ojeysky:I believe Justcallmenuel will have something for you. He is a vendor and he is also on this thread. |
mctfopt:That's all that's required. I'm opening a savings account. Although there is a modification to it. I had no NEPA bill (I don't have business with useless NEPA, I have only God and His freely given solar energy to thank). So according to the custocare agent, if I open the account without NEPA bill, the account will be called at 500k max inflow and balance. That can however be modified later when I'm able to provide a NEPA bill. |
Queed:Useless bot. Me wey I sharp. Being highly suspicious of the spambot as being touchy, I first used the alternate account to post the original comment in plain text and I wasn't disappointed. As e ban am like this, I use screenshot sharp sharp. Good job jàre better person.

Elpacino481:I think he has given it the better approach already. The soundbar or home theatre occupy the same niche and therefore appropriately advertised on the same thread. Soundbars are not sacrosanct TV accessories. It will please audiophiles to have a thread dedicated to soundbars and/or Home theatres alone. Not everyone interested in Home theatre or soundbar appliances is also interested in TVs. If lumped together on the same thread, it will be agonising for a TV fan to have to scroll thru tens of advertised home theatre products before he gets to a TV brand of his liking. Vice versa for home theatre fans or audiophiles. So operating different threads that serve individual purposes is the way to go. |
Can we safely say that SingPost is picking up pace with sending to destination country (Nigeria in this case) but the present delay in logistics is mostly a fault from this side? This item was shipped 26th June and by 27th July, it was already shipped overseas (NGLOS). It's now 27 days in teansit. Before now, ante-covid, it would remain at EDi received for like 2 months or so and around 60 days or even 70 days in transit before you see "shipped overseas" update. And Edi received is still a long way from "shipping overseas". Then I can also notice the change from 4px to Cainiao and again to 4px and then back. In some tracking for other orders, you will even see Cainaio mentioned in DHL shipped order. Is it that even big boys logistics are now using the services of the small time player logistic guys because of their recent "covid-esque" impressive performance or what? What d'you think?

Tongsman:He should log into his account on a PC or login using the desktop page option on his mobile browser. He should access dispute information on the item on that page. He will likely get all details of the dispute well outlined with dates, seller's and buyer's proposal and rejections well chronicled and final AE arbitration based on the agreement between both parties. He should be able to decipher at what point the refund amount was determined. |
mctfopt:Getting late to Zenith bank on Friday, I collected an account opening mandate from the custocare. I've filled in the form and instructed it be returned first thing on Monday. I've jumped ship to Zenith as I no longer enjoy the guarantee from GTB. |
NiyiOmoIyunade:I believe as you said that proper amperage matching is more important when it comes to the DCB. I didn't research research the nitty gritty anywhere before I begin installing them, I only know that I needed something in-line solar panels to CC (to also help with easy disconnect whenever I have to disconnect the CC-battery line. Aside putting proper amp matching in mind, one thing I also adhered to was to make sure the device voltage rating was higher than the system it's to work with, but I didn't even bother myself with 500v DCBs, I went straight for the 1000v offerings; and they have worked flawlessly in every application I used them. An instance occured where in one of the set ups, the highest colourful double pole DCB I had was 25A/1000v and I had increased solar panel capacity to above 25A meaning I should also consider increasing the DCB but my order online was long time coming and no local vendors seem to have the type I wanted. Preferring to keep the functionality of my CC from damage due to inadvertent CC-battery disconnect than the trouble of constantly tripping undersized DCB, I left the 25A/1000v in the circuit with the hope that it will hold a few amps above the max. It did not hold and it became a nuisance as it will constantly and faithfully trip off at 25A/26A shown on the Solar panel-CC inline DC meter. I eventually had to reluctantly buy the single pole plain-coloured made-in-uganda offering from a local vendor, which interestingly also worked when challenged with the limit rating input. So either 500v or 1000v o, I believe the stuff works as long as amp is appropriately matched and voltage is above system voltage. 1000v gives a very huge head room above 150v and personally I will prefer that much headroom above that offered by 500v. |
