She stumbled out of the car, bumped into me and almost tripped in the process. I had noticed the car when I pulled over at the parking lot of the hotel because it was also a Lexus saloon like mine, but of a different color. The engine was running and all the glass, tinted save the windshield, were wound up. I had also noticed some movements inside the car but I gave it no thought. As I tried to break her fall with my outstretched arms, I caught a brief glimpse of one of her br3asts which was half exposed, out of its confines in her sweatshirt. I was clearly embarrassed as I shifted my gaze away from that sumptuous flesh and stared directly into her eyes, asking if she was alright and if she would need some help.......... It was a morning like any other, or so it appears in this part of the country. Having driven nearly 150 kilometers I had decided to make a thoroughfare through one of the states in the southwest - Ekiti to be precise. Few minutes into the Ado - Ekiti capital city, the car FM radio tuned into one of the stations in the city where a jingle was being aired. Davido, the popular musician was coming to town in few days' time and the air waves were of course agog with the news. Even the popular hotels in the city seemed to reflect the fanfare mood of the upcoming visit as most were booked. But that was the least of my needs of that moment. I needed to have a refreshing rest and of course a nice meal, but all that will require cash at hand. With no banks ATM working at those early hours of the morning, a few samaritans assured me that I could cash money at one of the "big boys" hotel in town they called prosperous royal hotel which luckily was at the next turn. I drove into the premises of the hotel and pulled up beside this ES300, same model I drove but a different colour. The ATM was a few meters away and appears functional. With some excitement mixed with apprehension, I walked briskly to the machine praying it dispenses. Being able to eventually cash the money was a great relief and so I waltzed back to my car, rapidly running my upcoming activities for the day through my mind. Lost in my thoughts while I returned the ATM card into my wallet, I hardly noticed the petite lady exiting the other Lexus saloon parked beside mine. Perhaps she did likewise not notice me until we collided, awkwardly. I broke her fall and I also apologised, asking her if she would need some help with walking. She mumbled some words instead and kept walking, pulling her skirt down further as she walked away. I noticed she had some unstable gait to her steps, something that reminds me of when you can't feel your feet after coming out of an awkward position in a cramped space. Glad of being saved the trouble of trying to appease a random lady, I turned around and continued towards my car. That was when I noticed the rear door on the opposite side of the other Lexus opened. A guy came out and was buttoning his shirt. He w ore jeans knickers and a sandal. That was the moment I joined the pieces together and formed a mental picture of what I had noticed since I pulled up beside the car up till when the guy alighted from the car. The were getting it inside the car; at the back. All those movements I noticed were actually two people at the zenith of s3xual pleasure. It was all an odd yet funny sight to behold. I simply got into my car and drove off, thinking of the moments I'd fantasized about getting groovy with babe in the back seat of a car, or in a caravan if I had one. |

donnie: donnie:Lol @ shoot 'em down. Unfortunately and as good as that idea sounds, everything good that kicks off in the country always gets abused at some point along the line. How will this country move forward with that kinda mindset and value systems from a larger percentage of it's population? Some useless guys go still rob drone ![]() |
tydi:Yeah. And he doesn't even care that he has one of his brothers among that crew. He just dey curse those murrafukers dey go. Isn't that something? |

[ dignity33:Yorubas are the least nepotistic in this country. They don't hesitate call out their own whenever he/she errs, even when the error is committed against people from other tribes. They equally do not spare anyone from other tribes or tongues who errs on the part of carelessness. Theirs is is it right? In all, they put humanity before religion, ethnicity, creed or clan. This is an incontrovertible fact. |
rusher14:God bless you front and back for going all the way to bring back the tangential argument on track. |
[ mobaking:Ha! Thank you o. I just weak when I read the first few comments and they all had one ing in common: Ignorance written all over. One even went as far as saying Falana's agreement is like beer palour argument even when Dino, one of the subjects involved in the new imbroglio is clearly playing double games as he has been a beneficiary of the fight against injustices in the senate before now. Chai! Mike Ozhekome is currently on the radar of the police and anti-graft for corruption, so where the heck d'you think his arguments will vacillate to? In all his submissions, he did not cite any single precedence in the Nigerian court pronouncement or legal dispensation to back his claim. Falana has all the facts to draw from recent legal history to strengthen his points, yet it is beer palour gist. How then, if youths make such comments that is devoid of deductive and critical thinking, do we get out of this quagmire? Professor Pius Adesanmi once made mention of how one of these youths who needed him (Adesanmi) as referee for an international study went on FACEBOOk to defend a Nigerian politician involved in certificate scandal and corruption. Please if schools like LSE, Harvard or other prestigious universities of international repute were to be sent any of these defenders of corruption and injustice application for study, do they stand any chance of being considered? |
