Do not make the mistake of thinking that all those soldiers, policemen and other security agents you meet collect bribes. There are those who know what integrity means and they work very hard to keep their records.

Security agents get well paid, especially the army, navy and airforce. It is very unfortunate that the greedy ones among them see their uniforms as shops opened to make money. They do not seebribe taking as a crime. The citizens too think giving bribes gels them to maneuver. That’s the singular reason why our armed forces find it difficult to deal with security issues threatening the country. Rather than conduct their searches, those greedy ones allow criminals to get past them while looking out for bribes and creating imaginary offenses.

I hope that this serves as a lesson to the man. Whatever punishment he is given is deserved as the public is aware of it now.

When there is a war, you must expect collateral damage. Surely the Ukrainians would not have sat down in their country, expecting to be overrun and totally annihilated by the Russians. All the while the Russians were lying and lining up at the borderlines, the Ukrainians were getting ready, even though civilians thought there would be no war.

The truth remains that the war so far has cost Russia a lot in terms of men and equipment. As it stands, the generals and commanders killed by the Ukrainians have not been disputed. Those images and videos are real.

Once again Putin must be reminded that we are in the 21st century. We all want a world with plenty of peace.
