Pr0cter:Truly Kano government has made mockery of the kingship system in the north. The same way Sultan Dasuki was dethroned and exiled several years ago. For the government to appoint a new king right away, it shows that northern kings have no rights of their own and are absolutely under the control of governors. The king makers are rubber stamps of governors/government also. How could a so called first class king be removed with such ease and speed? I do not imagine such happening in the south for example to the Alaafin, Ooni, Oba of Benin or the Dein of Agbor. There would be crisis by now. In Benin the king is absolute, he is reverred, just like the Dein of Agbor. The kind of leaders that we have never cease to amaze people. How would there ever be peace with these people? |
HsLBroker:The way out of it: Always take your raincoat and umbrella along. Use one hand hold the umbrella, use the other control. Na so e be. |
roundman:That's the reason why he advised you to keep away. Those who have liver problems enjoyed chilled beer for many years too! |
UnknownT:Very great question my dear friend. Why did Ganduje keep beating about the bush when he knew where he knew the end from the beginning. He waited until after the elections to strike at Sanusi. Anyway for Sanusi he can now clearly understand why those who live in glass houses must not throw stones as they say. |
"Exiled to Nassarawa". Whose compound would he be living there "for the rest of his life"? Or does Kano state have an annex there to keep him. Definitely Ganduje had been planning this for ages. Anyway na dem dem! |
Calculating:They foolishly handed over to APC believing that they were dealing with GEJ who wanted to contest a second term. Very clearly almost all of them have been dealt with by APC. There is a proverb that says "giving a monkey water is not the issue, the problem is how to retrieve the cup from the monkey" Now that they all handed over power to APC how can they recover? APC is presently teaching PDP how to hold on to power. Thank God for Mrs. Okonjo Iweala who has been appointed into the economic team of South Africa. At least she was not a traitor like these ones. Mohammed Sanusi did not let GEJ have any peace of mind. Ganduje paid him back, took away his peace for 5years and finally sacked him. If Mohammed Sanusi was sacked by PDP under GEJ all hell would have let loose by now. |
NextD18:Then you do not even know what goes on around you. See when you marry a virgin, you take the glory for breaking the virginity. Once she tastes sex and you do not meet up in certain areas, a lot of the so called virgins would commit adultery. When you need a wife, simply pray to have a good and faithful one. As for you, you also must be a good and faithful husband. That way when you sleep on your Vono foam, you would always have peace and good dreams. |
Juell:That would spoil the young man's image in the future just in case he aspires to a public office. After all the wahala "sentenced to community service", sweep the court premises. What lesson was then learnt by the other staff? Killing a fly with a sledge hammer. Tomorrow the man or his children may offend someone too and not be forgiven. As for the young man his long throat made him forget where he was. |
"Children of the same parents". So they call this one play play abi? When children of the same parents use knives, forks and guns with live bullets inside them to play will you still call it play play? Let us wait and see the result of the play play. Nonsense. |

DModeCntStopMe:Chai! Owu is bad oo! Na owu do you so? Why are you so angry at the young lady? No be she do herself so. It is called favour. The escort is well paid. The escort is to ensure that people like you who could tie bombs around their waists would never get near the girl. Aside from the escort she had her driver and other assistants. They are all well paid and do what they are contracted to do. If na your sister you go don dey beg am to talk to the man on your behalf so she can help you get your visa and ticket abroad. The way I see you, please be very careful. You may just find yourself in front of your street hugging a transformer or live electric pole thinking that you are welcoming a friend. Na ofone be that for you. |
NaMeAboki:Where is the lie? Where is the self deceit? And where is the propaganda? If the south had been repatriating beggars from the north, either quietly or publicly the south would have long been rid of northern beggars. If the east had been detaining beggars or repatriating them, this herdsmen menace would not be there today. Do you want to pretend that herdsmen/boko haram do not disguise as beggars? Do you want to act as if you do not know that boko haram has beggars as members? When you referred to Fashola did you not notice that you simply butressed my point? People screamed when Fashola tried to repatriate beggars back to their villages in the north. Did anybody scream when Ganduje repatriated those ones? Are you pained that Ganduje repatriated beggars? Are you ashamed of it? Please let's be realistic. |
Kasalee001:Did you see the word 'archaic'? Did you see the name 'abobaku'? Can you call abobaku for example good culture? Bros wetin na? |
So one can actually be repatriated in his own country without noise. If the repatriation was done by a state in the South - let's say Lagos or the east, by now gun shooting everywhere. New bills would be proposed, northern threats everywhere. God dey sha. |
