Waoh. Gabros and Innoson, the same mama. No be small occassion. Gabros dey pull im own weight, Innoson dey pull im own weight. Expect plenty of cows, private jets and heavy ceremony in Nnewi. |
MadamVanessa:You think this is a Chelsea vs Man U football match. So simple to say things in this manner. Please study extensively for better information. |
Truly Sowore needs to learn some lessons. He must stop defaming people. |
LieDetector:Trump would have do what? Stop Putin pretending to be Putin's friend or as an act of cowardice? You think any of the super powers will risk a nuclear war? Do you think Russia will dare invade any NATO member and expect to receive a golden handshake? All EU members stand behind Ukraine and as of this moment the best they can do is sanctions. Putin expects that a rise in the price in oil will make his country economically better, but he is a joker. He expects China to offer economic support in the future, but he will find out that the Chinese are very shrewd with their finance. |
Ogbenia:Unfortunately they are on their own, knowing our country and the complete incompetence of embassy officials. |
Ok |
Hopefully he'll not swallow his words if he is arrested in his father's house smoking weed. |
And surely he communicated the superpowers before his action. |
Chaii |
unclejb2:Certainly not. What should trouble the minds of the southerners is northern hegemonic tendencies. Looking at the split up of the old USSR, we find a militarily weakened Ukraine having to face constant threat from a new Adolf Hitler in the name of Putin. With nuclear in his hands and possibly the second strongest military after the USA, we find Putin asserting his powers against his weaker neighbour. Presently we find ourselves gradually falling into that same danger in the south, with the north dominating everywhere. Our country has been troubled the our politicians who have created so much tribal and religious divisions in the country. How they will manage to keep this country as one makes people like me wonder. |
I do not think he is ready yet. |
That's a threat issued to nobody in particular, but exposes him to arrest if anyone is harmed by his so called boys. |
Na so. APC will never put their house in order. They constantly lost in court over trivial matters. When it's governorship election, they present candidates from the wrong faction and end up losing completely at the court. |
BKayy:The fall of the USSR and the present problem faced by Ukraine is one clear example Nigerians should look at. I certainly hope it will not get to the stage of war again in this country. It is grossly irresponsible for the army to hide under the cover of searching for IPOB and razing down buildings and businesses of innocent citizens in Igboland. |
See as the man resemble bat. |
Penguin2:No, we do not miss Trump. Ukraine was not weakened militarily by Putin or Biden. Ukraine elected to become an independent state in December 1991 and some conditions followed thereafter. Ukraine was before independence the third strongest nuclear possessor in the world. Before the collapse of the USSR, their nuclear weapons were located in Belarus and Kazaksthan. Possession of nuclear weapons is a deterrent against aggression. That means the Russians cannot choose to go to war directly against the USA and vice versa, including other nuclear armed countries. Russia cannot even dare attack Israel or even Pakistan directly. Denuclearization of Ukraine following the Budapest memorandum exposed Ukraine to possible attack by the Russians and not Biden. That is what we see today. The Ukrainians agreed to denuclearize their country in return for assistance by the US and NATO. Putin repeatedly says that he does not want Ukraine to belong to NATO. His fear is seeing the Americans at his backyard in Ukraine. The world has suddenly woken up to the realization of a new Adolf Hitler in the person of Putin. The Truth is that Putin has gotten away with some of his arrogant moves before now, but he may not get away with this. He threatened unprecedented consequences on the west but he lives in a fool's paradise. He thinks that be is immune to sanctions as he has been saving up, but he will face the repercussions. This very foolish move has driven up the prices of oil and will make Russia richer, but the losses will far outweigh its gains. Trump unfortunately would not have stopped Putin. All along Putin dreamt of this move and planned it. It was only a matter of time. The fallout of this action us a new world order just like the cold war days. Russia has aligned with the Chinese and Iran, but the USA had its own allies and will make more. Lastly, in terms of diplomacy, do you not know that Putin could not have proceeded without alerting Biden and other nuclear powers using the diplomatic backdoor? |
Basheer22:You are talking about consequences of wrong political statements and yet you called the young man a fool for his statement about political developments in his state. That was a complete wrong choice of words on your part. Next, politicians don't "mess" me up because I choose wisely. |
