of the house without much effort, start the generator automatically when nepa takes light and makes the room's wall colour to change from green to yellow when anyone touches the wall.

PHP is your ability to have the walls repainted when they are worn out without you reapeating everything. It is your ability to replace the furniture without the initial burden.

Lol

So, in web designing, you start from html >> css >> js/jq >>php/mysql >> wp/jm/dp/etc >> whatever like ruby, python, node.js, angular.js, etc.

So bro, you need css madly. Without css, websites will look bony and terrible.

source : http://www.roviarsguide.com/website-design/5-ways-to-make-people-love-your-website

Making people fall in love with your site all boils down to the design mechanism of your site. How your website is designed affects the way people get to appreciate your website. below i’ll discuss a few tips you can apply to your website to make people love your website.

Before i go into the details, for those of familiar with web analytics. I’m sure you are familiar with your website’s “bounce rate”. The bounce rate is a percentage that signifies users interactions with your website. The higher the bounce rate, the lower the user interaction on your website. thus the Tips…

1. Have an eye catching web design
It has been proven in many situations that a simple design website are the most eye-catching. Take websites of bigger brands as an example, like nairaland. By visiting their site, you’ll see clean, simple and sleek design; still the web design is attractive and pulls the users towards it. If you keep the design of the website clean & simple then it provides the visitors the much needed time and space to explore the site. The will naturally inclined towards the website, if its design is aesthetically pleasant.

2. Enhance the personality of your site
Even if your site’s design is simple, that doesn’t mean it should be crude and boring.Instead you should attach your brand and company’s personality in the site. Use the right colours that represent the face of your brand and create content on every page that goes well with your brand

3. Your Web content should engage your visitors
Your web contents should be engaging, ask your visitors to comment on your post…if they comment be sure to reply. This shows you respect their opinion and they’ll love you for it.

4. Give Importance to Photos, Videos and Heading
Avoid keeping huge blocks of content on any web page instead you should break the page up into small pieces. Proper placement of heading and sub headings is quite important to Free your Web Content, and you can also try to keep the same font type on every web page. Add relevant images and videos to attract the visitors and to keep them glued to your website.

5. Do not send Spam mails.
.
Everyone hates spam mails….I HATE SPAM MAILS!! Even if your webmails are spammed, notify your newsletter subscribers….this shows you show genuine concern for them.

Do you have any other tip to share with us? i would love to see your comments!! thanks for reading!! cool cool

WebmastersRe: Big List Of Backlinks For Your Website by bosunjohns(m): 3:01pm On Jun 12, 2015
oteneaaron:
In this post I’ll show you how to get some top quality back links (a hyper link from one site to another) from a variety of different sources, each source is completely unique and I hope to give you a little insight into some of the methods you can use to create back links . When linking to your website you should always try to focus the links using your keywords in the anchor text of the link if it’s possible.
1) Google Profiles The big G allows you to create your very own profile page on Google.com, use the link and create your own profile page, add a picture and some text about yourself and then add a few links to your websites. Save the page and your done.

2) MSN Articles Msn is updated everyday with news and articles on just about every subject you can think of, to get a backlink you just need to comment on an article leaving behind your thoughts, name & website link.

3) Yahoo Answers Yahoo answers takes a little bit of work initially before you can get your links on their site but once you have done this first bit of work your ready to reap the rewards. Just create a yahoo account, help others by answering questions, once you have answered about 10-20 questions you will be able to add link in your responses.

4) Godaddy I’m sure you’ve heard of GoDaddy ? but I bet you didn’t know you can use the website to get backlinks to your website. All you need to do is visit the site and watch at least one of Bob Parsons videos. At the end of the video you can leave a creative comment and include a link to your website.

5) Free-Web-Submission.com/Blog Yes! You can get a back link from this website and lots of their other pages too. All you need to do is leave a comment at the end of the article where it says “comments”.

WebmastersRe: 4 Tips To Get Adsense Approval Fast-2015 by bosunjohns(m): 1:01pm On Jun 12, 2015
oteneaaron:
source: http://www.roviarsguide.com/adsense/4-tips-to-get-adsense-approval-fast

Many people today think that getting Adsense approval is very difficult and requires you to have a “great site”, with lots of visitors to achieve. But it’s good to be realistic; they are certain guideline’s or “know-how” rules your website or blog has to pass for you to get Adsense approval.
Now I will give you 4 great tips and tricks to have get Adsense approval fast within 3 days!!!

