Abi no be APC again? Expect the exact opposite. Before this year Nigeria was called poverty capital of the world. Beginning this year, more Nigerians have been added to the inglorious list, including supporters of APC. First they must tell us how they intend to deal with corruption. |
United Delta keh? |
Hmmm |
Hmmmm |
favor914:And the one who mentored everyone has put the country into more misery. The one who mentored people presently borrows the ideas of those he castigated and blamed for the problems of the country. And the one who mentored people has a cabinet full of mentees with track records of embezzlement of public funds. By the way, having mentored you, please tell us the state of affairs with your life in all honesty. |
Hopefully they should fix their country within the time frame. The systematic bifurcation of our resources must come to an end. Every country involved in Africa plays their part in the destruction of African land and resources. That includes the Russians, Saudis, Iranians and especially the Chinese, who pretend to do well. Nigeria is the example of where the Chinese have turned the mining fields into their personal estates. They mine the gold, lithium, etc and make the people less human. I sincerely hope that within the time frame appointed by the Nigerien military leader, the country would have been made much more better than it presently is. Hopefully income from their resources can be used to build better infrastructure and make life better for the citizens. Niger is not the only landlocked country in the world. Europe has sixteen landlocked countries. Switzerland which is the most notable name has one of the best economies in the world. With only limestone, sand, clay, gravel and marble as their resources, water is used to fix their hydroelectric power. They have built several dams and taxation has added to made the country one of the most beautiful and sought after in the world. Look at Luxembourg. Look also at the Vatican. That’s the same way Rawlings made Ghana what it has become today. He swept the political class aside and build the present Ghana appropriately. Nigerians go to Ghana and have some peace of mind. If the military is truly sincere and avoid corruption, they can build and hand over a better nation to a democratically election, corruption free leader. |
Hmm. Everything good thing is needed to improve our security nationwide. Everywhere you go in Nigeria, there are security challenges. No state is spared. If it’s not bandits and terrorists, it is armed robbers and kidnappers, rapists, ritual killers, dangerous neighbours, yahoo, child molesters, burglars and even the security people too. |
Match to favour Liverpool. |
Very good. |
Very good. Something must be done about this scrap metal business in Nigeria. Notice that now our northern brothers break into people’s shops, homes and offices to steal copper and whatever iron kwanden that they can find. Even metals used to cover manholes gutters are brazenly stole by these fellows. They use bags to laid while generators and run away. This northern boko haram crisis has become a very serious national problem. |
derecho:He represents Delta North and is not an electoral thief. He clearly won his election as a the only PDP Senator in Delta state. He is by no means a lane grabber as all his wealth are in the public domain. By the way, before you insult others who on social media who you do not know, look at yourself first and ask yourself why you feel so miserable. If you vote for the right leaders, they must deliver. Unfortunately you sound like some of those who vote for the wrong people. Whoever he chose to marry has nothing to do with you. He neither used your money (shishi you no get), neither did he take over your girlfriend. His wife is very happy with him and they have a very happy home. There is no relationship between him and colonial masters. Part of the funds he got back from colonial masters were handed over to your state for development. You enjoyed it, except you may not have been of age as of the period. Get yourself of the yoke of colonial masters first, who your leaders support and carry your funds to their countries to invest. You make some money first and then get married to see how it feels. Ask God to take you to his current age to also know how it feels. |
AllenSpencer:And common sense has not told you that his demands are part of the reason why he was voted for his constituents? How some of you reason really is very baffling. You have not thought of how it could be possible and how it would aid the development of your country, even if a portion of such amount is paid? Common sense had not told you that the major challenge facing his constituency, just like others, is underdevelopment, lack of infrastructure and horrible governance? You find someone who speaks on behalf of his constituents and the entire nation and yet you ask this very childish question? For your information Ned Nwoko has helped repatriate some of such funds on behalf of Nigeria and the benefits shared by all the states. You may go and research that if you either care or have enough data. |
