Please, slow down and find a more reasonable analogy. Nursing is different from medicine. Biz Admin in University is thesame as Biz Admin in a polytechnic. The routes are just different. However, to compare a typist with a Biz Admin graduate (nurse:doctor) is waste of any form of education.

By and large, PGD and MBA in Nigeria are revenue generation programmes. That's why students are made to pay more than regular Masters.

The only issue i see is why HND holders in a field should do another 2 years PGD program in their field when then want to pursue masters in that same field. For candidates crossing fields, it may make sense. By the way, why do we take 18 -24 months for Masters in Nigeria?

We need to revamp our education system and place more value on productivity and the use of our youth's time.
