PhonesRe: Transform Your Android Into Lollipop by cecegorz(m): 4:21pm On Jul 16, 2015
Lollipop is really lovely.
I updated both my tab and phone recently and the OS is quite pleasant.
One of the major challenges of the older android they also fixed is the ease of sending a contact's number directly, instead of copy and paste.
I also love the way messages drop on the top screen while you're busy, so you'll have a sneak peek and decide whether to open or leave for later.
Meanwhile the file is almost 1.2Gb and I downloaded it over the network as I couldn't get any free wifi sad
FamilyRe: I Can’t Believe My Husband Is Asking Me For This!! by cecegorz(m): 9:12am On Jul 16, 2015

.

Woman, I understand your predicament...
Not every woman is comfortable giving mouthaction, marriage shouldn't always be about what the man wants....marriage is more about understanding

To Every woman bashing op here angry angry

If your husband told you to lick/suck his anus (some men have some weird sexual fantasies......true!!!)
Or hand fisting your anus or vaginus
Or better still whip u like a goat when having šex with u (50 shades of gray style)

Would you agree just to save your marriage!!!!
Would you!!!!!!

Liberally bias crowd ass-lickers angry angry

Note
Those fetishes I posted above might be a big deal to some of you, but is not a big deal to some other women (e.g, porn actresses)

Same thing here, mouthaction doesn't sound a big deal to some of you, but is a big deal to some other women

We all have some principles or doctrines we aren't willing to compromise,
So why attack the woman?

Shame on all of you....

Just because mouthaction have become a generally accepted sex style(or whatever) doesn't mean everbody is okay with it

BTW I see nothing wrong in mouthaction

But the woman doesn't feel comfortable with it....shey its now her fault ni?

The man can go outside to get mouthaction since his wife didnt give him
The woman can also go outside to find love since her husband is denying her nau? No be so?

Woman

Best thing is to talk to your husband to know the limits of your sexuality
(The ones you or him can accept and the ones you can't,

And also to know the principles you are willing to compromise....then work on this, and you can still have a great sexual relationship together, even better than those who give mouthaction)

Many marriages that collapsed, the wives were good at sucking cucumber
Thanks for bringing in a mature, better informed opinion on this.
People should understand that aside the good old coital expressions, most of the other add-ons; anal, cunnilingus, fisting, and all that are not comfortable for everybody alike.
That's why I think that since those add-ons are being thrown to our faces in this generation, Church marriage committees especially, and other marriage councillors should make Sex education as part of the curriculum instead of always behaving as if sex is for aliens.
Intending couples should be made to ask their partners if they have no-go areas that could be offensive to the other person, in order words, sexual compatibility should be brought to the table.
We can't run away from the fact that this is the age of sexual revolution, but then, people need to have the information before hand, either to flow with the tide, or to opt out in time.

Onicha Ado mma mma nu oo!
Anambra kachaa nu ooo!
I have a nostalgic feeling of Osha, as I had my secondary school in the best school the state had then.

One just got to be so proud of Onitsha. It's good to see how all the Governors from Ngige, Obi, and Obiano has worked effectively to clean up the once neglected river side city. All the streets look relatively clean now, unlike the shambolic days of Mbadinuju's travesty of governance.
I'll really like to visit once again.

One other crucial project that will take Onitsha to the next level is to create a very cosy Marina town, that will run along the river banks. A master plan that will deliver high rise buildings (ten floors minimum) to act as the real Central Business District. This will house corporate offices of those importers, manufacturers, transporters, etc...
The streets will be well lined with trees and shrubs, no road side mechanic or shanty shops of any kind will be entertained, sports clubs, hotels, malls, game parks, event centres, cinemas and the like should come on stream. Provide 24/7 security with all night lighting for the streets to encourage night life.
It will also draw in multinational companies and all things corporate.

