Freshtruth:You left? I'm pleased for you. Hope you've found something much better. |
IjeBos:I doubt he understands what waving the Confederate flags and singing about being replaced means.

IjeBos:They are three-fifths but don't know yet. |
DeepSight:Have you heard of our new thief of staff? They all have "very suspicious criminal history". And I'm taking a win where I can.

illicit:Emir of Kano is a better position for him and us, if just because he's for the education of girls, which will also inspire almanjeris to go to school.

At least an open and honest thief, unlike some. |
basilico:I'm certain you tried but couldn't find much, since I've maintained like many here that Hunter is not seeking election. |
basilico:In hope you'd reconsider your alliance and be cured or magarism, though I recognise you are an antidemocratic incurable lost cause even after you lose again in 2024. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhRJ-3KIlH0?si=gswl-emKmRBc9iMU |
basilico:We constantly advise you to go and defend these people with your mules 2000 but you repeatedly refuse to present your kraken in a court of law and insist on presenting it to the jury here who constantly rule against you. It's not too late for you to assist with an appeal, I hope. |
SIRTeee15:I guess some are telling you that they don't accept the Bible, which was written by humans with an agenda, is true or confirms anything. Atheists will go further and tell you it does not even confirm a God exists not to talk of said god having a child. Thankfully, it is written in the Bible that humans should not live by only one book but by every book the gods wrote, which helps reduce one's confirmation bias and ignorance. Just imagine not reading anything about the ancient Egyptians from who the gods grew, and you might get a clue. SIRTeee15:Many have resolved that "if", and found it to be not as true as some claim. And it's not healthy to just believe whatever one reads in a book without investigating it's validity by oneself. |
basilico:Why would Biden accuse dump of sexual violation when the person dump violated is doing a swell job of holding dump to account?
|
Putindbutt:I think you need to switch on your own brain if you think begging at military barracks is what incites a coup.
|
Putindbutt:Were you incited? Did his incitement look like a plan to you, or the desperate cry of a loser? Dump did worse and incited even more, yet many claim he did nothing. Hopefully a jury will disagree.
|
basilico:Those who love their daughters should worry.
|
Putindbutt:Did you hear the CJN saying "yes sir" to Datti, or was the CJN not part of this conspiracy to annul the election? At best Datti had hope. If he could have organised to annul the election, he could equally have organised to win the election but failed. |
Putindbutt:Surprised at him making up some unfounded conspiracy and for giving far too much power to those who obviously lack it. |
NaijaNaWaa:I'm rather surprised at him. |
Too small plots for too many people, is the main reason I think, as larger more modern homes do have garages or at least space to park cars. Cheap old cars might be another reason, as a 10 year old Corolla wouldn't suffer much in the open sun, while the few Bugatti owners do have garages I'd bet, and even servants to tend the Bugatti. Another reason, and I'm sure there's loads more, could be the availability of cheap parking on the streets. If there were a hefty enough charge, garages might be more economical. |
femi4:Our population imports far more than it works to create and produce itself. We pay foreign nations to do the work we must then find money to pay for. An example is us buying foreign worked on indigenous crude oil to power the million foreign produced cars on our roads. Another is the various tokunbo electrical devices we all use. Tens of thousands have jobs in the countries that produce those things we just consume. Basically, we export jobs as opposed to create jobs. As I said, "I agree that might be just a few". The point remains that our education system does not sufficiently emphasise job creation. If it did, fewer of those 100 graduates would be trying to fill 20 vacancies because some of them would be hiring from the 100 graduates themselves. Here's a suggestion of what we might do to create more jobs.
|
femi4:Qualified labourers at what exactly? Do you seriously think graduates who pay others to write their dissertation are qualified to labour. Okay, I agree that might be just a few, and agree that we do not have enough jobs. Or more accurately, we do not create enough work. We are so bad at creating work it in fact, that we send our crude oil abroad to be worked on by foreigners who sell their worked on product back to us at high prices. And we plant cocoa but buy expensive Swiss chocolate too. Bet if you look around you now there'd be lots of 'made abroad' (your phone, car, taps in your kitchen, teeshirts), and the made in Nigeria would be the more basic stuff. Damn! Many communities don't even bother doing the work of ensuring their surroundings are clean. Work is value adding, but we don't seem too interested in adding much value, and would rather let foreigners add the value of their work and sell to us for profit. Nigeria needs to abandon its 'manna from abroad' ideology, and adopt principals of the Swadeshi movement. And our education system needs revamping to promote such self reliance and job creation. |
nigeriansamurai:You need the learning too, with which to see opportunities or create them where they don't exist. Work, after all, is just what you do to earn a living. Basically, learning is the art of turning the sweat of thy brow into food in your belly. Unfortunately, this [learning] is not very much included in the education one receives in Nigeria I do admit. Self learning is an option though. |
Daystar7:You are obviously one of the "many first class graduates that are yet to land a meaningful job". Just see how you choose to communicate, then ask yourself if you are employable. |
That's because this lecturer sells certificates without the accompanying learning that empowers students to use their brains and minds. Moral of the story is, ensure you buy learning, and not just the certificate. |
basilico:Its entirely up to the parents what their children read, as I feel you ought to know. |
bestman09:It's value is in it being in the right hands, and not in farming it out for Uber, just as the value of Port Harcourt Refinery too is in it being in the right hands and not in the hands of asset strippers. Sorry, but I'm very suspicious of privatisation. Especially if not well scrutinised. |
I got to know of Joshua when I visited a friend and found him in a meeting where they were discussing how to help a widow and her 4 kids. Her husband had recently died after being healed 3 times of hiv/aids and given away his houses leaving his wife and family homeless. The group from the Catholic church they'd attended before the man went shopping for miracles at scoan with his houses were considering how to house his widow and kids and sue tbj to get the houses back but I think they gave up on that last part. |
Please, I am looking for someone to Uberise my Peugeot 404. Must remit daily.

basilico:You lie so much that I'd check for myself if you told me the sky was not green, so please provide a link so I can verify for myself where it is from if you don't mind. That said, there was a vote in a school in democratic America, the America that spends billions shooting it's form of democracy down the throats of any nation that would accept it's dollars or bullets, so they can hardly be blamed for practising what they preach. Parents who don't like it and lost the vote can organise to win next election or enrol their children in other schools or homeschool, though I'd hope parents would have sufficiently educated their children not to just accept what they read in a book. Which makes me think of your sort. Good morning basilico. Bible believer, that is. You believe what you read in a book, and think others believe what they read or watch like you do and therefore will practice it. Below is one for you to consider. She did not think she was a boy, she thought she was dead. I add the third image for you to consider the consequences of not giving children the tools to survive this harsh uncaring world.
