Mrs. Ojukwu’s report sounded just as I thought. I believe her completely. Knowing that there was a feud, Mrs. Obiano seeing that it was their last day, should have been very respectful and at least be sober, seeing that they were leaving the office. She rather chose to mock Mrs. Ojukwu, making herself appear as if she had won a trophy. It was a very wrong move because she had not calculated that Mrs. Ojukwu has always been a fitness freak and a warrior too.

Trouble started on Sunday the 16th of November, 2014, after the dedication of the child of the Anglican Bishop of Awka, His Lordship Most Rev. Dr. Ibezim at the cathedral of St. Faith, Awka.

The wife of the deputy Governor complained to the wife of Dr. Alex Ekwueme, being a mother of all, on how Ebere Obiano does not carry her along in whatever she does.

Immediately her Deputy shouted back, Mrs Obiano slapped her.

It took the intervention of security men to prevent the duo from physical fight.

In the quarrel, the wife of the Deputy Governor told her that she cannot kill her as she killed her maid, nor slap her as she usually slaps drivers.

As the exchange of foul words continued, Sir Victor Umeh took the deputy governor who was there away as he felt completely dejected.

Three months ago, another story leaked of how the Mrs. Obiano engaged in an open quarrel with a member of the House of Representatives from the state, Uche Ekwunife.

If not for the intervention of the First Lady, Dr. Patience Goodluck, the member representing Anaocha, Dunukofia and Njikoka Federal Constituency of Anambra State, Hon Uche Ekwunife would have been attacked by the Wife of Anambra State Governor, Mrs Ebele Obiano in faraway Poland.

Uche Ekwunife did not talk, according to our source, until Ebele Obiano told her that she will deal with her and make sure she crumbles all her businesses in Awka.

Enraged, Uche said, “I will not trade words with you. That you killed your husband’s first wife for him to marry you does not mean you can deal with other women. (Ebere Obiano use to be the secretary to Obiano until he lost the wife and married her); That you are dealing with your alcoholic husband does not mean you can deal with me.” Ekwunife said to Ebele Obiano.

Confused, Ebele Obiano said, “My husband drinks champagne not alcohol.” This provided a comic relief that set everybody laughing.

About to go physical, Dame Patience Jonathan intervened, joined by other women.

They lambasted Obiano’s wife for lack of manners and morals.

Patience Jonathan said, “Instead of you to go to Margaret Obi to teach you how to be a First Lady, I heard you no longer talk to her. EFCC can withhold and not confiscate his PP to stop him from traveling abroad in the interim, just in case there is an investigation against him. If that is done, he needs to go to court to secure its release.

Soludo knows that he carries the hopes of Anambra people for better lives on his shoulders. He knows that proper policies must be put in place to make trade and commerce thrive. He knows that people are looking at him and how his economic model of Anambra state can be replicated in Nigeria.

Hopefully politicians will not trouble him that much with their greed and desires. If he was allowed by politicians as the CBN governor then in 2006, his thoughts on re-denomination of the naira would have helped our economy. Politicians did not allow it because of looted funds.

When they say the United States is a nation in decline, I wonder how they came about that. That money has not been spent on new weapons has not eroded the fact of their military capabilities. We can see how it is going with the Russians and all the needless amount spent on modernizing their military equipments. Now we see how difficult it has been for Russia to overrun a denuclearized Ukraine, inspite of Putin’s boast about his military capabilities. His difficulties with the war has come to the notice of the United States and now confidently Biden will send air defense systems to Ukraine, without fear of a nuclear war, to make it harder for Putin.

The United States has a President who wants a peaceful world where trade and commerce can thrive and people can be free to live their lives peacefully. Withdrawing American troops from Afghanistan did not make Biden a weak person. Rather than continue to waste the lives of American soldiers and keep thousands of families mourning in the USA, he chose to let Afghanistans fight their war and take back their country with their own hands from the evil Taliban group. Look at Afghanistan today, everyone has somehow settled down.

Putin made an error thinking that NATO would one day attack Russia from the eastern flank. The world in the 21st century is no longer about wars but peace and growth. Now Russia is on a path of economic destruction and even Putin has acknowledged that. One wonders then what are the basis for this very foolish and unthought invasion.

At 70 years and approaching his grave, this mad man should be thinking of leaving the world a better place than he met it. Now he is so insecure that he permanently stays in a bunker and is even very scared about everything and everyone around him. That’s being paranoid and like I have always maintained, I expect a 1917 Bolshevik kind of revolution to be triggered in Russia that will get his generals to overthrow him.
