Nathan2016:Poor dude you are. How can you as a young and virile married guy having your sweetheart around you every minute only think about getting down once forthnightly? That's abnormal if you ask me. It can be termed low s3x drive and can be a pathological manifestation of some psychological or somatic/somatosensory illnesses. Ever heard of "adequate s3xual exposure" in medical parlance? |
justi4jesu:Lol @ big hammer. Thanks a bunch. |
eledalo:You can make your points without hurling insults. I won't call the OP unwise. In fact I'd rather assume he wanted to know if that lady can be trusted. He knows what he is doing and that informs his decision to change his PIN before dusk - a smart move if you ask me. The lady is a fool that cannot be trusted with friendship. The more reason why she'd rather move with robbers and petty thieves than straight and honest guys. A strong bond could be formed from the association between the two, ain't nothing wrong with that. But she thought the guy was a fool by entrusting her with a debit card and the details. She failed the test of trust. The OP should be wary of her. She may still connive with her cohorts to visit you at home and dispossess you of your belongings. Steer clear of her. Let things stop at acquaintanceship and never let your guard down. Report her ti the authorities? You may need to shelve that idea because justice will not be served. The police will compromise you and whatever evidences you have and these may give those truants the impetus to come for a revenge. |
mazimee:Maybe only to a few. Majority of Nigerians remember his corrupt past, his history of corruprion will haunt him |
OJUcrook:Epic @ Ojukwu's picture. So we now have a man of our own to showcase (in falz's voice) our point. This is indeed home grown, locally manufactured. No more importing Zuma from South Africa. #UseNigerianGrowTheNaira |
dragnet:Okay @dragnet. Would like some tutoring on either payoneer or paypal. I want to own one that can receive funds. However i don't like the hassle of using vpns to hide my location (Nigeria) and all that. What's your advice? |
Vanney1:Is your delivery address in Nigeria? Cos if it is not so, apparently from the tracking information, it appears the item was sent to and already delivered to an address in Brussels since 2nd of June. "BE" as destination country appears to be Belgium. Nigeria is usually "NGLOS". Please get in touch with your seller to be certain on the information he gave you concerning your order. @Vanney1, forgive my late reply. |
Ugosample:Seriously I think some women right activists should rise up and fight against this weird idea of the widow sleeping with the corpse for three days, bathing it and the grossest part: Drinking up that water. They may win this in court also. Although they may leave out the shaving part and wearing of sackcloth and dark cloths as a sign of mourning. Those two are not gross and doing them means the widow showing respect and love for the deceased spouse. |
Trying to use GTB naira debit card yesterday evening, here's what I got. Does that imply GTB had discontinued international transactions on their cards? If yes, please does Ecobank or Heritage still allow that shyte on their own cards?

12inchDickson: Maybe she was trying to be clear about some fuzzy areas in management plan of your case by consulting her resources on the phone. Doctors are not superhumans, so it is not against the rules to quickly consult resources to jog the memories when unsure about a patient's ailment. You are also allowed to consult with other colleagues. But seriously speaking, at that point, you have every right to call her attention to the fact that she is being negligent in her service rendering to a client. She should give you all her attention, not chatting on whatsapp. I'm sure she will have apologised to you and do the right thing. When seeing a patient, the caregiver should take an excuse from him/her if there is need to pick important calls and apologise soon after ending the call. Social courtesy demands that. I also don't subscribe patients making unnecessary calls or shouting on top of their voices into the phone when with their physician. UCH I think, recently released an internal memo to the effect that her staff desist from picking/making calls when their full attention should be on the patient. Only exception given is if the call is important that it can't wait or from spouse, even then you have to finish the call as soon as possible. |