Jagbajantis intete. All na noise. What’s happening with their “protection” of oil pipelines in the Niger Delta. We hear how their officials connive with oil thieves to steal oil and make humongous wealth for themselves. The evidence of their “protection” is found in their very fat pot bellies. It is only another avenue to loot public resources abeg. |
Confirmedzombie:And you are so shameless that you support those who impoverish you more daily. No be juju be that? Truly you are a confirmed zombie. |
Hm. Where is the United Nigeria in the imagination of Akpabio’s heart? Nigerians had peace in the diversity until 1999 when the politicians took over. The religious divide was there. The tribal disagreements were there but not threatening. Nigerians have not had peace since 1999 when politicians took over. Out of their greed, they have bifurcated the country economically. In the process of stealing public funds, they pushed forward the religious and ethnic story, making Nigerians enemies of themselves. Nigerians lived everywhere they wanted and were at peace before the politicians. Now you must thread with caution all over the country. The only time they tell us of a United Nigeria is when they have private functions and invite each other. The truth is visible that the seeds of discord have germinated. Only God can save this country from a tribal and religious war. |
She fall mugu. Na everyday like that for Lagos na. 1. Ketu market 2. Alaba 3. Ajegunle 4. Idumota 5. Iyana Iba Two rules: 1. Barrow man/head carrier must be either beside you or side by side with you. 2. Make sure barrow man does not speed. 3. As much as you can ask your seller to get one for you. |

What a shame. Thankfully she did not succeed. Life is sweet. Life is nice. There is always hope for a better tomorrow. Fail today, you can succeed tomorrow. Your spouse fails you today, you can get a better one tomorrow. I believe that if it was as a result of a failed relationship, with wisdom, better understanding, she can get a better man. Society wedding does not guarantee you peace. Again, what you sow you reap. If you jilt someone today, another person somewhere, when you think you have peace, will certainly jilt you. |
“It is not a 100 meters race”. “Get me there” “Emi lo kan” “E gbe kini yi wa” “My team and I”. “Oya my team member will respond to that question”. That was at Chattam house. Above were his assured words to his supporters. “ And now another story of failure. Nigeria has become complex. Now he is beginning to realize that it takes more than a 100 meters race to be the President. Now he knows that it is not easy attending to public and private matter throughout the day. By the way, where are the palliatives? Excuses daily. |
Zonefree:Na owu man talk be that abeg. If you no get shishi for pocket na the statement you make so. |
Let’s assume that the place belonged to Bank of Industry. Please what was the business of Imo state government in destroying the property on behalf of Bank of Industry? |
Na wah. Without doubt, this government continues the business of leaving the substance and chasing the shadow. All the jargons are to confuse the blind followers. How has government borrowed further the sum of $3b in the name of stabilizing the naira, and not showing the way forward beyond that? What has happened to the oil thieves? What has happened to the refineries? What has happened to the subsidy thieves? What has happened to those who use round tripping as their livelihood? What has happened to economic sabotage? Where are all those who have been raping the country economically? They know that the borrowed amount will find its way mostly to the accounts of the black market operators. What has happened to black market operators in terms of financial prosecution? This country just suffers because a few people choose to make the entire population suffer. It suffers because the poor who are badly impacted, still support their crooked leaders. |
Tareq1105:Are you out of secondary school yet? |
Very horrible. Very despicable. Very heartless. What an evil fellow. Exactly the wicked type who use humans like him for rituals. |
Ok |