Guys, something worst than lekki gardens exists and its gran imperio homes. developers of southpoint 1, south point 2, lake view park 2,golden leaf, grand lake estates in lekki. They are selling almost 6 new sites now but have not yet delivered completely on their flagship estate southpoint 1 that commenced february 2015. Who knows, they might finally deliver in 2016 after subscribers have already paid 75% of the total cost as at august 2014.
They are nothing but thieves and I am shouting it from the rooftop.
You might not be far from the truth.
I was at the SouthPoint 1 last year to check out the place when they were starting out. What put me off in the first place is the narrowness of the rooms, and almost non-existent personal frontal space. So small are the rooms that I'm sure If I move my personal properties to their 3bedroom options, I'll need extra 2 rooms to take in everything.
Recently again, I went there and discovered that not much people has moved in, though most apartments has been completed. I wasn't sure of the reason, but they told me they are putting up another one further down the road.
The only attraction there is for me is the closeness to the express, short distance from the 2nd toll gate, and then that Dreamworld kiddies play ground.
The fact is that all those guys selling 3beds at less than 15m has hidden plans to extort subscribers at the end of the day. I have resorted to buy land and build my dream home with the needed room sizes, and compound space.
These niggers are Shylocks mehn!

Unless you are seeking for jobs in a one-man business outfit, you have no problem with NYSC certificates.
But if your quest is in a publicly quoted company, NYSC certificate is as compulsory as your degree certificate as a minimum requirement for employment.

ANSIPPA website is still being developed, all the links are not working including contact page and others. Even the texts in some body pages are Lorem Ipsum generated texts.

ABS has the best and most functional website now because they have inhouse ICT team that update the site constantly and improve on the images, most importantly their site is mobile compatible.

Anambra state government website need complete overhaul by the ministry of Information, then another issue we are facing here is the use of the governor's face in state projects.
When he came newly he commissioned for a logo for the state but recently the logo have been relegated to the background and the governor's face adorning everywhere.

SE governments are run like some Igbo businesses, they don't invest in marketing communications, media and public relation management.
Check Innoson's website and weep, ANNAMCO don't even own website yet.

Many companies in East lack online presence and I don't know why they are shying away from it.

Stella Oduah used to bombard me with text messages and even requested for my friendship in FB, today nothing again.

Could you imagine that Smile Communications own by Igbos have offices in Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and last week opened in Abuja yet none in SE.

The reason is attitude, most of us writing here don't even live in igboland yet we want things to be done our ways, how many times have you make out time trying to connect with government aids when the governor himself is very difficult to be reached.
This morning alone I have tweeted to Obiano, I have tweeted to Anambra state government yet they can't even acknowledge your tweet or show concern about your passion.

The issue is that Nigeria political class is pedestrian in administrative know how. People like Obiano who stayed in the US but still construct roads with open gutters and drainages. People like Ikpeazu whom we heard was the ASEPA deputy director but couldn't evacuate heaps of refuse in Aba.
Did Chime lived outside Igboland to know he will construct gutters with sidewalks and closed drainages @ Afam4eva huh?

Visit our universities with departments in many fields and see how ugly the system is.

Do you know that a school in Enugu is supposed to have organized a business tour of the state and present the tourist potentials of the state as well as how to harness the numerous opportunities to the government.

What about Anambra State, don't you think a team of students lead by lecturers in some departments should have explore how to exploit the potentials of Onitsha Waterfront and give their findings to government.

This is why if all these uselesss and stupiid civil servants are complaining of receiving poor treatment from government I will back the government that these docile civil servants are not doing anything. They are just paid to be idle, read newspapers, gossip and carry placards on MayDay for pay rise.

I saw how a sculpture piece in Creek Road by Niger Street Onitsha is being covered in weeds and dirty posters, yet the LG headquarters is the next street. Go to stadium in Onitsha and see how Keke and Okada mechanics have turned the stadium compound to workshops yet Stadium workers do come to work everyday and get paid every month doing nothing.

