cost to produce 1MW of power internationally is between $1-$5million depending on source needed to power it. so between $16million to $80 million is world accepted costing. convert that to naira using CBN or parallel rate.

i think you have used a very poor example of overreaching by journalists. News of the world investigation is still ongoing and involves phone hacking, cash payments to police and public officials for information which are criminal offenses not that they published false info, all info published were spot-on but it was just the way they got them was criminal. again people were not detained for months.

I don't have a problem with a man of GOD owning a private but considering that you will spend a minimum depending on jet of between $1-3 million per annum that's 150-500 million naira per annum.you will pay crew,give them training,fuel costs,hanger, maintenance,insurance,airport tax,landing charges, owning a jet is not small money. you use or you don't it, you spend $1 million per annum can you imagine how that could help his church members.

any body expecting constant electricity (12 -18 hr) daily in next 5-10 years is a big dreamer.. it very impossible. when present demand is met the consumption will increase, more people will purchase basic home appliances( fridge, freezers, AC, TV, electric cookers, microwave etc.). please dont get rid of your Gens yet, those of you happy now enjoy it while it lasts, but maybe not has bad.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on July 4 docked nine suspects at a Lagos State High Court in Lagos on two counts of intent to defraud, conspiracy and stealing of N16.4 million belonging to Mr. Aiyeola Matthew of Golden Treasures Investment Limited.

The EFCC said the money had been given to them to purchase them sum of $155,000.00.
The accused persons who appeared before Justice Oyekan Abdulahi were: Ebun Ashiyanbi, Kunle Alli, Oluwatoyin Afolabi, Zakariya Adamu (at large) and one Salisu (still at large). The companies were Dunnex Concept Bureau De Change Limited, Whittis Bureau De Change Limited, Beauty Sky Bureau De Change and Glabund Nigeria Limited. They all pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Prosecution counsel Ezekiel Upah urged the court to expunge the 7th accused, Whittis Bureau De Change, from the charge sheet but the judge demanded a written application to that effect.

The judge granted grated bail to the accused persons in the sum of N10million, but they are to provide two sureties each in like sum, with evidence of tax compliance. The sureties must own landed properties in Lagos and the properties are to be verified by the Alausa Registry and the EFCC for authenticity.

The judge also ruled that the third accused person, Oluwatoyin Afolabi, who is indisposed, be taken to the hospital, while the remaining two accused persons were asked to be remanded in EFCC custody.
The matter was adjourned to July 6, 2012.

i think minimum for dating someone you don't know before marriage is 2 years. when i say 2 years it doesn't include long distance dating and not just weekends/weekend sleep over. take holidays, meet as much family/friends. you cant have a relationship without misunderstandings. can you imagine marrying someone without you have a never had a misunderstanding with? in 2 years their could be a couple of low and high points.

i have watched and read about the public hearing on capital market. you cant run a system if you dont follow your internal regulations. the sec dg broke some rules from what i read and watched. she stayed at the transcorp Hilton for over 56 days(28 days is normal government policy when you get a new appointment and the sec has another 28 days or you can receive the cash , its standard) she stayed for 7 -8 months. she claims she didn't know, that when she found out she moved out. but people in her office office knew she was breaking the rule on hotel regulation but cause of Nigerian factor 1. didn't 2. couldn't tell her or may be she is lying. government officials are quick to play the i didn't know card passing the buck to someone that has retired or left the department. she broke a few other ones all she needed to do was put her hands up apologise and not try to be holy.
