I checked Consultant Practise today and the receptionist that attended to me the day i went for medicals said maybe it got missing in transit or something that i shud try and mail CDCH to send dem a mail to resend my medicals to London, not Paris again, that they dont use Paris anymore. The matter tire me o. What do you guys think?

Seriously? Did u meet with the doctors that attended to you? Av u mailed DR ANGA herself? Send her a mail stating ur plight that CDHC are yet to receive ur medics. That u wldnt mind her resending your result. It depends on her reply. If she says she can no longer access ur file that it has been sent to paris or london, then u send a mail to cdhc, if possible forward DR Anga's reply to ur enquiry mail to cdhc. Let them tell you the way forward. Do they want you to go repeat the medics. There shld be a way out except dey r lying abt not aving your medic result yet.
You can send a mail to consultantspractice@yahoo.com. Dr anga will reply u herself. Make sure ur mail is detailed with ur IME NO, UCI no,DOB, passport number, application number, ur full names. They owe u an explanation as to what happened. Dier service to u wasn't for free, it was paid for, so dey must grant u audience. Don't speak with any receptionist. Ow can ur result miss in transit?
Just yesterday, I received a mail frm cdhc paris telling me my medics was incomplete as if I removed some results. I had to go back to consultant practice and it was sorted in my prescence. Above all pray like never before. God will be glorified in d end.

Ambeyh: the hard copy is the one you submit to the embassy because they don't accept the print out and when you secure admission in a uni or college they will send you the official acceptance letter via courier...Hope this helps

It depends on d schl. Some, u r told to print and submit to d embassy. So printouts are acceptable in some cases like mine.

Dis is a goofing of the highest order from the bank since u arnt expecting any cash.this shld av been rectified if they do proper call over of the previous day transactions.
The teller wld be in big trouble the day the real owner comes to d branch. The amount wld immediately be held and then your account wld be forced debited.
If u attempt to withdraw the cash in bulk, the paying teller wld suspect and report U assuming u had never transacted such an amount. Its best u meet with the. Branch head of operation and explain and God will bless u abundantly in return. 800,000 can't solve ur life's problem. You are greater than that.
If you withdraw. And spend the money now, u will repay forcefully cos d police, and efcc wld be involved. CHOOSE WISELY.

The study permit is to go and study and not to deliver or av a baby. They wld find out naturally during her medics, she can't escape dat.
Assuming she was going to d embassy for interview like d US and dey ask her, its advisable she doesn't lie.
So, its left for u guys to decide.....
She can't apply for study permit with pregnancy. Dey will tell her to reapply after delivery.
But then policies do change...
She can try. I'm not a VO. Just. Advising frm experiences.

It might be that the elder bro has withdrawn a reasonable amt of money from the account and unlickily for them, CDHC decided to take a look @ d status of the acc once again.

My advice: It is quite true that the money in the a/c might be for business purpose, but one should try and convince his/her sponsor to leave something tangible in the a/c in case they decide to verify a/c...so it won't look like the cash was left there for visa purpose.

If not, perharbs d document were doctored. Cos its rare to av a denial after medics. All in all, God understands better.

I need clarifications on whether or not visas can be issued to pregnant women. My sister intends applying for a study permit but she is pregnant(not showing yet). What are her chances of obtaining a Canadian study permit? Can pregnancy be a reason for denial of TRV?

@coolwaters- ur question is very dicey.
yes, visas can be issued to pregnant women if dier pregnancy is showing and dey declare their intent.(To av dier babies abroad) this won't be granted thru visiting visas but medical visa and she would get a report as to why she must deliver her baby abroad, and show good¶ financial capability. At tyms also, the VO let them go despite dier pregnant state if dey tell d truth. If. One lies, u might be denied. And banned from applying for a specific period. Dey call it LIEING UNDER OATH.
Now, if she's applying for a STUDY PERMIT and she's already pregnant, the VOs will find out during her COMPULSORY medicals and she might be denied based on UNDECLARED INTENTION. She would be told to reapply after delivery.
Its also a different case scenario if she gets pregnant after applying for her study permit and she already has her trv. No VO can hold her down and she dint lie. (Dis is based on personal experiences from friends and family members.) Ope it helps.

R ur friends spouses already based in canada (Permanent residents)? If yes, then its possible else it was the grace of God dat prevailed for them.
The VO's told d pregnant ladies to reapply after delivery in niaja. so, I go with iamteekaygal. Its good to tread on d path of caution except you are a risk taker, & d denial no go pain too much.

femianiyi: PLS GUYS I NEED HELP! I applied @ seneca for 2013 Fall admission but I was denied last month, sent deferal letter to seneca, to defer my admission to 2014 Fall yet have not received the new admission letter. Anyone in similar situation. I can't afford to lose d full tuition I paid.

I'm not in a similar situation but I can tell you that u can't loose ur funds. They will get back to U. If peradventure, the schl has no slot for u for 2014, you will be refunded fully if u were denied d visa by the embassy. Or remove some certain amount if you were d one that changed ur mind abt d choice of schl or whatever ur reason is. So just send them a reminder of. Ur request for a new start date. Relax. God is in controll.

Dint use it to pay fees, but always use zenith wire transfers for payment of goods in d US,& canada and It gets there the next bizday noon if d transfer is initiated before 12 noon in niaja.
For schl fees, forward ur telex copy frm d bank here in nig and ask ur schl to reconfirm. Ope dis helps.

Well, I calculated that it's been 6 weeks I did my medicals and 4 weeks I submitted my tuition receipts as instructed by chdc. So I took a step of faith and visited cdhc. Filled the enquiry form giving details in the additional field on the dates I did medicals and submitted tuition evidence.

After almost 7 hours of waiting, I was called in and given my trv.

Well it's just God.

Pls, accept my sympathy on d loss of ur cousin. May d lord comfort you. He knows best. And congrats on ur trv. I just got a reminder frm U dat PATIENCE is a VIRTUE. Sincerely, I wlndnt av waited 7 HRS. I wld av gone home.
Once more, congrats. What d lord has began in u, he wld perfect IJN. Amen

Ur trv is closer to u dan u realise. 4-6months processing time. Just intensify ur prayers.

@jesunro- seriously @ dis point its all abt prayers. If according to nas jay dey don't want any email corresponce frm applicants in dat situation, then u send correspondences on ur knees through prayers.
By d special grace of God u will receive dat which u r expecting.
I remember discussing extensively with d doctor dat attended to me @ consultants practice about dier delays. His explanation was dat at most it takes 3-4 weeks for a normal scenario. And up to 2months or more if the applicant has any health condition he/she is managing. Dis delay is usually from paris but recently, d medics is been sent to London. But really, it beats my imagination how Asaju goes abt dier medics. Or peradventure dey also av rare cases of delay dat we aren't aware of. Or maybe dey don't even send diers to paris or London. Whatever be the case, its not beyond d power of prayers. I advise everyone in dis situation to pray more untill u finally get ur trv. Anxiety won't solve d problem. Try as much as possible to RELAX and believe u've received ur TRV. It is well IJN.

kclexa: Yes britiko, am very sure in regards to Malaysia visa but the UK visa is not affected according to VFS.

Malaysian visa remain valid if the passport remains valid (according to the passport number). Therefore if your old passport get cancelled and you are issued with new passport, you are required to apply for new Malaysian visa.

I was informed that this rule is different for different country. So my advice is based on avoiding the stress if any; as he is yet to enter canada.
