Religion / Re: Stop Bringing Dirty Money To Church - Prophet TB Joshua by chachanga: 9:46am On May 13, 2018
hopefulLandlord:

After independence, in order to build a great nation, each country went to work. But in Nigeria, after independence, our people went to pray and fast. So, while we were praying, Malaysia came here and took our palm seedlings and built a great factory of it. While we were praying, Singapore went into investment in technology. While we were praying, India went into ICT. While we were praying, China went to massive industrialization. While we were shouting Allah Alakuba! UAE went into massive infrastructural development. While we were binding and casting Lucifer, Japan went into technological development. While we were speaking in tongues, Denmark went into education of her citizens. While we were mounting big speakers in our places of worship, USA was mounting man on the moon. After our prayers, God, being a wise God decided to reward us according to our labour. Since those that went into industrialization, technology, infrastructural development, ICT, education etc have been rewarded accordingly. It's only wise God rewards us with our efforts in prayers. That's why today, Nigerian pastors are competing in building the biggest churches. That's why there are more prayer houses and worship places than hospitals and schools. That's why people rush to prayer houses for medical and business solutions instead of hospitals. That's why we don't do business proposals before jumping into business since we are going to back it up with prayers. And when it collapse, we blame devil. That's why it's a sin to say anything negative about pastors and imams. That's why our pastors don't consider the opinion of engineers while building and blame devil when building collapse. That's why faith in God replaces building pillars and when it collapse we blame it on Lucifer. That's why our pastors are making sure they plant church branches instead of schools in every streets in Nigeria. That's why we always wait for gods to do that which ability to accomplish we already have in us. That's why we want our teachers to labour on earth and go to heaven for their rewards. Nigeria is a prayer loving, god fearing nation. Religion has taken the place of technology, infrastructure, education and all. When we are traveling, we ignore all the necessary road requirements, servicing of our vehicles and pray. And, once we pray, we can put a half fit vehicle on the road and blame our step mother or mother in law if anything goes wrong. That's why there are more people dying on our roads. Because, we pray and fast and leave everything to God when we have all we need to survive and build a nation....... I hope it made sense to you

Y'all sounding lame.

You keep blaming the consequences of a failed state on its religious institutions in the way Iran, Iraq, Yemen etc themselves wouldn't own up to.

Man, the church is now your problem?

What about tribalism, nepotism and the Blackman's inordinate propensities and attachments to cultural obsolescence in place of embracing the scientific process?

All the discoveries and inventions of the pre-Industrial Age, can you be fair to yourself and admit just how many of them are credited to practicing or professing Christians like Micheal Faraday, Isaac Newton & co?

Where are our own Faradays', Newtons' & co? Why not blame a government riddled by callousness, corporate myopia and corruption for not justifying the people's taxes by providing these structures in a visionary government of true progress?

The Church is your problem, what about Gowon, Abacha, Buhari, Bamaiyi brothers etc. So, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida is not your patron saint, right? Man, you're full of bollocks!

While you might have raised valid points that ships caution all to balance, your obvious rage against Christianity taints your logic with stupefying childishness!

LordAdam:
And some say China and the rising Axis power (China+Russia+Iran+North Korea) are the good guys.

There are no good guys in international politics. A world without the Allieds leading will be a very different world where there'd be no respect for human rights or the environment.

If a Western company had done this, you can be sure they'd be investigated by their governments and fined appropriately. The media will make mincemeat of the company, and activists will target them. The Chinese will take no action.

Africa must realize there is no Santa Claus. Everything has a price. The African problem needs an African solution. We either get our act together or the Chinese will just continue where the Europeans stopped.

-Lord

It's surprising.

The extent of the average Nigerian's gullibility in these kinda matters is vexing

They don't realize the same Allieds, they're dissing now should've been negotiated with this time as equals' instead of them willingly but unwittingly forging new shackles of Indo-Chinese brass for their necks and bars of Arabian iron for their own hands

The future looks set to offer no freedom to the Blackman, since he won't reason for himself and he's refused to given himself well, to his own advantage

The Axials will offer you no Wakandan Dream, they will never see Blacks as anything else than plebes and inferior class

Rather than using the Common Wealth Forum to promote the positive ingenuity of many Nigerian youths, you chose to squander the global attention on their negative part. For what reason exactly?

As an ex head of state, and federal minister, how many northern youths did you give scholarships?

How many of them did you employ in your own business or other means of production?

Do you even have any sustainable means of production at 75?

Has there ever been any foundation or social intervention programme that can be attributed to your name?

The answer to all these questions is NO.

No wonder you cannot help but paint others black. You think it makes you look like a better person. That's why you keep complaining about everything and blaming everybody but never yourself.

I'm.not surprised though. Many of us knew that your rise would mean the decline of national reputation and opportunities.

I only hope that the 15 million deluded folks (less than 10% of the population) who brought you to undeserved power are enjoying the change now.

I thought I had lost you cry cry cry cryI can't hold back this tears of joy running down my cheek. I had given up hope of everything hearing from you again my knight.
Finally I can out the pieces of my broken together again

Ooohhhhh, myDear, myFair Angel of the Summer-Blooms
Little would you know that your locket lies only in my bosom, and no where else
And your picture fades almost from my steady gazes upon your visage, far into every night
Each night, seeing something more to like, something else to cherish
As each night differs from its other and all stars of the cosmos twinkle separately
As I cherish your dimples, your eyes, the crease of your brows, your cutely pert nose
I see again your lashes like swans in love nuzzling one another on the lake
And must I pontificate on the edges of your determined jawline?
As I'm lost trying to picture all the playfulness that must have graced your childhood
You lose me, myLove, in the pools of your eyes and I feel i could swim forever therein
Round and round, deeper and deeper, clearer and clearer, seeing myself in you!
------|||||||--------

How have you fared, my elegantly fair Dumpling?
I do hope you are not allowing your palace and welfare duties not to overburden you, for I do know you well, that you would not rest until the last soul in your care is comforted and comfortable. Y'know, your love and charitableness towards commoners and plebes amazes, you are a true born Queen indeed.