4 great tips to get Adsense approval Fast!!

1. Design

Let’s start with the structure of your website, webpage or blog. It is important to have a clean and easy to read template/theme.
What I recommend is to have a white background and the letter text black or dark gray. This will go easy on the eyes of your readers.
Have a header with a menu where the pages or categories will show.In the sidebar, it is good to place recent entries, if possible with a thumbnail (small picture to preview), then a widget to search and if you want links to your web site categories.
Use a minimalist theme that loads easily… Remember Google loves speed!! (learn more about website speed:https://www.nairaland.com/2343465/top-4ways-increase-website-speed#34260867)
It is essential to know that been simple always wins. The Google team aren't looking to be wowed by your website’s beauty; they want your content to load quickly and be easily accessible.

Which brings us to the second point…

2. Pages.

I think this is one of the most important parts. You essentially need to create 3 pages:

-Privacy policy:
This is one of the most common mistakes that every Blogger makes and they do this many times before approval. Although there are people out there that say they have a privacy policy for a blog does not make sense, but they are wrong.
A Privacy policy actually describes to your readers about what they’re getting into your blog, what to do and what should not. So obviously, there’s nothing wrong with having a privacy policy. It shows Google that you value your visitors privacy and will tell them(your visitors) how you will do that. You can write or find the Privacy Policy Generated online (do not need a lawyer anyway).

– About page
Most people have agreed that having an “about” page has greater role and is an important step to get your Adsense approval fast. This will not only help establish a relationship with readers, but it will also make them trust you. Also, write your name and address through which you are applying for the Adsense account.

– “contact us” page.
Clearly, everyone has their own opinion. What one of your readers likes can be annoying for someone else. So it is better to give them the opportunity to talk to you and tell you how they feel about your blog, what they want to be released, what they like or hate.
It will also show the Google Adsense team that your site that really cares about its readers and not only about money and Adsense.

3. Use a Top Level Domain

Basically there are two types of Domains: Internet Top-level domains and Sub Domains.

Some Top-level domains are .com, .net, .org, .info, .me, .gov. Top-level country domains are .ng for Nigeria, .us for United States, .uk for United Kingdom, etc. Sub-domains are ..com ,.tumblr.com, ., etc. It is most important thing to use top-level domain because they help you to increase your site traffic and that can also help you to get Google adsense approval. Although you can use your blogger adsense for your sub-domain, it is always best to work with a top-level domain (you don’t need to break a bank!)
Another important thing about domain is the age of your blog. Because for most countries, Adsense has an age limit. No blog’s age below 6 months has ever been approved.(i might be wrong though!)

4. Content

Clearly you need good content to be approved by AdSense, but the question is how many articles do you need to apply for adsense?
There is no exact answer. Because I’ve seen many established blogs with 400+ articles and Google Adsense keeps rejecting them, while some people with 40-50 posts are enjoying the Adsense program making money. As I said there is no real answer. However, we can always predict things. In my experience, it should only apply after you more than 70 unique articles. Please make sure these are are articles you wrote yourself (unique), you can post articles from other website’s whilst giving due credit, but the large chunk of articles should be your intellectual property.

Also dear readers, please remember that your reason for having a blog should not only be because you want to display adverts on your site, but mainly because you want you readers to enjoy the information you are offering them. Be original, be realistic, be friendly and your visitors will love your website for that. And when you eventually decide to host Adsense on your website, these your loyal visistors will like click on some ads on your website.

Blog because your love your readers, not because you want to display Ads.

I can sure assure you that following these 4 points will help you get Adsense approval fast within 3 working days!!!!

Any comments? I would love to hear from you!!

InvestmentRe: Steps To Owning A Pharmacy In Nigeria by bosunjohns(m): 6:28pm On Jun 03, 2015
PMIcon:
Just to share some important but brief points on owning a RETAIL Pharmacy.

What Is Retail Pharmacy?

