I don't know how many of you have noticed that an average Nairalander's (visits the forum and always refreshes a permanent page on his/her browser) reading habit keeps him updated about recent happenings around the world. Don't blame the dad...I could do the same too...he went to hustle for his family. He didn't go to drink and play lotto. Besides, he left them with his friends...not distant friends. His neighbors who he thought were his friends and could understand his predicament.

I've been smoking for almost 10 yrs. I smoke about 3 sticks of blunt daily. I don't drink alcohol because I don't see the need for it, and I can't smoke cigarettes. They make me feel nauseous.

In between, I have tried to stop several times but I always return to my old habit and its worse when I ty to abstain.

I finally threw away my lighters and packs of rolling papers last Sunday for the umpteenth time.

Now the problem is, I have lost my appetite. Also, there's this metallic taste in my mouth. Nothing tastes good enough for me.

I'm thinking of just cutting down to a stick a day in the evening so I can at least eat well.

If you have experienced this and somehow overcome, please share your experience.