Dextre:Hahahahahaha. What you do not know surely is bigger than you, as they say. Can't you just take a little time to think about this contended matter? Who talked about getting rich or billions? Motives vary. If nothing sinister was inferred, how come the placenta could not be found? Have you not heard the stories of human body sellers? How each part has its price and function? How come the matter has gone this far, even with the police? No one talks about belief here, otherwise we'd be looking at religion. Here we are looking at the reality of the things men do? If you have not had a child so far, you just wait until you get married. Then you can just ask what would happen to the placenta? I bet you will personally handle it. You may be educated, but you may not have knowledge in some matters. That's why I used the words 'educated illiterate'. I am very well educated and I 'shine my eyes very well' as it is said. |
doggedfighter:OK sir! But I'm sure your head must be like what they call "center table". If it is so my friend, it may be hard for you to reason well. |
Dextre:Living in 1950 with clear insight and wisdom is better than staying awake in 2020 with blindness and being called an educated illiterate. |
Tomide007:But why do people talk about Nigeria from 1999 only? Was there no country or leadership before 1999? Did Nigeria become an independent nation in 1999? Let's be very realistic when we talk about issues in this country. Let's always look at leadership and developments since 1960. Cheers. |
Officialgarri:300K is too much na. See, buy better newspaper. Buy small bamboo sticks, thread (owu), collect eba inside your house. Next, spread the newspaper on the floor, fix the bamboo sticks on the newspaper using the eba. Allow the whole thing to dry very well. Punch two holes at the back of the paper and fix the very long thread. Carry the equipment and run very well on your street, making sure there are no electric poles. Allow it to fly. You don start airplane business be that. Only you go dey fly am and be the maintainance manager. |
Set aside without listening? Na waoh! |
sureboykris:Yoruba people say "small pickin no know juju e dey call am vegetable". Sorry bros. If it's not a big deal why did the parents of the child get the medical doctor arrested? If it's not a big deal how come it went missing? If it's not a big deal how come the case was transferred to Panti street rather than Aguda police station? If it's not a big deal how come it was not found or the doctor cannot give information about it's location. What you do not know about, ask for information and you'll get it. Did you not read where it was said that the placenta could be used for ritual purposes? For your information it is very correct. Your placenta is your life. If found it could be used against someone. Some have their placenta buried under very large trees for safety. Some ladies cook it and eat it believing that it helps their health, etc. Ask your parents where your placenta was kept. Cheers. |
Oyiboman69:Bros you are more dangerous than a herdsman! We must join Amotekun because of you. Shuoo. |
NextD18:Ummm baba keh!! |
SadiqBabaSani:Quickly run outside from where you are and ask an experienced village farmer with very strong palms to give you three dirty slaps. Your mumu tall pass you. |
fergie001:Since they have found oil in Lagos. The north asked to be part of Niger Delta. So the south west may also some day choose to be part of the niger delta area. Hopefully none of them would ever resist the south east from forming the south east development commission or ogbunikwe. The issues of the south easterners usually takes away sleep from the eyes of people of other parts of the country. |
May I ask if truly the north and south of this country share common values? |
Is Obaseki winning? |
A very good cause. He's not the first in Nigeria to embark on such a journey - Milton Jibunor did it years ago. Others have done it worldwide, either on foot or by small boats, etc. It will never end tragically for him. Our youths must be innovative rather than use their time planning evil. I hope he has a very safe trip. Surely he"ll get there and his reward for this noble plan. |
oka4ugoo:Bros you dey very wicked o. Come, you work for Observer newspaper before? |
That's why many teachers get beaten up mercilessly by students after school. A lot of teachers know it especially public school teachers. They show their powers inside the schools and the students show their gang powers outside the schools. At the worst the phones should have been seized and not destroyed. In my secondary school days, my principal was walking by me during the morning assembly and saw a small catholic rosary given to me by my mum on my neck. He ordered me to take it off and drop it inside a little fire in front of him (he had instructed us not to wear necklaces and we must all shave our beards cleanly). When I refused to take it off and offer my explanation to him, he got very angry. He was wearing an agbada. In that anger he moved to slap me, but I dodged his slap. He missed me and fell down with his agbada. The whole school erupted with chants of joy. Our principal had fumbled and disgraced himself! |
24enjay:Truly it is very painful and disappointing. Have a great week! |
What's he trying to achieve in revocating allocations validly given to people? Is this not witch hunting. If the target is Oshiomole and friends, why make others suffer? Are there no other lands in other parts of Benin or Edo state as a whole where houses can be built for judges and top civil servants? Even at that when thenew estates are built with public funds, the same politicians would very likely purchase the best of the properties using third parties and looted funds and then rent them out at exorbitant rates. Why are Nigerian politicians so backward like this? What would happen if Obaseki does not return as the governor this year? Would the next person not witch hunt him too? |