“I do not know if it will be possible for someone from certain parts of Nigeria to ever become President of Nigeria”. I absolutely agree with that from Reno Omokri. However he seems to deceitfully want to confuse his followers that Nigeria is made up only of three tribes, namely: Igbo Hausa and Yoruba. The country is made up of too many tribes and the Ijaws had the opportunity to produce the President. He is from the Itsekiri tribe. If there is a tribe that may not produce the President, it must be the wrapper tying men from his tribe. The Igbos who he castigated in the name of Peter Obi have had the honor, if his short memory does not confuse him. Speaking of people with qualifications. We can all see that those with PHDs, Masters, etc, are the embezzlers of the public treasury in this country presently. Omokri must be reminded that Nigerians do not require a leader with all the degrees, but lacking in integrity and morals. We need leaders who can be held accountable and who can make our societies liveable. He can continue supporting thieves. By the way, he needs to be reminded that the boat left Abubakar Atiku long ago in 2003. The day he planned to remove OBJ, was the same day that he lost the opportunity. He has gone from party to party, yet na zero. Power belongs to God and not man. The 2023 election was not Atiku’s concern. He ruined the chances of PDP. If he remained in Dubai, PD should be in power by now. Omokri should lick his wounds quietly please. |
Very good for them. Surely it was not in anyway a prank. It was a very well calculated vicious attack and revenge by the fellow known as Obed. He was angry that Anastasia was attacked and also that his room was damaged. They accused her of coming from a long distance to fight Anastasia. Hopefully they are dealt with to show an example. |
Yeye OP. So you do even know that there are many millionaires who reside in face me I face you? You do not know that many have gone from face me I face you to their very well built big houses. Go and ask some of your political leaders of today how they started. Rotimi Amaechi lived in one room until he went to the state assembly. He even took camera men to visit his neighbors then and show how he started. IP, you be Muntula. |
Lanretoye:When you are not informed, do not address others as ignorant and stupid. Do not choose to insult others on social media, especially when matters that trouble the nation come up and we grapple endlessly without solutions. That road was constructed under the military government of OBJ between 1975 and 1977 and it took off from the present Iganmu bridge, terminating at the Seme border. It was a very beautiful road on the entire stretch. It did not take years to complete as we presently experience. It also was not rocket science. The Okokomaiko to Badagry round about stretch took only 30 minutes of driving to complete. That was the beauty until about 1999 and thereafter with the civilian government. In OBJ’s tenure as the President, the Sango - Idiroko was resurfaced and it was speedily done in year 2000. The Lagos-Badagry expressway which is the Nigerian section of the Trans-West African highway, has been under this painful state for many years, with motorists, pedestrians and people living around the area languishing in daily traffic jam. The portions fixed are well unplanned with dangers everywhere for pedestrians and motorists everywhere. Tell us how the Republic of Benin is responsible for the Nigerian section of the road, leaving their own side in their country. So you expect them to do the Nigerian part? Who has the empty skull? You or the OP? Their own part leading to Cotonou was long fixed. Eulogizing corruption is a danger to our youths. Praising leaders when they fail in the discharge of their duties (when you stood in the sun to vote for them) is a sign of your support to continue living in misery, while they pocket the funds to send their children and families abroad to live better lives. Have you looked at the contractual terms, particularly the delivery date for the project? Have you wondered why governments in Nigeria, state and federal failed on their own part? The idea to fix the road was by BAT while he was the governor of Lagos state. Whose fault is it that the project has taken 15 years and so far uncompleted? The OP who complained? Do you know the pain that residents along that way face daily? |
Pakute:How can you not be defined as part of the poor people going by your words. The word “token” was used to describe the sum of 2m given to the senators, while you said “different people with different bulling, before you know it 2m don finish”. Your words show that 2m is so huge that it can be shared among very many people. You may please tell us how much you benefitted from it as a poor man. |
Taylor90:“escape goat” keh? Which one be escape goat abeg bros? You be goat wey want to rub? Chai. I don laugh fall down. I never hear “escape goat” before ooooooo. |
xandy84:Look the major problem is dishonesty. Leadership without integrity; leadership filled with corrupt people, will always fail. Corruption is the biggest threat to all Nigerians. Whatever policies are put in place, such policies are quickly subverted by the leaders, keeping the entire nation in misery. They floated the naira. It is clear that it failed. Now they intend to embark on another round of trial and error, with a few meant to benefit from such move. |
