podosci: No it can't be for 2 years. It's just for one year. Does this include living expenses? It's supposed to be a little higher than that including feeding and accommodation . |

podosci: It depends on the program you are going for and the school involved. Go the schools graduate website you will always find information on tuition, accommodation and feeding perculair to the school and location. I cannot give you a ball park figure. |

cman4good: It's okay to book a flight to Toronto and then connect to St Johns. Be sure to book the connecting flight from Nigeria. Make sure Yu have enough time to transit to the next flight. Look at your dates closely to make sure your flights fall within the same dates. |

deebsman1: Use Google. Or better still go back about 5 pages on this thread you will see a link on all universities and colleges in Canada. Go through them and know which ones offers your course of choice. I think its aucc.com |

cronsberg: Nigerians like making things difficult for themselves i swear. I just marvel at the comments of people in here. Everyone keeps asking what to do, how to do it, which documents to present, how to apply e.t.c e.t.c . The whole thing is very easy people. Just go to CIC website, take an eligibility test, a result will be displayed showing which documents to submit, how to submit it. Then you just gather those documents and proceed to the application proper. THATS ALL. Please don't mislead anyone with the information you pasted here. Wait times for student visas differs depending on country. It appears you didn't do your research well. Nigeria has a wait time of 4 months. Perhaps the information you got was for another country. Next time, do some intensive research before pasting information you know little or nothing about. 1 Like |

deebsman1: Getting an MSc with 2.2 may be tough unless you opt for the course based option which is a little less stressful. Post graduate diploma is very okay. Your age doesn't matter if you are going for a higher degree like PGD, masters etc. I would advice you try applying for a course bases masters and also try for a PGD. Once you get your admission you can then apply with strong supporting documents. You will always be guided in this thread every step of the way. Good luck. |

miketayo: A diploma program with all your qualifications is simply a red flag. Your agent should have told you this. This is why I hate agents. They are only interested in your money. Your refusal was based on purpose of visit because the VO strongly feels you just want to run away from Nigeria by all means. You have not convinced him you are there to study. Imagine yourself in the VO's shoes. Would you grant visa to someone with MSc to go do diploma course mostly reserved for fresh secondary school leavers? You will need to work hard to convince the VO of your real intension here. Your best bet would be to go for MSc or even a PhD. Back it up with a good SOP and the VO will know you mean business. Going back there with your diploma admission letter would be shooting yourself in the leg. 1 Like |

deebsman1: Don't pay any agent for what you can do yourself. Don't listen to any body advising you to pay an agent. The person advising you used an agent yet he was refused. Here in this thread we believe in doing it ourselves. NO SOLICITING FOR AGENTS. Every information you need to succeed is here. This thread is more powerful and informative than you can ever imagine. 6 Likes |

Not another Ebola story Seriously, how can they be serious when there is money to loot? Anyways, they are trying under the circumstances. But is that really their best? |