I went to the hell and back myself but found the only cord holding me fast to these realms, it turned out was not my noble-heartedness, neither my sense of Duty to my people and Empire, it was not my fairness to all men, great and small, but the enabling strength of your love and love alone.
i shall tell you of it presently, even of how I went through the Veil of Shadows and would have been gone to Saeon AfterLife without you, if not that I kept hearing you calling to me time and time again to return to you.
I was told I was brought back here through a Negrish Resurrection Chamber which accounted for change of my features but I have been assured that all such borrowed features shall pass soonest. In fact, I have recovered most of my features already.
My next missives to you shall be in full recovery of my strengths and far more surpassing wit because I have also absorbed some of their more positive Negrish features in the process.

You could not possibly know what your love has benefited me already,

Now, where is all the money going? All these karashika (slay queens) monitoring spirit girls? My V6 Avalon whip? abi the Aso Rock rats are eating my money? I can dash money sha.

..... And Mom will shout bring one girlfriend let's start from there and I am like what is she gonna eat? with this my peanut take home? Nah! It is also funny how family, friends and colleagues tell you their own quota for the whole marriage thingy and I'll be like you guys should convert the while sh!t to money and wire into my account..... because sure I'll receive alert of over 1.5mil. lol.

I raise my hand for the analyzers and all, it is not really easy. I wish I can cut down on some excess though but wouldn't it cause ulcer? lol.... the mouth don too wide jare. Me that is thinking of quitting my job because of the change compared to my experience and all.

Ladies, this thread is for you to encourage aspiring young men like me/us who are trying to get ''THERE'' and not to milk the little that is left of us. Encourage us, stand by us whether na 1 naira, 35k, 1 million or 30billion till we get where we are very comfortable. Is that too much for you all ladies to do?

Alot of you ladies praising the Original Poster will not still follow him just 1 out of 1,980. Let the truth be said.

Yeah, you'll most likely have to contend with the tastes and demands of the type of ladies you date anyway.

If all one reads on this forum is any reflection of how in Naij must be now, then you might have to go looking for a sweet, god-fearing, intelligent and ambitious diamond-in-the-rough to own and polish for yourself too. And pls remember, you don't majorly marry a woman for now but for the future. While everyone's shouting on the guy as per his prospects, he needs to be carefully weighing his prospective partner on her potential contributions to the union, his life and destiny.

You will need a lady who's able, and desirous of her own self, not only to help you plan what you have but to also ensure you have savings leftover to tackle other personal and family goals as time goes on. Just go with this formula "While, sometimes the "marry-able girls are not slays, most times the "slays" are not often directly 'marry-able'" and get the much-needed sagely and strategic wisdom to plan your way and make your choice for bliss, betterment and a great posterity.

Leave the aproka noise-making slays to later come and coo all over your wedding pics on social media. grin They're often good at regretfully bemoaning lost suitors especially when it's already too late and the guys now happily married to some other sweet chic 10x better than them who was willing to start small.

Pity urself biiiitch!!!!This guy is a very smart dude.Ive veen a fool.Ive been earning over 500k monthly since last year and spending it on biiiitchy slay hoookers like you.I wanna get a good girl and settle down too.Shut up biiiitch!

Everybody's entitled to their dreams, standards and idiosyncrasies as long as it they don't offend anyone with it; it's her opinion which I personally know to be very very off-base!

I know at least 4 other couples who did their wedding on this lowkey level and immediately relocated 2 to US and are still doing great, and 2 others to UK where one of the spouses got a Database Mgt job with Marks & Spencers, the other one went working for Arsenal, enough sef! AND THESE ARE COUSINS AND FAMILY FRIENDS o, all of whom started with not-too-much!

Where she missed it is "Ladies have to ensure that, while in the midst of eating dinners, getting tripped and, unfortunately getting screwed silly, that they are at least hooked to a man with potentials, prospects, plans and structures in place to get those plans working"! Most ladies keep getting recycled from hand2hand by guys who have one or two but not all of the above plus some present resources that get spent up in the course of relationship, yet they keep gold-digging upandan, to no avail, while knocking those who are busy starting small!

NB
And for all those busy disbelieving the OP, well, here are hints for you!
1. Living expenses in the cities and major metropolitan areas don't always add up to what you get in the suburbia. That's the truth anywhere in the world and I can assure you, humbly enough, av bn around a bit!

2. Economics of scale always come in to help further when you frequent local marts to shop in bulk, you keep tabs on cheap promos, discount sales and possibly, are a coupon gatherer like me.

3. Cost-cutting measures are more readily available in rural areas and townships than major cities; they're there for people who scout closely enough. Was in Nigeria last year and had enough time with my NASS bro.
While expecting his wifey to go shopping the popular Wuse market, the lady took her driver, one of the Tundras and headed out to someplace she called the Orange Market in Nassarawa state for her monthly foodstuffs shopping. They left in the morning, came back, late afternoon. I made inquiries, she started naming other markets, mostly outside Abuja city, and the fact that she prefers devoting just a day for her shopping because of the high influx of house guests, they entertain, who must be catered for; all other stuffs come in from the local Shoprites, Next Mall & co.
And they also told me people at those ends fare very well getting things cheaply plus government schools which they supplement with private lessons for their kids.
If these avenues are there, and people exploit them, they may actually be able to live below some figures which are gonna be quite outrageous to the rest of us.

4. One person's necessity may actually be considered a luxury, that can be dispensed with to free up much needed funds, by another person.