figure007:The patients have every right to take up a case against those doctors for negligence and the MDCN will arbitrate appropriately. The doctor may be sanctioned or even have their licence withdrawn. That is one side to it which is desirable but may amount to injustice in the present state of things in this country. Now the other side to it, and the reason for the above. I narrate this as an eyewitness: Relatives brought in a patient involved in a bike accident. Mildly severe injuries which were taken care of by prompt first aid treatment. Patient was stabilized but as SOP, he is to be placed under observation for some hours while some investigations will also be done. 2 hours after, the relatives insisted they won't continue with treatment since their brother is apparently out of danger's way. That is a Discharge Against Medical Advice, a legal document which they were willing to sign. Alright then, pay the bills while that process is ongoing and all hell was let lose. Dang! They accessed healthcare but wouldn't pay. The doctor tried to cautiously resist them from forcing the patient down from the bed. About four hefty men pounced on the doctor beating him mercilessly. He was overpowered and those people went away with their brother leaving the caregiver bleeding from a gash on his forehead that required about 10 stitches. That's assault. The police was informed, so also was the health management board. The former merely asked for statements and 2000 naira to open case file and of course arrested the assaulters while the latter merely said "sorry" to the guy. The case would have gained much traction had they stepped in for the injured doctor as the employer. Less than 12 hours after, the police freed culprits and case closed. Some kilometers away in another facility, patient relatives mobbed an overworked pregnant nurse for trivial issues of leaving their stable patient to cater to another emergency accident victim who was just brought into the facility. She bled and lost her 6 month old pregnancy. Sad part: No one, no system to protect these caregivers are in place. So at times, I have no strong reasons to condemn their lack of impetus and drive. It's a systemic rot. Once the system is in place to address issues the proper way, both the caregivers and the patients or their relatives will fall in line. |
12inchDickson:You can't complain of ulcer. Rather you may complain of tummy pain/discomfort, which could be caused by a thousand and one things. It is left to the discretion of the physician to determine the likely cause of your discomfort/pain and that is when your "ulcer" may be arrived at. Although your suggestion to her as a "known PUD" patient may serve as a guide, but you don't have to out rightly make the diagnosis for the caregiver, else you could have been proficient enough to prescribe the treatments for yourself, precluding the need to visit the hospital. Not holding brief for her, but with those facts in mind, you'll subsequently likely have better approach and opinion of your caregivers. |
kevoh:You thought and inferred well. He must have expected that encounter with much exhilarating anticipation and planned that the romp will be a memorable one. Few days ago, I read a NLer's submission of concocting aphrodisiac with 600mg Diclofenac, black horse (an energy drink I presume) and some other stuffs I can't recollect. Diclofenac comes in 50mg caplets. You can't go beyond 100mg b.d in standard setting. 600mg of diclofenac is akin to saying that you'd take 12 tablets of Panadol at a go (using the more common Panadol as an example). You'd neither be tired nor feel pain from the romps of marathon s3x, yes. But the downside is your heart is being overworked. Because you can't have enough rest in-between rounds, oxygenation is sub optimal, adequate perfusion gets compromised. Eventually cardiac embarrassment is inevitable. A thorough post mortem will definitely suggest a cardiac arrest. |
sylvar02: But the guy still no worwor reach Oshiomole na, yet the man gat himself a beauty pageant. But wait o, you mean to say you worwor pass Oshio? Eeya. God is your strength and as they say, the beauty is in the eyes of the "beer-holder" |
dunkem21:She may not directly mention Daura or Kyari. She may not even have them in mind for the entirety of the interview, having some other personalities in mind. Remember she mentioned GMB not well acquainted with most of the personalities that make up his cabinet. But one thing is sure: She has openly voiced her bottled up disapproval of her husband's trusted friends, who for all you care may not even care about protecting GMB's reputation. She has refused to align with "kitchen cabinetting" unlike most first ladies in history and she has indicated that full loyalty (not partial) is what she will encourage the president to show to 15milluon supporters and the party structure. |
LOVEGINO:Okay o. I sorry you heh. Even the 99 primera still dey comot vapour and water for exhaust. That no mean say the engine new. |
Okay. Here is what I do. For the first picture, a 99 primera that is no more as good as new, I carefully write down the trip A computer value at each oil change on a strip of paper and tape it on the door rim beside the driver's dash. I am to change the oil at the next 5000kms. For the other two rides, more recent and as good as new, I learnt how to reset the last oil change value on the trip A computer and have it reset to zero at each oil change. When it is nearing or clocks 3000 miles, it's due for oil change. If the mechanic doing the oil change is versed in doing the reset I ask him to but if not, I do it myself. RX300 Trip A: 1515.4 miles RX330 Trip A: 2958.0 miles Both will undergo oil change when reading clocks 3000 miles.

