No other court in the land, no government official or institution, or the President can override the Supreme court's judicial pronouncements.

But we are close in the country to becoming a lawless state.

How else can one explain a CBN saying a Supreme Court order does not affect it because it was not joined in a suit in which the Federal government was ordered to maintain a status quo

suddenly naira redesign case is what makes Y'all understand we are becoming a lawless state abi?? Is it not this supreme court that granted nnamdi kanu bail? ( even if I'm not a fan of MNK), was it not this same supreme court that gave Lawan and akpabio the APC senetorial ticket even without contesting the Senate primaries? So suddenly all of the people like el rufai that praised FG for not releasing nnamdi kanu are suddenly the ones complaining about FG not honouring supreme court ex parte order. What a joke of a country and a joke of a supreme Court of rascals..

that is a supreme court that has sense that judgement isn't for sale.. They started Loosing their respect when they started selling judgment to the highest bidder, who would would take such a court it judges seriously.

My worst fear came true.
My ex came crawling back after I started getting serious with another girl.
We broke up 7 months ago. We'd been together since uni. I'm 25, she's 23. She said she needed some space and wasn't sure we would work out long term. I tried to fight her on it for two weeks but eventually gave her the breakup and went ghost mode

I confess I'm starting to become infatuated with this girl, and she's already head over heels for me.

The problem is that I still love my ex, way more than this new girl. She reached out today saying she regrets breaking up with me, she was depressed and got some therapy and realized I'm all she wants. She says she went on a few dates but "didn't have sex or even kiss any of them."

She said I could check her phone if I want to. Obviously she could have just deleted any proof but I'm inclined to believe her considering she was very prudish when we were together and also I was the one that disvirgined her

The problem is I don't know whether I stick to this new babe or accept my ex back

If truly you guys feel I'm qualified for replacement, then please do it without extra financial burden on me, send me another battery and I do not mind sending by this back also, bcoz I don't understand how she wants me to send the phone to lagos while I bear the logistic cost to and fro, that is extra cost on me when added to the first cost incurred honestly the cost will be too much that I feel the phone isn't worth that cost your rep is asking me to incure just to have the battery replaced....... She isn't even replying no more coz that was the only criteria of having a replacement that she gave me and she stated it initially before giving the criteria that it might not be convenient for me, yet she still gave that option.... Anyway I am really tired going back & forth with everything, it might just be best for me to count it as part of my loss really...

lol u think it is just as u see it abi... 3days go I went to bank to make a withdrawal all to no avail, then I went to a pos woman and saw another woman Dragging price with her saying na 10,000 etc, I didn't know what they were Dragging and the pos woman told her okay make i give u 8k and the woman said na bcoz na u oooo, and same woman brought out a bunch of money 500 naira bunch x2 old notes and handled it to the pos woman and started calling her account number for her.. Now I asked the pos woman I want to withdraw she said na 20k for 100k boss I beg and beg until she collected 12k.. That was when she drew my attention to what I came to meet by that the woman that just brought cash to her now was a cold room woman who sells fish that she normally help deposit money due to excessive cash in her possession, but since naira scarcity the woman has been selling cash for her 10k per 100k and she just sold for her cheapest ever for 8k and she just gave me at 12k while other will do same 20k... So u expect them to buy money and give u 100k for 1k as usual abi Sometimes we think pos are the problem, we all are...

banks are the problem I will repeat it again... The process was suppose to be a smooth one but they (banks) are sabotaging the process and they never expect a rebuttal from customers.. Now they are crying.. Trust me banks have this money and they are are selling it to bureau de change and also those that exchange naira in parties.. It is getting worse now bcoz what was suppose to serve customers has been sold, with the hopes of more will come in, this is the reason why they don't have in their possession any more and the customers are angry.

you can see for to urself with this screenshot.. I'm really not a heavy user... U see the 2hour a plus on the battery performance, that include 1hour 40 minutes of charging... Pay attention to the cell Standby and see what I was telling u..... I'm not gamer nor heavy user, u can see f or urself..

I really do not understand what kind of mini video u want me to do, please be more specific.. But guess what? Even on ultra power mode, the battery deplete by itself %tage by %tage even without data switch on.. And deplete faster as soon as data is on..... Even the one that went bad that made me bought this, Wen u switch to ultra power mode it might take over 2hour to loose just 1% especially when the phone is inactive, the ultrapower mode is that good, I mean as bad as the battery RN.... When it was new ultrapower mode overnight won't even cost u any % drop.... I charge to 89% not long and placed it on ultra power mode to quickly attend to something in less than 6 minutes battery dropped to 78% without phone being active or data being on... Just typing this RN to reply you the battery is now at 71% with data on of cause... Honestly if the battery was suppose to be Better than this, I guess one bad one out of the numerous good one was what was sent to me Unintentional... The battery is really not good at all I swear it... I might have to go and replace it with the old one I removed, honestly....

So much for a battery u call follow come grade.. Battery does not charge above 87% and battery goes off at 29%.. What then do you mean by follow come Grade when I have only used the battery for just less than 24 hour.. So if this is follow come Grade I spent 11k on both battery and way bill, what then is new one like? Anyway I want to run it to 0 and charge from 0 maybe it is wrong battery calibration issue... If I can charge to 100 and use it same thing then I might go and remove it and replace it with the old one I removed.. Else I will come back here for a positive review hopefully

At this rate, the apex bank may have to direct banks to re-release some old notes back into the system (as a face-saving measure) to forestall the accelerating chaos the policy is already generating, coz apparently the CBN has printed about ₦450-billion of new notes so far (much of which has been hoarded). The Mint can print a maximum of ₦950-billion per year if they print only ₦1000 notes. If they mix the notes, it will be much less. Meanwhile, they've withdrawn ₦1.9-trillion and are still trying to withdraw ₦900-billion more. How is that expected to work?? Buhari is toying with his legacy.

he might have failed in other things as I'm a critic of the CBN governor, but definitely not this, give it time, the naira will go around... You See the 1.9 Trillion they've withdrawn, more than 80% of it was never circulating, it was out of the system(hoarded) by thieving politicians.. 950 billion circulating in the system for a year is more than enough, Afterall the 2.8 Trillion was the naira produced over more than 5 years window.... Las Las we all go dey alright, Make election pass first, it is the election that is mouthing pressure on the process because thieving politicians are angry that the money they've accumulated over time will go to a waste...