Bmedels26:How much is the unit? |
oneshowguy:How much does the 18ah go for please? |
pragmatistm:Forgive my extremely delayed response. Konga has a lot of these stuffs in its repository. I once saw a seller on the platform offered the iron alone for 8k. Another seller offered his with an 18mah 12volt battery addon for a total of 22k. Just search for DC iron on Konga. |
I am aware of aluminium fabricators that have places where they get glass for their projects from. The type of glass these ones utilize is non laminated glass which has no use for my project. However what I need is someone who specializes in and has enough experience in tempered glass fabrication for various shapes and specification. Anyone with ideas on where or contacts should please volunteer such. Thanks. |
Einl:What are churches and mosques doing?Busy trying to increase the reduced IGR from reduced tithe income resulting from a biting recession. They should make efforts to build people rather than structures which are but physical and will perish. But the spirit of a man endures and is worth investing in.What is the Fed. Min. of Health and National Orientation Agency doing? You see that of the FMoH is another kettle of rotten fish. As that place is currently structured, they are busy creating chaos in the health sector - that is the only way they can keep up the looting that occurred under the last dispensation. The health minister is complicit and highly involved in perpetuating the mess. The ministry currently preside over terrible and decrepit health institutions, structures, suffering personnels and a rapidly increasing brain drain in the medical work force. Sadly the president will shut his eyes to the havoc the useless health minister is wrecking. What are our mental health institutions doing? The same ills as above bedevil the Federal Mental Health Institutions in the country.Since the number of suicides and suicide attempts has increased they should have created a helpline for those with suicidal tendencies to call. The NPF has, erroneously, been left with the duty of conducting suicide awareness and they are really going 'bout it in the most unconventionally useless way they can - 'orientating' that suicide is a crime and anyone caught in the act risks prosecution. |
greatgod2012:. |
greatgod2012:Your observation is not out of place. There is a concept known as the Werther's effect which spawns from another term known as the "Copycat syndrome". It occurs when a trigger suicide that is well publicized in the media or local news induces others with suicidal ideation to follow the same MO as the original suicide leading to what is known as "Suicide clusters". After all, there has been some other recent suicides before the doctor's case but with different Modus Operandi. But I knew that with the recession bitting hard on Nigerians, it is only a matter of time before we have others trying to use the third mainland bridge MO after Orji's publicized success (please pardon my use of that phrase). |
Victorclean1:I see. D'you mean to say that a threat to rape, whoever it comes from, is something to be taken lightly? |
Generalsamm:Na that small thing dey make you worry? Bro, choose ABU as your first and second choices. They even take an F9 in maths for you to bag LL.B in Maths education in the faculty of Health Sciences. |
If Dino Daniel Jonah Melaye Melaiye O. can do it, you definitely "can do it". Just make sure everything is within the shores of Nigeria. Contact that Sinator above to lecture you on how to go about it. Hmmm. |
seguno2:Oh please. Quit being mischievous. Cambridge rather than WAEC was being offered then. Cambridge came out with their statement to verify the authenticity of PMB's claim in contrast to Dino's in which Harvard and LSE has come out to refute his claim. It would have been better for ABU to tow the path of honour befitting a citadel of higher learning and come out with a definitive statement of either rebuttal or confirmation as the case may be, in the manner Harvard and LSE did. |
numericalguy:Remember that the DSS has dossiers on every member of the legislature. The senate leadership and 95% of it's membership don one corrupt garb or the other. Magu knows this quite well and that may inform his defiance, though not to be encouraged, to the senate summon. He would have thought that a senate that by virtue of its depraved component parts is already biased will not see the need to stand with anything that will save the country from the cesspit of graft, rather it will actively work against it. The apparent vendetta from the senate president against the EFCC boss is another strong point to consider. As a natural human inclination, ABS will only overlook those episodes if he was indeed innocent. You will do the same if in his shoes. But he knows quite well what fate awaits him amd his minions in the red chamber if the guy is substantiated. And I have Magu to partly blame in all of these. He should have concealed his true colour and hyperactivity till he gets confirmed by the corrupt senate. He exposed himself by revealing his strategies to the enemy a little too early. |
