My brother i hacked,the highest level one can attained in satellite world can be divided into two parts of which are hardware and softward,the hardware entails the equipment design, construction,modifications and installations of satellites dish which i believe is why this forum's lunched while the software aspect is a little bit technical for a lay man who knows nothing about computers or how it operates and i believe it s regard to as off topic here you know what am saying,old members will understand what everyone is trying to arrive at in the long run,we dont need to question anybody.nairaland is a class we all visit here to learn one thing or the other.dont force or persuade anybody to drop any info here,he might be protecting some copy right of a thing and remember nobody is above the law reason why we must not deviate from the reason for creating this threads and remember this is internet.let us continue our inventions and discovery(ies)so as to enjoy fta.

I totally agree with you. If you are not  prepared  to share it with everyone here, please don't even bother posting it.If you claim to have a satellite receiver which does 'wonders'   and you are not prepared to share with people here why post in the first place because definitely people will ask questions.  I don't get it. If you want to keep something secret fair enough that's your decision there are ways  of disclosing it to those you want to  share with.This is free to air general thread not free to market satellite receivers or something.

congrats for the innovation.The main thing is for everyone to know u can get some c-band signals with 90cm dish.That is refreshing.But my question is what next?Because I don't think you will be better of in terms of the channels you will get on cband than u will with the same dish size(90cm) than a ku band.

That is a very good attempt by Obnelly but nobody should expect they will be better of by replacing their ku lnb with cband lnb.

from your post all the places you mentioned do not include Ghana (or west africa) which is the scope of the I Hacked findings. I remember when Adewest said he could track nilesat with 1.8m dish in Lagos a lot of peopple including me had our own doubts.He posted some pics and tps but still some were not convinced.In fact he got a lot of stick from members.I think what convinced a lot of people was when a couple of guys (toxnaija,enitan etc) visited him and saw it live;now i believe everyone respects and cherishes what Adewest did.
It is good for all of us if nilesat can be tracked with 90cm dish.What everyone needs ,and rightly so, is a convincing proof ;until then I Hacked might have done a great job but may not get the credit because people are still not convinced.

I think the theme of this forum is FTA and not hacking,but many of the guys here keep posting offensive topics here. You see topics like[b] how to hack dstv,dongle upgrading etc[/b]. No responsible Govt will accept this. This forum has benefited many of us and its still benefiting us. Why do we then keep doing things that will leed to closing of the website. Remember someone is paying to keep the forum going. All UK based satellite forums will state clearly that no discussion about NDS hacking because that is security system sky uk use. Same thing every other places.

What even baffles me is,if you look at the no of posts of these guys,it will not be more than 3 and most of the posts are asking questions rather than any meaningful contribution. Please enough is enough.

africa unite and muvi tv are still on 30.5east.u need to make sure u have a very high signal quality say 84% if u r using strong stb on the aljazeera tps to get those 2 channels.

orton x403p is good for picture quality,performance,patch,blind scan, recording on external hdd and playback and a lot of other functions.
Where i think strong stb is better than a lot of receivers is tracking.
For what the receiver does and its cost i believe orton x403p is very good value for money.you can google and check more on its functions. i know at least 3 more gh members who use it and they are happy with it.if u know how to use strong stb it will be easier to play around the orton.my thoughts.

openbox s9 may be good but i think the orton/globo/opticum x403p have the same functions as the openbox s9 but very much smaller in size.openboxs10 is similar to the globo/orton/opticum x403p.my humble opinion
