Every child takes ribena or treetop from the fridge and dilutes it with water thinking the parents won’t know. I am a parent and I can tell you, it is usually unintelligent children that comply with restrictions and boundaries, intelligent children test limits and boundaries. My friend when I was 19, I had a car I used in university but the vehicle license and insurance had expired. I was given money by my parents to do it but as a student I spent the money on beeer and other things. You know what I did? In those days you were only required to paste the photocopy of license on the windscreen and a photocopy of insurance in the car. I took the expired vehicle license, tippexed the expired date, got a typist to type a new expiration date and then photocopied it and pasted on my windscreen. You could not tell they were fake.

They did not because they have their own copies of the ec8 forms, they have done their maths and they know they lost.


If you know you passed an exam and you are before the exams tribunal or board, will you not be keen for them to bring out the script you wrote instead of focusing g your energy on my lecturer does not like me, the results they posted on the notice board were blurred, the lecturer is not qualified. In the history of Nigerian elections no case is more clear cut than this one. I am aware of ikpeazu’s legal record but just like most ibos when it comes to tribe they make fools of themselves. Unfortunately Ikpeazu has allowed tribal sentiment to allow him to engage in a case that will smash his previously stellar track record. A lawyer cannot be sentimental, once you are driven by sentiment you lose the ability to think right.

So my response to you is if you are not daft, you would know that because you have not lost a case does not mean you will not lose your next case. Also has he really never lost a case? A lot of these urban myths are nothing but lies. I don’t know how you can be a lawyer for so long and not lose a case. It is impossible.

I strongly feel elections are won tactically in stronghold/populated registered voters and not necessarily widespread for instance Lagos and portharcourt if properly recorded would have helped Obi.

If you add all of Lagos and Rivers votes to Obi he would still have lost.


I made a post about this before the elections. I will try and find it and post again. You cannot win a national election in Nigeria without geographical spread, our electoral system was designed that way so that no tribe dominates another. Even th north will it’s numbers has never won an election without an alliance with the south.

Spread is the key to winning presidential elections in Nigeria.it’s a marathon not a sprint, you don’t even need to win any state to become president. If you have enough geographical spread to come 2nd in enough states and your opponents are regional wonders you can defeat them. Obi swept SE, a few states in SS and his momentum faded. Outside those zones he barely had 2 or 3 states where he got 10%. Whereas Tinubu was coming 1st of second in most states, in the states he lost he got 30%, 40% etc and that’s why he won.

All they talked about was irev but the Supreme Court said only a few months ago irev is irrelevant. Bringing boxes to court and. It saying anything about the contents of the boxes or how it affects your case means nothing….it’s just a show!

Shebi they have concluded their case? Did you hear where they said they won Lagos and this is the exhibit? Did you hear where they said they won Ekiti and this is the EC8 evidence? Did you hear where they said they won Bauchi or any other state and this are the EC8 forms to prove it? No they just brought boxes to court to excite their base and spent all their time calling expert witness from Amazon that is not qualified to speak on behalf of Amazon etc etc.

It is precisely because party agents have their own original EC8forms that the irev result for Rivers cannot stand. And in fact some of the results for Rivers have since been changed.

It is precisely for this reason that the only recognized result for any polling unit is the EC8 form and BVAS.

I hope you understand…..Irev can say what it wants, the law only recognizes what is contained in EC8 and BVAS. If you tender an EC8 form that is different from what I have, the court will rely of the copy given to the police.

Whatever is on irev is supposed to be a copy of what was inputed on the EC8 and signed by party agents at the PU and copies given to party agents, Inec and the police, so if there is any discrepancy the court will refer to the EC8 and BVAS not irev.

I cannot overemphasize this, the original document of whatever is on Irev is the EC8 form. So if there is a problem where do you turn to? The original document…which is the EC8 form.

Irev did not expose the fraud in rivers state, it is EC8 that exposed the fraud in rivers state. It is because party agents had copies of the original EC8 that they questioned the results posted on irev that was different from what what is their hands. Form EC8 is the beginning and the end. I hope you understand now that it is the EC8 that matters not what is on irev.

Party agents can be compromised besides Mahmmud never listened to party agents when they were protesting. IREV ensures transparency and also ensures everyone can view it making it impossible to alter the results once uploaded.

1. If your party agent is compromised, that is not anyone’s responsibility but you.
2. Irev simply displays what was signed at the polling booth in the presence of voters and party agents.
3. Every party agent. has a copy
4. If the result on irev is different from the results on the EC8 an original copy of which was given to you at the polling booth then bring out your EC8 form, a copy of which you have…that is what the law says.

I repeat. Supreme Court judgement….The law does not recognize irev as a basis for collation of results. What all party agents signed at the polling booth in he presence of voters is what the law recognizes. If you truly won the elections, you will be presenting EC8 forms, your lawyers are not stupid. They are. It because they have collated the EC 8 forms in their possession and realized they lost so they are trying to discredit INEc and whip up public sentiment.

If you really won an election would you not be trying to present the actual polling unit results instead of this man has no certificate, this man was not duly nominated, this man forfeited money 30;years ago, irev this, blah blah. In all the testimony obi presented, when did he actually tender a result that differs from what their own party agents have in their EC8 forms?

After all what is irev if not simply an exhibition of what is contained in the EC8 forms. Please if you still have any plans to rest your brain. Read the judgement that affirmed Adelekan as governor. The Supreme Court has clearly stated that irev has no relevance. The only thing that matters is the EC8 and BVAS so all this nonsense you people are doing in court is just nollywood show. If you truly felt you won the election, your lawyers will be presenting the EC8 forms in courts, after all your agents have original copies.

You cannot rig the election on irev because part agents have original copies of whatever is posted on Irev.