koboko69:Like hell he will stand by his ilk. He just confessed he is a member of the NBA. So let's ask him: What was the recommendation of the CJN panel on the two judges convicted of bribery? One was asked to be dismissed and return 200 million naira in instalments. Another two were given retirement with full retirement benefits; with established, incontrovertible facts of bribery and corruption. WTF! So dude should show us the deterrent in that NJC recommendations. If i am a judge in the future, there is no reason for me not to try my luv too since the NJC will be trivial in their judgement. Now in medical world in Nigeria, disciplinary actions bordering on doctors' medical malpractice are carried out by the MDCN. They appropriate and deliver jidgements and recommendations ranging from heavy fines (malpractice fines in favour of the aggrieved) to suspension from practice to outright seizure of practicing licence. If the crime is seen as one against the state (endangering the security of the country), they can further recommend a court of competent jurisdiction to carry out trial with the aim of a jail term. An aggrieved patient who is also not satisfied with the MDCN ruling may approached a civil court for redress. A doctor that aligns with a terrorist organisation will likely have his case tried by a court compared to malpractice which is within the jurisdiction of the MDCN. I see collection of bribes from international companies by judges costing billions of dollars in losses to the country as terrorism that could appropriately be tried by a state organ different from the NJC. The latter can appropriately dismiss its judges accused of wrongdoing and make recommendations, but the state organ takes it up from there if such requires pronouncement of a jail term. |
Ngokafor:Err, you are very wrong. And you seem not to get the gist, all due to your futile attempt at making everyone believe the the contrary. So I put these to you: *How has the Yorubas supported Fásholá? Matter of fact, they are a little disappointed he had to be amongst the ministerial nominees when they were announced. *Who has recently been in the forefront of pleading with Yorubas to support Tínubú? Oh yes, Fáyòsé the adopted son of one other ethnicity. Believe me, if incontrovertible evidences of wrongdoing are pulled up against BAT today, it is OYO for him. To the sincere and realist, if you do the crime, then by all means get ready to do the time. Humanity first. To hell will ethnicity or religion. |
caprini1:The civil service forms the larger part of corruption in the country. I am hopeful the searchlight will soon be beamed onto that sector. The judiciary that will do the sentencing is undergoing some purge. |
badoh:Gbam! Your head dey dia. |
OILSOUP:But is your legally married wife not reasonably supposed to be your next of kin? At least she will have some right over the ancestral lands that way. But man, you're simply what describes evil, malice and hatred. |
afanide: Chimooo. Chai! See gold digger o. |
oribi:They did not act without warrants. And going by your assumption, wanton looting of citizens' common patrimony, bribery and corruption by a few elite I'd supposed to happen in a sane country, right? |
Vatsyayana:Even if na my uncle, so far he is guilty if the charges, I do not care if he is sentenced to death for his crimes that must have cost the lives of million others. We should live above ethnicity and religious bigotry. You should read the story of how they stood against the dss when they wanted to arrest Ibori until the latter found a way to sneak outta the country. Thank God for the UK that took up the fight on behalf of the helpless Nigerian, of which these ones supporting the corrupt judges are part. |
DammyGbade:The ECOWAS judgement is at best advisory. They cannot upturn a judgement already made by a Nigerian court of competent jurisdiction that made convictions according to our constitution. |
Progressive01:More like iPod newts |
hucienda:What do you keep saying about Dasuki that he arrested? Oh, he is being held against the proper "rule of law" is what you keep wailing. Perhaps you choose to be blind to this fact: Dasuki is Hausa. Not Southerner or Easterner. |