Copy copy |
Basheer22:For your mind na. How is he a fool? Na your money e dey use? |
madridguy:Online na abi. You no kuku get voter's card. |
NigeriaNawa:Very correct, but there will not be a direct war between nuclear powers. No one will be alive to tell the story the day after. |
IamNat:Oh that's clearer. Politicians have made tribalism the order of the day, with so much hatred infused into the hearts of their respective supporters. That's the principal reason the clamour for separation gets more serious daily. If nothing meaningful is done to erase hatred, surely the country will go down faster than we ever thought. However I think both parties will select candidates from the same zone. We have long gone past tbe era when Buhari (Fulani man) ran on the account of APP and was defeated by Obasanjo (a Yoruba man) who ran on the account of PDP. The same happened between GEJ and PMB. They will look at their strengths and get sellable candidates within the same zone, I believe. |
Brendaniel:He just talked without proper reasoning. If he says "no woman", that should include his daughter(s), if any. And if he has no daughter, he can say that in the future when his daughter comes of age. |
IamNat:How many presidential candidates in the SW? I think you must be looking at the APC only. Even at that, if the lot falls on the SW, for you think other Yoruba candidates will just shut their mouths without giving it a shot. If PDP zones it to the SW, do you think the Yorubas do not have good candidates there too? Let's all wait and see how our politicians set all things up. |
Since Matawale's decamping to APC, what improvements have happened in Zamfara state? NOTHING. |
Felimax:Very correct. |
Saying "most women" shows enough that she does not know what she's talking about. The young lady should confine herself to her group of friends or immediate community. Will she maintain the same statement if she's told that women in her family are lesbians? Maybe she's a lesbian too. How did she arrive at her result? Does she want to say that the Lady who struggles hard to sell her rice/beans, palm oil, etc may mostly be lesbians? Anyway the lady just wants to trend. |
Penguin2:This calculation is the major reason APC is on the path of destruction. Power blocs fusing together in political parties is very normal. If the major objective is to get power without proper direction, there certainly will be disintegration. Before the 2019 elections, we saw members of the nPDP like Galadima disagreeing absolutely with PMB and APC. Many of such like him broke away and sought to dismantle APC from the center. It is not a secret that the glue that holds APC is the president. That's why political office holders play to the gallery by quoting his name at all times. With his health challenge and his desire to return to his farm, do you think that he can embark on campaigns for whoever will contest for the presidency? As the symbol of the party, if anything goes wrong with him, how can APC remain as one? If there is no equity and there will never be, how do we expect the unfavoured power blocs to remain in the party? |
Advertisershubs:"One of the security details assigned...". And all over the country there are security challenges. One politician is guarded by as many as 10 police officers and we think the security of the masses is safeguarded by the few left. Aside from police personnel they also have private security men added to their homes. They are the ones who embezzle and make the masses poorer. Now the police oga themselves will sweep this under feet and Gbenga Daniel may just give the family of the deceased some pitiable amount claiming that he died on active duty. |
Nonsense |
Na so. Say NO to APC. Enough of their lies and failed promises. They promised that petrol would flow, yet nothing. They promised refineries, but failed. They said subsidy was scam, yet they pay more for subsidies and defend it. They said light was not rocket science, yet it has become space science. Even the baba is desperately expecting the end of his tenure so that he can go back to his farm. Politics makes it hard for youths to get positions because Nigerians politicians loot and use the same money to make our youths appear as beggars. Unfortunately too some youths have mastered the art of hailing these old men. Our youths truly have to wake up, believe in themselves and strive to secure political power. When we talk about youths too, we must look out for those decent ones with plenty of integrity. |
Na wah. Their propensity to tell lies and claim innocence is out of this world. How the minister of labour who was always part of the negotiating team would claim that he was not aware of the situation is weird. They got power lying, they remain in power lying and hopefully their lies will get them out of power. |
