Back in the early 90s in Surulere, I would come back from school around 2pm rest for only 30min and then go to our teachers house for lessons from 4-6pm every day.

Long vacation is worse, we would go to lessons from 9am -1pm .

In the morning that I would want to watch morning cartoons on local stations.

It was still better then, nowadays those greedy school owners will engage pupils and students from 9am to 3pm (Monday to Friday) all through the summer period in order not to lose their students and staff to other schools around. Some of them don't even pay staff in August just to make sure they return in September for a new session.

The way some parents behave when it comes to this less than 24 hrs program they call wedding eh, you'll think they are the ones that manufactured the lady ni. What would God that gives freely now do? The only mistake the guy did was to put all the blames on the wife. Since he's endured getting things done in the in laws way eh, he should just take the decision not to have anything done with them again since they've succeeded in selling their daughter.

This is a serious battle; I mean allowing your in-laws staying with you at this early stage of your marriage, They will sound harmless at the beginning but as time goes on, they become monsters. Remember you are the only one not related to them by blood so they can show you shege along the line.

I fought same battle to the end I mean till my MIL passed on. I stood my ground till the end and heaven did not fall.

No be today Nigerians be like that. I remember those days of frequent plane crashes in Nigeria. Almost every Nigerian then would tell you they narrowly boarded the crashed planes. Everything for clout !!!

God bless you my brother. I stopped listen to Lanre Teriba songs after the plane crash when he sang that someone took the last ticket cos he did ot understand the languaue the fellow spoke with the person in charge of ticketing. Too much lies