Come next year, dem go don loot am too. We will now be having another drama of collapse at inquiry. We Sabi as Atiku take blow for Nigerian Customs. |
adeniranfam:Thanks. In the post, I meant I've received both parcels. |
OriyomiDenike:According to the last update on your tracking info, it's three weeks after "failure delivery". I believe your parcel should be in your local PO under normal circumstances. But that may not be so this time around that NIPOST staff seems to be using Corona and lockdown as an excuse for mediocrity and redundancy while getting salaries for works left undone. There is an item that reached my local post office since March but up till now I have not set my eyes on it. Meanwhile I have gotten most other items shipped before and after it. I have handed over the tracking number to the postal officer demanding that they fish out the item wherever it is. Visit your post office and tell them you have a parcel with them according to delivery info. They may have it in their store there but their lackadaisical attitude and laziness of late won't want to find these parcels. Tell them it's important cause the person that sent it is disturbing you already. |
Geogeben:GT fall hand big time, has joined the bad gang. They have become a bad shaid. Sadly I don't own a Zenith account. I'll try stanbic sha. |
Geogeben:To first question. I got two parcels that have spent more than 80 days in transit yesterday. What I noticed in the tracking info though is that the carrier kept kljumping between Cainiao to 4px to Singapore back to Cainaio and eventually to Singapore and finally to EMS at final delivery. Don't know if that's the usual behaviour. 24track app gives such detailed info and I just started using it recently, been hitherto using 17track app.

Traviscottt:Mokuolu, my professor. I learnt under him. |
ojeysky:Too bad. It's the 16amp that I have as spare, 63amps already in use. |
dapsyra:Most 24v inverter tops at 30 volts at which the inverter overvoltage protection kicks in. How would one use it with that kind of inverter and maximise the capacity that the pack has to offer? |
dapsyra:They LTO? What's the specs of each module (voltage, total capacity)? Volunteer your contact details bro. |
Trippledots:Oga Niyi probably never even get to resolution stage of use with his massive PylonTech LFP, you wan make him jump to LTO ![]() |
dapsyra:700ah LTO bank. Ahn Ahn! Did you you sell one kidney ni? |
Arosam:It's funny the way you blurt out that your position that someone lacks knowledge concerning this subject matter, but that's okay. Your link further nails you actually. Some questions for you though: ° What is an "eye doctor" in your understanding of the term? ° Who is a medical doctor, with emphasis on "medical"? ° What are those who go to medical school and obtain a degree in Medicine and surgery called? ° According to your link, who offers "complete medical eye care" with emphasis on complete? ° Also in your link, who offers primary eye care like offering eyeglasses and the rest, with emphasis on "primary"? ° Is an optometrist a medical doctor? ° Who is an ophthalmologist? ° In my earlier write up, how did I posit that the optometrist introduces himself/herself to the patient? You see, assuming you are an optometrist, you should worry more about what is soon gonna go down between you and opticians. Optometrists love to usurp that name "medical doctor" which is impersonation, but they will not want opticians to equate themselves with an optometrist. But as it is, the opticians knows that anything obtains in Nigeria, so the same audacity with which the optometrist uses the tag "medical doctor" is the same way they will soon usurp "optometrist" and even "medical doctor" too. In most cases, hurrying to copy and paste random web links don't cut it if you don't exactly know the nitty gritty of an arguement. |
ceaser: Mrlouis:Okay. No vex. |
mctfopt:Okay. I guess I'll try that out with the MakeSkyBlue I have around here. |
This is really sad. I witnessed similar incident several years ago. It was a fresh accident involving a VW golf that skidded off the highway into the bush. Of course the driver was at top speed which isn't bad on a highway with speed limit of 120km/hr, but there was a big porthole in his lane, which is the bad part the government played. Two corp members, a male and female, appeared not breathing. A third corp member had multiple lower limb open fractures, her right foot twisted around facing the rear. I hate it when corp members have to be victims of this nonsense all because they MUST travel to and fro their states of posting. You can postpone or delay most other trips, but a trip to resume at the NYSC camp or PPA isn't what you can postpone. Our roads are bad, transport system