Ordered for something last week. The seller extended the buyers' protection period without my consent.

Although this may be quite annoying and it may be suggestive of challenging times ahead with the shipping, but at times, it may just be the seller trying to be proactive so that problems do not arise with purchase protection expiration.

For instance in this case I suspect he may have done this for two reasons:

One, he is anticipating logistics delay as a result of the approaching Chinese holidays. And two, in case that happens, he may not be available to chat with in case you send him message for extension. But as long as he has already himself extended beyond the resumption from holidays, you are covered from loss of dispute.

If you mean pay at once for more than one item (same or different items) from the same seller, it is possible.

In the case of the same item from the same seller, you simply increase the number of the items you want either at the cart page or the checkout page. As you click that, the price also increase accordingly.

However know this, sometimes doing this may not be prudent because the increase with quantity unit may assume geometrical progression instead of simple arithmetic progression. So for instance, a 2 usd per unit lightweight item is expected to increase to 6 usd by the time you click 3 pieces, right? But you may be shocked to see that 10 usd pops up at the end of your selection process.

So what I do in such instances is to kúkúmá place the item unit by unit. Immediately I check out, I re-add to cart and checkout. I repeat this process until my 3 or 4 units are all ordered.

The seller should take the wàhálà from there.

It's glo, as you suspected. I don't have an MTN number (sworn not to use MTN ). But even if I'm to renege and get one, that means I won't be having my main number attached to my Kuda account and I don't think I'm comfortable having a random non-dedicated line attached with my bank accounts.

Maybe I'll still try out kuda customer care or call glo custocare themselves.

As per your question you certainly can use your normal bank account but you "must" prevent the use of any crypto related names or words when filling the narration box

The OTP problem is with my registered phone number. I have passed the point of email verification. Just the phone number OTP verification is next. Each time I select that OTP be sent to the phone, I wait endlessly for the message to enter my phone, but nothing.

Run far away from that TV. I'm a victim. Messed up after exactly 11 months of use. Still under warranty, I sent it to the seller who has forwarded it to their factory in Lagos. Up till now, they haven't called me back for any form of solution.

LG or Samsung product from reputable supplier will be your best bet for now.

Why would I have that much cash and valuables at home, and being able to afford so much, not have top notch security for my funds. Moderate security safes are not expensive to buy (50k - in naira ó - will get you a very good one). These safes can be set in the most inconspicuous places possible in your room. This may be grade B or grade C cells for starters. Although it may be the authentic grade A thing but you need to be quite sure. Shipping of lithium batteries is a challenge for sellers because it is discouraged on planes. This item is a big package, so I wonder how that seller intends to ship them via airlines. Also you have the headache of customs to contend with when the item arrives.

People on Nairaland have successfully bought this kind of batteries and at much cheaper prices sef. They do it in group buy and it is shipped by sea. This time it is usually bough off of Alibaba (the manufacturer wholesale hub) rather than AliExpress you intend to buy from (which is the suppliers retailers hub). Transit time is usually 3 months to 5 months so you need patience. But usually the reviews from the group buys have been great.

I was alerted by the officer in charge who insisted that I checked my package before leaving the desk as it seemed to have been compromised. I did and phone and charger weren't there. I filled a Compromised package complaint, made their oga signed an acknowledgement copy, gave them 2 weeks, reported the case to Abuja and copied Consumer Protection Commission. NIPOST refunded me. They got to know the items were compromised from point of entry.

One thing I won't stop doing is, complaining to the authorities when I get served badly or unprofessionally. That way, I believe service deliveries will be improved upon.

I've recently reported a staff of Speedaf that failed to deliver my item, claiming he didn't receive it after logging it as delivered. I had to reach out to one of their supervisors in Lagos who took it up and ran a trip trace of the item. Got my item about 24hrs after.

When we received a service that is below expectations, just report. Most public institutions have SERVICOM unit, use them. Don't do "Nigeria no go good again" or "God dey" or "I no get time". It's our responsibility to make/force them to do the right thing. [/color]

Majority have had and keep having terrible experiences from NIPOST. But only you have this good reaction from NIPOST. Only you have at most times had the best of service delivery from NIPOST. Only you at most times have had great things to say about NIPOST. Only you seems to have an unduly soft spot for NIPOST evidential in many of your comments despite their clear unprofessionalism.

Majority have had and keep having top notch and impressive service deliveries from Speedaf, an outfit that has proven itself a beacon of light in the darkness of NIPOST and every other Nigerian public institution, yet it seems only you have had failed delivery with speedaf even after having a delivery successful log. This complain is clearly at variance with the common complaints about speedaf which has been a few things viz: some of their logistic guys asking for money or their quick returns to China of unclaimed items or of their re-scheduling delivery due to non response from receiver even when they've not contacted the receiver.

Why do I have a feeling that you're either of the NIPOST team or you have someone close that does? You appear to have a nice PR for NIPOST. Even your use of professional jargons seem to belie that.

I may be wrong in my assumption and neither am I condemning you, but I just can't shake that nagging feeling off. At least having a NIPOST person here means that the complains are likely being noted and probably worked upon. It will be a win win.