Well it is a Pharmacy that sells drugs in retails basically. They are of two types: one is hospital Pharmacy and the second is what is called Community Pharmacy. The second one represents the usual pharmacies you see around outside the hospital premises and they are what most people call Pharmacy. That's the one I'm talking about here too.

Okay, now that we understand what this is about, what are the basic steps required to own a Pharmacy in Nigeria?

1. You must either be a Fully Registered Pharmacist or your partner with one. Technically, only a Pharmacist can own a Pharmacy in Nigeria. Non Pharmacists can however deal in Wholesale though you will still need a Superintendent Pharmacist to register the Pharmacy with the Pharmacists Council (PCN)

If you are not a Pharmacist and you are serious (+ you have your money) I can help you get one.

2. Register your company with Corporate Affairs Commission You will need some of the documents here later. One warning I must give you is that the Pharmacist must have like 60% shares in the company otherwise you may not be able to proceed later. Your forms must be clear about who owns the Pharmacy (the Pharmacist) and who is/ are the other Director(s)

60%?! So why border then?/b]

Well you should have done your feasibility studies before investing. What I can tell you is that if you have a good location you ( with your 40%) can make more money in the long run than many other retail businesses. Imagine a single Pharmacy making sales (I didn't say profit) of 1million in just one day. This is not common though; it can only happen with excellent locations and great customer service. What is commoner is 300k-500k/day in moderately good locations. You can attest to the fact that this is not bad sales volume though. It's all about location and management skills. Some Pharmacies close down mostly because of bad location and poor management (they think they don't need expert advice- especially true for pharmacists- and end up wasting their investment)

3. [b] Get a business premises (store)

Great if you have your own store but if not, you need to find a way of tying down the location to go through the process of approval

4. [b] Employ A Superintendent Pharmacist if you are not a Pharmacist [b]

To save yourself from stress, experience tells me you better let your Superintendent Pharmacist be the same as the Pharmacist who is your partner. The payment for this role is however different. In fact, it's in two phases: you will pay for the License to register the Pharmacy with PCN and then the monthly salary based on agreement.

It is the Superintendent Pharmacist that will register the Pharmacy with PCN.

The following are the necessary steps to be taken with the assistance of the Superintendent Pharmacist (SP from now)

a) Location Inspection:
>The SP writes the PCN Registrar through the state office requesting for inspection location.
>Payment is then made to the bank. The SP should find out current charge from your state PCN office.

I will advise you start this process around June or early in December or seek local advice through the SP from the state PCN office (better)
It's not yet a good system they are running at PCN.

b. Collect and fill necessary forms and return them to the PCN office

**The reason I said to start the process in December is that they plan for inspection the following year then so you can be among the first to be inspected in your own area (not always so anyway... lots of politics)
June because it may take 6months or more to complete the process. It can save you paying for License twice before starting real business. This is not full proof. You can't be so sure how fast or slow the process will be as at now. Maybe Buhari's administration will help solve making simple processes in Nigeria so complicated.**

c. Set Up The Premises but DON'T STOCK YET!
Once your location is approved, you may be asked to start setting up the Premises for business. You should be given some requirements- things to put in place like your shelves, fire extinguisher, Pharmacist office, A/C, Poison Box and some books. You may be asked to pay some fees at this stage to collect the requirements. The current client was asked to pay N3,000

d. Apply for Registration of Pharmacy Premises
Your premises will be inspected to see if you met the requirements and you will also be asked to pay for the license and registration.
The SP is the one that is involved in all this. In fact, PCN doesn't want to deal with you if you are not a Pharmacist. You don't even need to be there during all the inspections. Only the SP and the Pharmacist on the Board of Directors (if different) are expected to be seen.
e. Once Registered you should receive a copy of all the documents and then go ahead with stocking and business proper.

But bear in mind that each years registration ends December. If you start too early and the inspection was made, and you commence the next step, you may need to pay for registration of premises twice before commencing real business. But like I said, the process is not so predictable. Prepare for 6-8months.
This also means ( if the SP is not the same as the Pharmacist on BoD) you need to be ready to be paying the Pharmacist some "salary" to "tie her/him down" till the process is completed otherwise the SP may not be available for the inspections.