archaic at best and worse, unitrained and non-chalant drivers all over the place. ziddy:At last, someone pointed this out. I know they'll be coming for you anyways. In Nigeria, medical lab scientists are now called medical doctors brandishing stethoscopes, ditto optometrists, radiographers and physiotherapists. Stronger point is, when a lie is repeatedly told, it tends to eventually sound like the truth. Funny though is that you rarely see the medical doctors who are the original repository of the stetoscope going around the whole place brandishing one. At the risk of being tagged a tribalist, universities in the East shell them out in droves which is not bad in itself, but they are presented to the public as Medical Doctors, especially lab scientists. Sadly it's the general public that are always swayed by this and consult them for comprehensive examination and management. When shit now goes south, referrals will then be to the proper doctor. Here in the US and I believe in several other western nations, your patient deserves to know everything, so before you even get to business with them, you simply introduce yourself this way: "Please I am an optometrist and not a medical doctor. But I will be seeing you regarding some of the complaints you have" I hope this little exposé will help someone to properly differentiate when faced with such situation. |
tetralogyfallot:What's the model number of this LG tv? tetralogyfallot:Okay. Seen it. |
mctfopt:Hmmm. Interesting. Was the 114v a one off occurrence then or it's a constant? Also what is the usual common voc that you read on the CC, most times less than 100v? Can you remember the Voc of your panel? |
mctfopt:What was the system voltage when you had the 114v Voc? |
Preator:Have you tried changing this option of "PAL" and "SECAM"? I am not sure if flatsecreen has it but I know that with box TVs, such issues come up with AV connection if when the recording is done with PAL, you'll not get audio if you select SECAM. Another feature of that is that the picture will be in monochrome, but you said the picture was clear in yours so the PAL-SECAM thingy might not be the problem after all. |
omotoda:Noted bro. |
Namzy:@ Bolded. That explains it all. And to say that I neither realized this fact nor read it in the manual all this while that I've had this CC in installations around. I'll go thru the manual once again more carefully to see if it's noted there. Thanks. earthrealm:Thanks bàbá. Na me no read am well true true. I run 320 watts panel so I guess your 210 watts panel enables you to do 3s on it. My next soujourn will be around MakeSkyBlue. I need to determine that there are truly marked differences between the two and not just one calling the other bad name for the sake of it, even though they both have the same form factor. Las las, e be like say na dem EPEVER go settle this matter the way this thing dey go. ![]() |
Namzy:Thanks. Well, yours is fangpusun. But this is PowMr. And shit just prove to me why it's not in the league of Fangpusun. I connected the three in series. Shit can't even take in 120v Voc. It momentarily shows 117v Voc and then the charging indicator refuses to show "solar input" sign. Knowing what that could mean, I immediately shut off the DCB to prevent damage to the CC. I then connected two panels in series and this yèyé controller picked up working. PV input at that point was 65v. To determine it wasn't just an off thing, I repeated 3s again and same scenario was replicated. Now I have put it back in 2s and one panel is redundant. I now get 450 watts, 200 watts short of the 650 watts I record on the 50 amps PWM that it replaced. Of course the PWM was on 3p. The system is 24v. Apparently in order to prevent damage to itself from over-Voc, shit first senses the Voc which was the 117v momentarily recorded and then it determines it it should allow solar input. That may be a desirable feature but this performance is really short of the 150v Voc specified for it. Another reason I may still forgive this CC is if it will not replicate this nonsense in a 48v system. Perhaps if it senses the battery voltage as 48, then it can allow that 150v Voc to go thru. In the meantime, I am sorely vexed with this thing considering the fact that I have two of it running a 24v system and this new install was actually one of two units I purchased which was delivered few days ago. In the connection process, I also lost a solar input monitoring meter that I forgot was maxed out at 60v input spec. I just placed the 117v on it and thing smoked right away. I may now try considering trying out the 60A version of its rival MakeSkyBlue that I have to see the performance. If it meets expectation then goodbye to PowMr and I will seriously shout out this information on the seller's store review. Namzy:By the way, your fangpusun is 12v/24v spec, right? |