Infact you guys will be unlucky the day I will be an administrator.
Your observation is well on point about lack of top notch marketing communications by both our leading businesses and government offices.
I was in a business meeting with Innoson once, and I saw the way he was running his business/office still as a typical one-man business and I was crest-fallen.
On that of Anambra state, the only media account through which you can get prompt response is the twitter handle @IfeanyiAniagoh, He is the Gov's assistant on social media and I do engage him regularly. I think he is also the owner of Ifeadinmesi.com

Mr Alao, I really don't understand the facts you have to show that this is the last phase.
Since Buhari's inauguration, up till yesterday's twin suicide bombings in Jos/Bauchi Rd, we have never had this kind of consistent, almost on a daily basis attacks since BH started.

If the UN wants to help with the rehabilitation contracts, please let them also help in putting out the war first! Enough of these useless analysts and consultants, always after their own end-game.

Thanks to the LASG for their kind gesture.
Fast forward 30 years later, when this kids will have been well set.
On a father's day celebration, this coward of a man will be expecting to be celebrated and showered with gifts by these same kids he has abandoned.
When a man that contributed nothing, apart from the pleasure of uncontrollable jerking during sexual intercourse runs away, what do you expect the woman that bore the pains and dangers of pregnancy and that of child birth to do?
Common emotional support this coward cannot give to his wife, even if he can't bring money?

I have the opinion that tests should be developed and administered to couples that intends to be parents, both male and female, to ascertain that they can actually handle the challenges before embarking on it.
Some people just rush into marriage with that guarantee of having unlimited sex, face the challenges thereafter and they will cowardly run away.
Nonsense of a man, his Umunna need to give him serious flogging for this kind of disgrace he brought to the family.

Dear Family I'm in deep shiiit, so confused on what to do right now.

I just turned 29 few days ago and have been out of a serious relationship for over a year now.

Have been waiting patiently for that right man to come along but unfortunately it only the wrong ones that keep coming my way, they just want to have a feel of my sweet body and off they go, no genuine intentions.

Now there's a brother that have been friendzoning for over two years now yet he keep persisting, good a thing I'm not the type that pretends so I told him from day one he asked me out that I'm not interested in him except on friendship level, I told him I don't feel him emotionally but he keep hanging on hoping I change my mind with time, my reasons for rejecting him is cos to me he's not presentable enough and I can't be proud introducing him to my people and again he got no good paid job (why on earth must he be poor and ugly at the same time, what kind of torture is that angry). He's just managing in a private firm that pays less than 50k.

But what makes me have a rethink is the character of this my friendzoned brother, he keeps in touch despite my rejecting him, he even offer little financial assistance when I'm in need, when I asked him why he's doing all these to a girl that openly reject him he claims he has faith that I'll consider him one day, sometimes I'm forced to suspect if he has cast a spell on me so another good man won't come my way.

Now he has called to schedule a date tomorrow and I know as usual he wants to remind me that the year is running that I should consider his request since he hope to settle down this year.

Please dear Family advice me accordingly is it advisable I say yes to a man I don't feel a thing for emotionally? Can I ever get to love him? I do hear love grows but I don't believe in such!!!
1. Never marry out of pity
2. Never marry anyone you are not proud to be with in public

Spouses taking dinner together is a common act in a lot of families so much so that the wife will wait for the husband if he comes back very late in the day.

Is it a must spouses take dinner together?

Kindly share your thought.
This was the family norm back in the days when we were growing up.
Everybody is usually at home even from 6pm or even 5pm sometimes.
It's been eroded these days because of drastic change in work schedules, you don't expect a wife to wait till 11pm for the husband to join at dinner.

BusinessRe: Banks: "CBN Is Choking Economy With FX Restrictions" by cecegorz(m): 10:39am On Jun 26, 2015
ideologies:
It's very unfortunate people don't understand policies and nobody is educating the masses.

The restrictions on FX is because of falling value of Naira.

1. The policy discourages importation/capital flight , hence enteprenuers are supposed to seek alternatives like producing these items and exporting them.
This way the value of naira will increase

2. Also those exporting raw materials should add value to it which will in turn add value to naira
Eg raw materials like cashew, cassAva, timber solid minerals etc that we export should be added value and turned into a finished product. instead of importing these finished products.