The short cut to all these is to buy a Pharmacy put on sale when you are ready but it comes with its own challenges too.
I'll stop here for now. I hope this will be of help to someone out there.
grin
WebmastersRe: 8 Things I Wish I’d Known When I Started As A Web Developer by bosunjohns(m): 4:17pm On Jun 03, 2015
May19:
I have been in web development for more than five years and it’s been quite a journey — trying out different technologies and experimenting with different styles. I’ve been successful at times, but I’ve also had my fair share of disappointment. In this post, I’m going to talk about certain realizations I’ve had over the course of my life as a web developer, with the hope you can learn from my mistakes.

1.Write Clean Code
The first thing you realize when you start making large applications is that a huge amount of time is required for debugging. Often, you’ll spend more time debugging than writing new code.

In such a situation, it’s highly important you write properly indented and commented code, which adheres to best practices. Imagine you have hundreds of lines of code, and you have no idea what’s causing a small bug. What’s worse is that if you write unreadable code, you’ll probably fail to understand what each snippet does after some time. Are you sure you want to go down that path? Here are some tips to make writing clean code easier.

2.Language first, framework later
People often first learn the tricks of a framework, and then move on to the language. That’s actually not the right way to go.

The popularity of Django can be attributed to the strengths of Python — so it’s important that you get comfortable with Python before trying out Django and not the other way round.

The simple reason here is that if you know about the underlying language, it helps you understand how the framework works. If you have no idea about the trades of a a language, there is no way you will understand why something is done a certain way in the framework.

3.Learn JavaScript, not jQuery
Getting a bit more specific than the idea raised above, I would like to give special emphasis to JavaScript, which is the most accessible language in the world. Any device with a browser is capable of running a JavaScript application.

The mistake that young developers often make is to “learn jQuery”. Questions like these on Quora suggest that jQuery is a very popular option among people who have no idea how the underlying JavaScript works!

jQuery is just a set of wrapper functions written over JavaScript and the only reason people prefer jQuery is because of the fewer number of lines of code required. However, recent versions of JavaScript (or ECMAScript as it is originally known as) have made the syntax more user friendly, making many jQuery functions obsolete.

I am not saying using jQuery is wrong. I am just telling you to follow the correct learning path. If you have no idea about closures and namespaces in JavaScript, how would you explain the use of “$” in jQuery?

4.Don’t just read, implement
I’ve often seen developers read through tutorials or sometimes even whole books without anything much to show for it. However, my biggest concern is how much would you retain if you just read?

If you want to learn Ruby on Rails, try to develop a small application as you are going through the documentation or a set of tutorials. If you want to try the MEAN stack, get it running in your local machine and explore the different options — that’s the best way to learn!

5.Jack of all trades, Master of one
It’s good to explore new technologies, but one must remember to stick to one for most purposes. It’s always tempting for beginners to learn multiple languages at the same time, but it’s advisable to stick to one until you develop a certain level of mastery over it.

Once you have a go-to language for your day-to-day needs, you can move on to new ones. You may also changed your preferred language in this process, but attempting to master one before you move on to others is often a wise decision. Here’s some advice for choosing which one to start with.

6.Learn version control
In today’s world, it’s very rare that you work on a project alone. To collaborate with others, you need to learn something called version control!

Developers usually don’t dive into version control until they absolutely need to do so. However, as version control is necessary to work in a team, it’s a good idea to understand how it works and the basic commands that get you started early on.

7.Learn from the work of others
Mastering a technology on your own is great, but sometimes you learn a lot by just looking at the code of others. Be it your colleagues or random tutorials on the internet, try to find why someone approaches a problem in a certain way — and ask questions if necessary.

It’s also important for developers to realize that it’s impossible to know everything, but the knowledge is out there — you just need to Google it. As a beginner, if you’re stuck there is high probability that someone like you had the same problem in the past and the solution is somewhere out there in the internet (this often happens to the veterans too!)

8.Ask for code reviews (and enjoy them!)
Over the years, code reviews have immensely improved my programming skills. Proper code reviews take time on the part of the reviewer, so you should always ask others to review what you have written — your peers as well as mentors. It helps expose loopholes in your approach, and makes you learn. If you find someone who genuinely takes interest in reviewing your code, take their reviews seriously. Here’s a look at an advanced way to code review.

