Nigerian doctors that peddle fake miracle cures like SS change to AA, HIV cures, Fibroids melting, raising people from the dead, women without wombs getting pregnant.

Naija doctor will confidently tell you to meet your Pastor or recommend his Pastor.They have become one of the biggest mouthpiece of these Pastors
Naija doctors that believe in witchcraft and juju, I had arguments with a few of them where it was implied that juju is a cause of primary infertility (The case of the woman on her wedding video that someone gave her a funny belly rub)
Sometimes, I feel ashamed when I listen to them reel off these rubbish.
We have a really long way to go in this country.

You seem to have conveniently ignored the part where I said atheists make their own rules and reject a supreme deity.
In all these examples that you've mentioned, do anyone of them believe in a supreme deity?

Now, atheism/free thinking isnt bound by any rules or doctrines, so anyone can make their own rules but it all hinges on same thing. They all reject a belief in a supreme deity. It's not misotheism or antitheism.

If atheism says it wants the death of religion, then it should go ahead and criticise Islam as well regardless of the fact that some of its adherents didn't come from there.

There are Muslim atheists too. Most of them left the Arab world for fear of their lives, that doesn't mean they don't criticize Islam, they are very vocal on social media.
Most atheists criticize Christianity because they were Christians in the past, you can't criticize a religion you didn't grow up in and you don't know inside out.
Muslim atheists criticize Islam majorly because they grew up in that.

Excessive salt intake could be a risk factor (newer research are beginning to say that it is wrong) it is not a cause of hypertension. Etiology of essential hypertension is multifactorial with the bulk being on genetic factor i.e hereditary.