3. The banks are at fault, they refuse to give loans to SME's because they want high interest. This will encourage manufacturing industries hence the value of naira would rise. They rather give the loans to big ogas most of them are into importation busineses(capital flight) hence the value of naira will keep falling.

As long as we keep importing, the value of naira will continue to drop.
Thank God they are planning to place bans on more items
But the restriction is half-hearted. You won't sell to them officially, but you push them to the parallel market, thereby fuelling speculators and giving the Naira a big hit.
It would have been understandable if importation of those items were banned outrightly

Ooasis:
kindly take time to read through and Pardon my errors pls.

I found myself in a situation where I need an advice.
I have a job on the mainland which pays 50k and I spend no transport at all. I started working there three months after my youth service with 45k, I wasn't satisfied with the job so I started searching for another, it(new job) wasn't coming so I decided to change my mindset and continue this for a while, after my grudges complaints to which the organization says they are not satisfied with my output and that they even wanted to lay me off, (which I knw is just gimmicks as I knw that I am there best staff) I got a raise to 50k after almost a year.
Why I don't like the job.
1. No productivity for a while now, not much jobs bringing in cash for the organization and I ain't happy doing nothing and earning at month end. I have talked to them about how to improve but they seem to want to move at there pace.
2. After the we want to lay you off saga, I feel like I really need to take my exit while the ovation is still loud.
3. I believe I need to change environment and meet new people, since here isn't interesting anymore, the workplace is not appalling and I am tired of the petty shits
4. The 50k salary will always make future job bargain allow recruiters look down on me and offer ridiculous pay.

I got a new job on the island 70k and I will be spending transport of 15k.
New environment, nice work environment and high career prospect cos it's an international organization with new challenges.

Cons
Thinking of traffic, the not to expectation salary and fear of uncertainty, kindly advice me what you think I should do.

Thanks, you may just have saved a life.
Firstly, there is no 'International organization' that pays paltry 70k/month to a full fledged graduate. You need to really investigate and find out what makes them International.
The pay seems the same after all the transport and stress you'll be going through, commuting to the Island morning and evening without a personal car.
Like they say, look before you leap.

I can bet that after getting a job through bribery like you and your wife did, there is no way you can put in excellent performance on the job.
The bosses won't even have the fortitude to demand responsibility and accountability from you.
And lastly, any body that visits your office for any flimsy reason must bribe you to get common service.

This is one of the monumental failures of Imoke govt.
Given the tourist potentials of this natural haven, and the massive investment Duke brought in, I don't see why there shouldn't be scheduled flights to that location from Lagos, Abuja, and PH at least once a month.
I have tried having vacations over there severally, but the logistics of getting there makes it unattractive. Imagine it's even cheaper going to Dubai than going to Obudu!

I expect the new CRS Governor to call for a tender for aviators that can run tour packages there. It will add massively to their IGR, especially now that federation account has been depleted and all the CRS oil wells has been wiped out by their Ibom neighbours

At 9am this morning I heard an unusual cry and screaming from a compound next to mine. I moved closer and after a close observation I discovered a guy was trying to rape a girl. I quickly called on my cousin and I swiftly climbed over the fence and shouted at whoever it was to come out, immediately a young girl ran out crying with blood in her mouth and bruises on her body and young boy came out sweating and started explaining without any question from me that he was only playing with her.

I asked the girl, and she said the boy was trying to rape her. The guy was a gateman while the girl was a maid in that house so I quickly asked for their boss's number and put a call throughtto him and luckily their boss was still within the Estate and before 10mins time he showed up and we took the guy to the police station! he started crying and begging that is the devil's handwork And that was when he mentioned that he is 25yrs old and the gal is just 17yrs old, what a pity!

As I post this now the boy is already in the police station crying and wishing he could turn back the hands of time but it is too late cause I am ready to follow this issue up and make sure he is prosecuted. We must fight rape, abuse and violence against women! every rapist must face the law. Thanks for your time for reading this. And please let's put hands together to stop this violence called Rape.