Lastly, never take code reviews personally. Code is like art — it’s difficult when someone points out errors in what you have created, but code reviews can only make you better — provided you take them the right way!

WebmastersRe: My Advice To All Nigerian Developers by bosunjohns(m): 5:46pm On Jun 02, 2015
winexviv:
I have been a developer since 2008 and have met so many clients for different reasons. Most of the projects they outsource to local developers either get abandoned in the process or don't get used in the long run. They believe in outsourcing to foreign developers for very serious projects

My Indian friend who is among the team that built Finacle (software used in most banks in Nigeria) keeps telling me that Nigerians are lazy, but I know he is wrong in that. We are just too busy with many things and achieve very little.

In the course 7 years of active development I have left to do front end, back end and graphics design on my own, which makes me to do all projects alone. The country made it so but I know it is very wrong. Of late I discovered that my strength is in UX and UI design and not backend. My designs are always mind blowing.

Because of lack of specialisation, clients tends to price us low. Since many others claims to do all same things even cheaper.

If we as developers discovers our strength and perfects on it, then share projects with other talents, I believe that clients will be glad to pay us high knowing that his/her projects are handled by different experts and will deliver in due time with full project documentation.

I also noticed that only very few developers follow the due process in Web development. Product research -» user experience research -» wireframes -» User Interface design-» coding backend-» optimisation and launching. We are fund of jumping process and doing things anyhow.

I charge clients high for projects now because I do the needful. I will encourage us developers to improve on our strengths, extend jobs for other experts to do their part to get a perfect product in time. With this, you can confidently bill clients several millions for projects and they will be glad to pay.

Always improve continuously. It pays. And also endeavour to save more money, it helps your bargaining power when you know you are not near broke.

WebmastersRe: Top 4ways To Increase Your Website Speed. by bosunjohns(m): 9:15pm On May 30, 2015

source:http://www.roviarsguide.com/website-design/top-4-ways-to-increase-your-website-speed

On the Internet, everything goes very fast. We all like to visit websites that load very quickly, especially when accessing from a mobile device. It costs a lot to attract visitors to your site; but then your visitors leave without having to see what you have to offer. A slow website can make you lose many customers and therefore money.

But it’s not just a matter of usability. For Google’s algorithm, speed is everything!!! An important part of SEO work on a project is to optimize the loading speed. To facilitate our work, Google provides us PageSpeed Insights a tool that lets us know the speed at which load our website and we implement these solutions to optimize our website.

How to increase the speed of your website.

The first thing you have to do to analyze our website is going to PageSpeed Insights page and enter the URL of our site. Google will analyze and tell us how fast the page is. In this post we’ve done a test with the website– Konga.com

The PageSpeed Insights gives a score between 0 and 100 on the loading speed for both mobile and computer.

Less than or equal to 60 tells us that the page is quite slow and you have to solve at least the most serious problems

If the score is between 60-80 our website is fast, but can be improved.

More than 80 would be a very acceptable speed load.

As shown in the example of the website of Konga.com the test result is 45 and 56 in the mobile version and desktop version respectively. These results are quite low and the website needs to be optimized.

PageSpeed for SEO

Google Page Speed gives the advice needed to optimize our website. Depending on the importance of change we need, Google tells us the elements that “must fix” marked in red and less important items marked in yellow that “should ask yourself correct.” It also talks about the elements that are optimized. At least we have to solve marked in red.

In each of the elements analyzed, PageSpeed shows a link with tips to correct these issues.

Basically PageSpeed analyzes server items that affect the speed of loading and aspects of the page that can slow down our website.

After Studying Google’s Pagespeed extensively, we came up with 4 ways to increase your website speed.

1.Specifying the browser cache:

With the cache we tell the browser not to ask again static files, such as images that have been downloaded, making user navigation is much faster by not having to redo the same requests to the server.

2.Server response time:

Your hosting company’s server loading time can affect the speed of your website. So Google takes this point in high consideration. It would require a study of both the application and the server to improve server response.

2.Image optimization:

It is one of the elements that affect the speed of a web. A website often has many images and if you add the weight of each will see that at the end we are talking about several megabytes. The more we can optimize images without losing quality the higher the increase in our website speed.