Ermacc:Fayose has established cases of corruption levelled against him on many fronts. He is neck deep in the murky waters of corrupt allegations. But immunity as a serving state governor precludes the full weight of the law from being unleashed on him. 2018 is around the corner and he will soon be out. Most definitely, Ekiti people will not want his stooge to win (remember that he was voted om the premise that he is independent - no godfather, hence Ekiti people will not vote for his stooge). This implies that most likely, all his secrets on the misappropriation of state funds will come to the fore further strengthening evidence against him. Knowing the history, painfully, of APC to exchange your horns for a halo and forgive your corrupt past the moment you identify with the party, the best option at present for Fayose is to start coquetry qms flirtation with the APC with a view to securing a soft landing for himself when he becomes vulnerable come 2018. According to him, for the sake of Fashola he will tone down on his criticisms of the present government - preposterous proposition if you ask me - and now he is offering to be of help to PMB in administration, albeit sarcastic. Fayose is not exactly as bold as he portrays himself to be for he caves in under sustained immense pressure. The façade of courage he displays has however always worked for him on most occasions and that is enough to buy him the love of the people including peeps from the east who see him as the only "voice of opposition". But he who comes to equity should come with clean hands. If you ideally want to be seen as reliable, then he should avoid getting entangled in any corrupt or questionable act that will make the government to legitimately hold you by the jugular. Only when you are extremely careful of such will you have the full backing of the law and the people to protect you from persecution, in contrast to prosecution, this time around. He is engaging in impressive enough infrastructure in Ekiti state at present. That is laudable in all fairness and the average Ekiti indigene will acknowledge that. However the unique thing about them is that when his integrity comes to questioning and litmus testing, he will get their unflinching support only if he is indeed innocent. The average Ekiti/southerner prides a honest name above any other thing. Therefore when that time comes, rahter than be defended against the law and upright reasoning, he will be asked to go clear his name and if he indeed is found to be clean, no jupiter will hurt him because the Ekiti people protect its own illustrous, honest and upright indigenes. It's an all or none business. You are either clean to the core or not and this decision is premised on the irrefutable fact that you can administer governance effectively without having to illegally enrich yourself at the expense of the people you claim to "love and govern". The moment you start to enrich yourself at their expense, irrespective of your infrastrucural exploits, you can no longer claim to love them, rather you are insulting their collective intelligence and taking them for a fool and that will not be taken lightly. Fayose knows what he is doing - playing politicis as the dirty game it is. Those that see thru the smokescreen are not deceived. If indeed he passes the litmus test of scrutiny for corruption, I'll be happy for him. Sadly PMB's anti-graft crusade is at best a charade at present, something that in itself cannot pass the integrity test. A situation made worse by a recent flare in shadowy pasts and present dealings of some members f the executives cropping up. Rather than he using that opportunity to send home a strong message on zero tolerance to misdeeds from even your own by ordering them to step down until investigations are concluded, he'd rather play the taciturn - the same attitude that saw to it that a crook and impulsive thief usurped the seat of the senate presidentship. Now that is another serious wedge in the smooth running of the wheel of anti-corruption. The legislature is being run by thieving and a compromised individuals from the leadership right down to the floor members (Please note that Fayose himself would have make up part of the legislature, but he was appropriately downvoted and sacked by Ekiti electorates when he contested the senate seat then). Hardly will 5% of the membership of the legislature pass the integrity test. So I wouldn't be suprised if the devil himself gets canonized and pulls thru and anti-corruption proceeding. |
prettyboi1989:London school of political studies did not require Sahara reporters to present a "police report" or be a law enforcement agency before its enquiry into Dino's academic claim was honoured. London is a sane society. By the way, have you heard of the Nigeria FOI bill? It was passed and signed a long while ago. |
UltraLeslie1:Perhaps and understandably so, an officer in the Nigeria Police Force he is. In that case, he wouldn't see the crime in wrong use of service firearms. |

Why all of 'em come old like this na? Even the bridal train is filled with old women sporting fallen Olympus upandan. |
publicenemy:In sane societies, the armed forces do not shoot at unarmed civilians when there is no present and immediate threat to the life of the officer. Even in self defence, they are still expected to exercise some restraints. In those places, you can be charged to court by the state for shooting at and killing a fleeing assailant especially if the post mortem proves an entry wound from the rear. The fact that you carry some sort of firearm as an officer gives you no right to assert yourself using it on unarmed individuals. |
