Try cutting off a branch and stick it in the ground to see if it would grow. |
You all should call police on their ass, or just beat the hell out of them and chase them out of the market! ![]() |
elated177:You saying, you know my intentions, elated177? Then tell me what my intentions are so I can check if you do know my intentions or not, because I will continue stating my opinion whether you discuss with me or not. |
fman:Think of the brain as toto. It has the capability to expand to meet whatever you use it for. And if you don't develop it beyond your capabilities you wouldn't develop it at all. |
jeromestarks:I'm sure. He gave 1k and wants .1k back, which is still something, though less than the 1k I mentioned. |
|
oldienavie:It is wise that you ask. It shows intelligence. |
I think you think the only thing a woman wants from you is an erect manhood. And that's perhaps why you've invested in your manhood erecting instead of erecting yourself as a man. Perhaps invest in being an erect man instead of erecting your manhood. With lots of useless men out there with erected manhoods who are not men at all, you are bound to find a woman who's interest is not in your manhood erecting. |
You "plan", or is that the time your flight arrives? I'm asking because the airport obviously has to be open at 3am if the plane you arrive on lands at 3am. Besides, MMIA is always open and does not close at night. |
"Go and write an essay", he'd say, on whatever topic he gives me. So I'll go and write an essay on whatever topic he gave me. "I can't read this", he'd say, so I'd go write it again. "Where is your plan", he'd say, so I'd go write a plan and rewrite the essay. And without reading it at all, he'd count like ten pages in my Maths textbook with about 100 exercises and tell me to go do them all, which I'd do and get like 5. At which he'd tell me to go do them all again and I'd get like 20. And he'd keep telling me to go do them all again and again until I get like 80. And then back to writing essays we'd go on whatever topic he gave me, which I'd write like another 4 times then back to Maths it is. And that was life from form 1 to form 3, 7pm to 11pm, Monday to Saturday with only Sunday off. One day Mrs Adeyemi, my form 3 English teacher told us to write an essay. I wrote mine as I'd been trained and gave it to Mrs Adeyemi. She read it and threw my book at me accusing me of copying it from somewhere, because, according to her, there was no way I could possibly have written an essay as good as that. And from form 3 until I graduated she would not let me in her class, which I must confess delighted me because it meant I could play hockey. I went to get my O'Level results, and whom would I meet but Mrs Adeyemi. "I bet you failed English" said she, so I gave her my result so she could see my A1 in English and Maths. I've trained at many things since then but writing is what I earn my daily bread by. And one day, I might even go do a Masters in creative writing. Thank you very very much, op, for posting this. |
Starz825:Which is the something I said he wants back, as I wrote and as you'd find if you read again what I wrote. |
But you do want something, which is why you are lamenting here. You do want your 1k back, don't you? And is that not something? And where do you expect her that "she and her family have not eaten anything" to find 1k to give back to you? Are you sure you are not after payback in kind, because it seems like you do to me. |
Tekes:I do not agree that a child trained well to respect others would ever divert from respecting others whether they deserve it or not. They would not, at the least, become as disrespectful of themselves, which is what this person is doing. |
I blame their mothers for letting their fathers mistrain them. If the mothers had trained their sons themselves to respect women they would not have turned out as pigs like their fathers.

America too is struggling for workers so worth japaing to too. https://wolfstreet.com/2022/10/07/most-contorted-job-market-ever-struggling-to-revert-to-normalcy/

We will most definitely use our PVCs to shut the mouths of those we want shut.

Abdul05:I do not want to agree with you. I am resisting to agree with you. I will never ever ever agree with you. Ah fùq it! I do agree with you because we are going nowhere!

I wonder if this person plans to divorce his unborn kid too! |
I'd change all the times my journey was zigzagged instead of straight to the point. However, without all that zigzagging I'd likely not be whom I am and like so much, so I'd change nothing in the end. |
I have not watched it yet, but anything that promotes women the bringers of life into this world is worth celebrating by me. Now, what about you, withVoke? Fancy celebrating women with me?

UK currently has a labour shortage, so it's perhaps the best time to Japa there if you have the skills to sell. Just saying. https://www.fm-magazine.com/news/2022/aug/ul-labour-shortage-inflation-put-focus-employers.html

FaceTanke:I'm so ungrateful, lol! My farm is like an hour from the village, and I built a small two room hut there so I can sleep there for days. My people used to say I'm mad, and my uncle even banned me from sleeping at the farm. I never listened of course, but eventually had to listen when I almost died. Now, if I had the money, I'd buy a farm where I am. But unfortunately I don't so I'm considering just a garden. |
In UK, the economy is so overheated that employers can not find workers. So, while Liz Truss is yelling "growth growth growth" the Bank of England is going in the opposite direction by raising interest rates which dampen growth. We sure live in interesting times I say. |
FaceTanke:Staying where I am is hard. I miss my farm for starts. You'd think the ease of picking food up from a supermarket or deliverood to my house would be more fun, but there's nothing as good as watching my crops grow and me eating the fresh food I grow with the sweat off my own brow. Even constant electric and water from a tap does not compensate for it. |
KELVINXY:It's what I passed through just to make ends meet. And you are responsible for inspiring me to tell you stories! There was a time my eating was compulsory 001. I was at college at the time and never had enough money, so I'd eat 00 all day and have the 1 late in the evening because I just couldn't sleep on an empty stomach. One day, I was preparing to eat my 1 eba when a colleague knocked on my door crying. He'd just returned from seeing his older brother whom he'd lived and worked for before starting college, saving his earnings with him. But now, year 1, brother said there was no money for him to go to school, "what should I do", he cried. "Ah well, me I'm hungry", I said. "So first drink this one big cup of water then let us eat this eba". When we'd finished eating, I told him my own situation, that I eat one meal a day and fill up with water, and "from this day on, come and share it with me". And that's what we did all through college, eventually moving in together to save on rent. Upbringing, I guess, is responsible for my attitude. We'd sit down at the table prepared to commence eating, then one woman would turn up with her 5 children, crying that they have nothing to eat. So ma would call a halt on our eating and we redistribute the food amongst us and our hungry guests. What used to annoy me was, whenever I went to this woman's house and they had food, they'd have the amount of meat on each plate that me and my 4 siblings never had on all our plates put together. And while I was planting the ewuro and igwu in the compound so we'd have vegetable to eat, her children would be playing football. Regarding the abuse, sticks and stones may hurt my bones but words on the internet..... Well, I'm sure you get the gist. |
lolu2019:You can cook at home the night before and take it to work with you. |
FaceTanke:Hungry village people do that. As we say where I'm from, the kokoro eating the vegetable dwells on the vegetable. |
Those the people raise shall not be shaken.
|
FaceTanke:Yeah! Love that! Bees Lives Matter indeed. Funny enough, I'm barred from my village. My cousin said he'd have me arrested and deported if I dare come, that my family members would arrange my kidnapping and he has no money for ransome. |
Arysexy:Who say man no de do ashewo?

Tohsynetita1:I will put a gourd up too with a red cloth draped in palmoil sticking out of it so they think it's my JuJu that killed their cattle. |
