Good!
To be fair, INEC is the only institution that obeys court order accordingly in Nigeria, but it's peopled by corrupt individuals.
The court cannot continue to drag us back by not upholding the place of technology in our elections - technology improves transparency and reduces the workload of cases that the courts might have to handle.
But they rubbish technology in their judgement. If what BIVAS has is not corresponding with the number of votes, it's a pointer that something "ontowards" might have happen in the process and the court does not have to ignore these signs if they want us to succeed. If these data from BIVAS are not admissible evidence in election to prove irregularities, then they should tell us why we spent money to buy them. |

“On that November 7, the Odekpe youths, led by their President General stormed our community and started burning cars, houses, shops and other possessions of non indigenes resident in the area.” This is who they truly are and we've always reminded them that if Lagos was in the SE, no one dares do what they claim entitlement to in Lagos or other places. These are their own people from other communities they're treating like this. Imagine a Hausa or Yoruba man in such community - it'd be a wholesome terror for them. They can deny evil in their region to feel good like their doing with their comments here. Wait until such is reported about another place, they won't wait to verify before playing victims. The reasons people don't go to the SE for business like they do in other regions is, they don't allow non-indigenes to excel. |

Svoboda: Theres many more. Nwobodo v nnamani, sam egwu v that elderly gov, malla kachalla v ali modu sherrif. Shettima v ali modu sherrif, razak lawal v the sarakis. Hashidu v goje. Hashidu and Goje's case is similar to that Malla Kachalla And Sheriff - as both Malla and Hashidu were sponsored by sheriff and Goje respectively and when they fell out, both individuals came back to take power the following election. It was Sam Egwu and Martin Elechi - he thought he could control the old man. Even the old man was outsmarted by Umahi. I really don't think I can be made a governor and take it out on my benefactor. I won't fight you. I just find a way to silently avoid your traps. |

extol1: Ododo will eventually lose the seat to Muri. The over voting was crystal clear in those region. haba, yahaya Bello doesn't know how to manipulate results, he thinks it is all fvcking actresses. Just as Natasha taught him a lesson, likewise Muri will teach him Yahaya is already jittery by his actions in recent times. His own party and power that be would wield the big stick for his arrogance at the right time. He's been fighting Tinubu since the days of Audu and him losing the primaries in 2015. He stole what was Faleke's. He challenged Tinubu and refused to step down for a southern candidate - in fact, he stormed out of the meeting to discuss this issues. You can't produce number of votes higher than the the number of collected voters card. That archaic ways his people rig in those farm settlements in the SW state like Ekiti was what he repeated here. He's going out with his incommunicado Ododo. |

wengerman: He used thesame tactics he used for his own election forgetting that there is bvas machine now which wasn't there during his time. Yahaya is an arrogant illiterate who banks on thuggery and intimidation to gain something. I met someone in Abuja and we got talking about political development in Nigeria generally and elections and judgements were mentioned. He told me he was on ground during the elections in Ankpa. He said being an APC person himself and having seen the sweeping support the Muri guy was getting, they allowed people to add a few votes, looking at how Yahaya brought 99% voter turnout from his towns of Okehi, Adavi and Okene - they decided to up their own ante and to everyone surprise, INEC rejected that move and rejected those votes claiming they might cause problem for the candidate of SDP and they won't allow that format to be deployed in Yahaya's villages. Then when results were announced, they saw a repeat of what happened in 2019. If the court doesn't overturn this, they're ready to do it their own way the next time. This is where INEC has pushed people to. |

Indispensable85: Finally Dino is humbled. He has no case and no chance.
I'm looking at Ajaka. His chances are bright with good lawyers. Having Dino at the tribunal would have slowed Ajaka down because Dino confessed that he hacked the system to get some evidences and you know no matter how strong the evidence is, if gotten through criminal route, it'd be useless and might even implicate you. INEC was holding on to that statement of his. Dino has no case. He said Kogi people voted Audu, but God chose Yahaya Bello. Now let him have the taste of the God-chosen Yahaya. |

Donphilopus, una guy Dino don jump out ooo.
Where's is his Nairaland campaign manager, who was reporting everything about Dino and told us Dino was going to win?
We know the judiciary is bad, but Natasha just got her mandate and you clapped for the same judiciary.
Even if you don't get justice, you'd have exposed them and your lawyers enriched our "electoral jurisprudence".
He should give his evidence to Muri.
Yahaya talked about "rigging" to the extent of the runner-up not seeing the reasons to go to court. I think that worked on Dino.
Yahaya's party won, but he's still mad at his party members. I'm sure he didn't see SDP pulling that number.
Dino even underrated Muri to the point that he was saying that they wrote the figure for Muri and made him 3rd, because, in a case of rerun, he has an inroad in the west and central, unlike Muri - that Muri should not celebrate just yet.
Dino knows the tribunal would embarrass him by even refusing to vote on the day of the election. |
