First, the church should come publicly to deny the allegations.

Secondly, I can't start with anybody. It's not my duty to do investigation for the authorities. We can only demand them to do the right thing.

Lastly, I pray not to get myself so controversial in the world...,although I'm also human. Irrespective, we must demand for justice for the livings and the deads.

Please also commence investigation into the alleged atrocities of Late Prophet TB Joshua. The world need to hear detailed report from the Nigerian authorities. It's a shame if a foreign media is the one bringing these atrocities to the open if at all they are true.

Nigerian Government should do the needful on this to proof these revelations from BBC wrong or right. The government owes the public this.

I used to think Landlords are wicked people until I built my own house and have tenants.

Do you know most Landlords cannot recoup the cost of building their house front rent in 20years on the average. If you doubt me, do a simple mathematics. Yet, in Nigeria, tenants will be owing landlords 2years, 3years. Some will even run away with the money.

While I was in the UK, even the few hours I stayed over was counted as a day I had to pay.

I still think to make things even, Tenancy cases in our court should not last more than a week before final judgement is giving.

Tenants also have this misconception that they can stay 6months free without paying rent. I don't know where that stupid notion came from.

Nowadays, you tend to see individuals building personal house instead of rented properties because the economic value isn't just there especially when you put it side by side with the stress some tenants will give you.

Landlords are really suffering in Nigeria. We need better law to protect them as well as the tenants.

Sorry to divert the topic. I want to ask about something pls. Is it true that police don't help someone collect debt. Because I took some that owed me close to half a million to police station, d case has been dragging for like 6 month now. So yesterday, when I got to station to vent my displeasure about how d case is handling, they boldly told me that I should be patience because is not police job to help someone collect debt, but they are just helping me. Pls police is the house, how true is this? And if is true, won't there be chaos in d land because many people will be taking law to their hands.

Charge the person to a civil court with your evidences. Police can't force him to pay otherwise he can turn it around on you for using police to harass him.

It's a civil case not a criminal case. And even if it's a criminal case, police can only help make arrest of the "suspect" and take him to court.
Mark my word there, he remains a suspect and not a criminal until the court say so.

Some friends would just embarrass you for social media instead of borrowing you money.

Stop this cheap excuse. Amotekun is not a federal government security apparatus. They're doing a great job in the south west.

The governor receives security vote every month, let him set up a local security network within the area. Put the personel on salaries and train them on the use of pump action, give them patrol vehicles. They'll have a link to the police and military divisions close by in case the need for back up arises.

There are youths in those communities that are willing to protect their communities. From the 28 communities recently sacked, the governor can get at least 1,000 willing youths. These things are not rocket science.
