Readers i want to know ur advise, is she respectfully from her acting, dose she value me for doing things without waiting for my advise,am living In ghana and she paid rent in lagos where she will be lonely. while am planing for her to relocate here. what is her intention to make me use all my cash to do her traditional marriage and later don't want to live as she advise before the marriage. please i need ur advise before i do something bad.

So you see, the baby could have a specific time for feeding, and once the breast isnt available to suck, ofcourse he/she automatically starts crying, and when the mother's breast starts dripping, she knows it's because of the baby's feeding schedule, and she automatically believes or let me say assumes that her baby is crying.

So basically, its a way of reminding the mother of the feeding schedule.

I also learnt, your baby doesn't have to cry before your breast drip. Thinking about your baby alone, could trigger that. There are also different things that triggers it.

I meant to write entirely on oil revenue... unlike previous years where the budget was funded 90% by oil revenue, i think the 2016 budget plan says less than 40% of our expenses would be funded by oil revenue... I would try to find out the exact figure from one of those credible news/media websites and edit this comment later...

It all depends on the type of platform and software to be used.

For example, it will cost millions of dollars for any conglomerate to develop SAP Enterprise system. Yet, most IOCs and conglomerate had to do it because it helps to save money eventually. As it helps in integrating all arms of a company together.

We are not talking of your day to day blog site here. I am even amazed by many ignoramuses online here shouting they are in ICT sector and saying they can do it for so and so amount. How can you say so when you don't even know the content and scope of what is required.

Another scenario is if the ministry wants to really go computerized and had to buy stand alone software for each staff or have to pay for software licenses par users. Some software licenses can cost up to $1k per user. With up to 2 thousand user in the ministry that is already $2 million (N400 million) and that is only one software.

Where I work, Software licenses alone cost millions of dollars annually. Yet we make our money back from our product!