3. Java-scripts that block the loading of the page:

Some plugins or scripts that install on our websites use java-scripts are not always good because they are damaged or because they are very slow load block web until they are executed, so these java-scripts make our website load more slowly. We must detect and avoid this script.

4. JavaScript and CSS compress files

The fewer files that are downloaded, the fewer the requests to the server and this will make faster download speeds. The idea is to unify all java-script files into one and another and compress CSS.

In the analysis of the mobile version, google analyses the following factors to measure your website speed:

-Font size
-Button size
-Adapting the content of the graphic display
-using plugins that hinder the use of mobile devices

Now you should understand that Google attaches great importance to speed of of websites, hence the need for you to increase the speed of your website. It’s Clear that the speed of a website, especially on mobile devices is a very important and therefore affects a greater or lesser extent in the SEO.

BusinessRe: My Startup Hotels.ng Just Raised $1.2m. Ask Me Anything by bosunjohns(m): 12:42pm On May 28, 2015
This is awesome! I've booked several times using the site. I'm really impressed.
Quick question. I have a great idea but reqiure guys with programming skills. I've contacted some guys but their charges are exorbitant for a startup like mine. I personally I'm into business development and not much of a programmer. Please what do I do?
markessien:
Hello Guys,

I am Mark Essien, the founder of Hotels.ng and Hotels.ng just raised $1.2m in funding from international investors. I started this business on my own two years ago in Calabar, and now we have become a big business. Hopefully, some people will read this and know that it's possible to be innovative, creative and build something from nothing in a few years.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/mfonobongnsehe/2015/05/26/nigerias-hotels-ng-raises-1-2-million/

Questions that people have asked me and answers. If you have any other questions, ask below and I will reply.

What's your view on competition? How closely do you follow what Wakanow, Travelstart, etc., are doing relative to hotels.ng?

Competition is necessary for you to have a baseline on which you want to improve from. Otherwise you can have a really crappy product, and you don't know because there is nothing to compare it with.

At the end of 2014, you made the following statement: "We recorded almost no customer complaints in last two months, while booking tens of thousands of people.” So...what's your approach towards customer service? And how has your team (apparently) been able to proactively address issues?

Customer service in my opinion, is about empowering customer service to do the best they can to help people, no matter what it costs.

As an entrepreneur, getting the right staff is usually a challenge. How do you get talented people? What is your recruiting trick for finding great staff?

I do things like this - https://medium.com/mark-essien/hotels-ng-interview-questions-to-screen-for-a-genius-49bb6cb9946a - to find people.

What was your biggest fear on the journey to this point, and how long did you anticipate it will take you to cross this threshold?
My biggest fear was that we would not make enough money in time to be able to survive, in case we did not raise money in time. Luckily, with focus and a bit of luck, we crossed that bridge.

What would you do differently if you were starting over today?
Differently - I would have avoided doing things that are side-experiments and been more focused on the main thing.

How many percent of your company did you have to give up for $1.2million. Do you own controlling shares?
Right now, I own more of the company than if I had no investment, but I had a co-founder.

Who are your senior management team? In every conversation about Hotels I only hear about you the founder, never about the team.
So far we have operated without a 'senior' management team. But that is about changing. Expect some news here.

Did you choose your investors or did they choose you? I am personally working on a service and trying to decide who my investors should be.
We chose each other, just like a marriage

Tell us three business development hacks you used to stay afloat while you raised money..?
1. staying very focused on what would contribute to bottom line and what would not

2. Implementing performance based compensation across board

3. 3. Deferring expenses that were not critical.

What is it about hotels culture that has made you successful and how will you keep it consistent as you scale.
Hotels Culture is one of everyone-do-your-best and always keep thinking. The overall philosophy is that people should not need to be controlled to do their best. The Netflix presentation on this is one of the best I have read, and I hope we one day achieve this.

Do you consider yourself a technology company or a hotel booking service?
We are 100% a technology company.

What inspired you to start Hotels.ng?
I was inspired by wanting to do something in tech in Nigeria, and seeing a big open market

Here's my question before you received funding from spark how many employees did you have?
First of all, it was just me coding the site, then after that I hired a friend called Charles Bassey - and we were working together getting our inventory in calabar. That was before I moved to Lagos.
