Your bank, UBA àbí, probably did something wrong. Refunds are made based on the prevailing exchange rate and unless the rate reduced between when you made the purchase and the refund, then there is no reason why your refund should be less than you paid; at worst, it should be at the same rate.

So it's either your initial calculation of the amount paid was incorrect or your bank charged you much more than the prevailing exchange rate with other banks at that time, and now that they refund you, they've probably downward-reviewed their rate or they are doing it at a rate that is at par with other banks.

Forget all these that rate of buying is less than rate of selling, I don't know that to apply to AE transactions. My own experience has always been that I get higher amount with refund than I paid because as per 9ja, whatever goes up (exchange rate) does not come down.

Becoming a big time installer is not what you can learn in 6 months, it requires longer time, experience and interacting with experienced installers. You can learn basic knowledge about solar without spending so much. Resources abound online. Here is a link on NL to pick up bits and pieces about solar. It may take sometime to get the most of the knowledge you require, but it's better that way.

Chinese love their holidays so much and don't usually joke with it, cos it's a time to get off hardwork. However I have had seller ship my items and even responded to my messages during their holidays. So I usually don't fret or under pressure if I place order within that period, except I need the item urgently and it is a must that it be shipped at once. In most cases, I haven't experienced shipping delays during their holidays.

Well then. I think the RB....SG will determine the movement. Good thing that both show the same tracking info. I think this further strnghtens my suspicion that LP.... and RB are both of Singaporean origin.

4px will come in at intervals during the logistics and you will see this in the tracking info. And like I said earlier, this happens with other logistics as well including speedaf. 4px may be something like intermittent dispatch riders that use motorcycles, I think. Primary 4px parcel takes forever.

For yours, the logistics is mainly speedaf, but they make use of 4px intermittently. Other logistics including SingPost have 4px interspersing their tracking info at some points.

But when it is majorly/primarily 4px item, (I always had the impression that 4px is unregistered SingPost, I may be wrong though), then I usually activate my "patience button".

I had sent him a message to change my address after he had shipped and he said he will change it. I guess that's why it showed shipment cancelled. How are the buyers' reviews on the seller? It is also possible that the cancellation was due to your request on change of address. But I have not seen where unregistered tracking number LP... is used to ship phones. Even the RB....SG (singPost) tracking number for a mobile phone appears more credible than this new one. Keep your communication with the seller alive until he has a convincing explanation to give.

And I suspect something. If it happens that the third party card he used is just one of those guys, then it's possible that the owner of the card quickly disabled the payment shortly after the order was placed. This will make "verification of payment" to be unsuccessful.

It takes AliExpress between minimum of few seconds to maximum of 24hrs to verify payment after making an order and then the status of the item changes to "waiting to be shipped". But if the verification post-payment is unsuccessful, then the order becomes "closed". Meanwhile he must have paid the 3rd party guy immediately the order went thru, not waiting for the verification to be completed.

This is likely to be what happened... Edited: I can see he already chatted with the swimmer. So it's likely that verification was successful.

Okay. I understand now. Just chat up the seller and let him know your mind. He will probably have some ways to lessen the burden. Some prices of items on AE are negotiable, especially the shipping prices.

You see I actually realized that you can haggle on AE too, and sellers are also reasonable enough to reduce price for buyers that have the time to haggle prices. I have gotten 1 usd, 1.5 usd discount here and there from haggling prices with sellers. But I mostly don't have the time. It is much easier to haggle with sellers that are either always online or that read their messages quite often. If you try that with sellers that visit their inbox once in two weeks, then you go wait taya.

They were all NG...E, but probably in combined delivery tagged NG...R. If it was just NG...E, the call will most likely come from NIPOST, and that won't be 10th of January, more likely 10th of March, the future.

The excess skin if not removed may serve as a damper by covering the sensitive frenulum much like a condom dampens pleasure. But the female genital cutting literarily does the opposite. It also adds more discomfort like scarring and occasionally dyspareunia (painful s3x) because the the male hip grinds against a scarred clitoral tip during intercourse. Of course this only applies with the missionary style. Other styles like the reverse cowgirl or rear entry style that does not directly stimulate the clitoris will avoid that. Note that clitoral stimulation is not the only way the female enjoys s3x. The center of gravity (which can't be cut off sef) is there. Also the dyspareunia occurs in few cases and therefore proves the failure of FGC in preventing promiscuity.

Comparison of a population of circumcised females and uncircumcised group shows no significant difference in propensity to have s3x. Hence the tendency for promiscuity is not different for both groups.
