To the bolded why not look for the one that will supply all those. Eg in long-stay hotels in Houston they have pots, change our towels, bedsheets, etc and clean the room twice a week .you can even get more toiletries from the office. They have free internet, phone to make local calls free. All these for the same price you already have. Aitagoodvibes: Forgot to mention in Extended Inns you have bring your own bedsheet pillow and pillow cases pots and towels. And i am paying about $1,200 a month. Hope this helps.
To all seeking visa, may God's perfect will be accomplished To all pregnant moms safe delivery To all searching for general info on moving to US good luck. |

This is the reason why it is good for us to do our research very well and also compare prices before going off. A lady I met here in the hospital on Wednesday said for her first baby who was placed NICU it cost $24000US which she paid in full before leaving the country. When she went to renew even the VO was surprised at the amount she paid, saying that was way too much even with NICU for 2 weeks. Who go berverly hills na im find trouble. Sweetuzy01: That hospital is based in Beverly hill. The hospital where Kim had her baby, a friend of mine works there so, for that environment, the cost is ‘normal’. There are ‘cheaper’ hospitals in LA. |

I tell you TWoods: $60k for normal delivery without complications That’s completely crazy! They better be granting the child citizenship of heaven for that cost. |

As at when I got my Visa I told the VO I would use the Visa to put to birth if I got pregnant and it was updated in my record Dudu18: Congratulations chibertha, please I wanted to find out did you use a birth tourism visa?. I currently have a B1/B2 visa but wanted to appear for an appointment to inform VO was using it for child birth and visitation as the initial visa received was for business purposes. But with the new law wondering if I should travel at all, ------------------------ |

In Houston it takes few days. For my first child it was 4 days after birth I got it. rukkiees: I guess is too early to go request for that, though I don't know how long it takes in Houston but for Atlanta, you need to wait for 10 business days following the child birth to obtain a copy of the certificate. |

humm SmartKitty: Why do you think this rule was issued? For to stop ANY pregnant woman, ANY who travels to give birth on American soil. Watch from today ANY woman to travel for birth purpose if she has NO confirmation there is no medical care for to have a child in her own country. ANY airline can stop her and the POE Officer can stop her. And the POE Officer even doesn't need to explain to her anything, they stop and send back ANY foreigner with NO explanation, they have the power to do so and you can't sue them. |

The administration plans to place limits on visas for travelers from seven new countries: Belarus, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania. The countries wouldn’t all face blanket bans on travel to the U.S.—as do six other countries—but could have...

hum which means the same should be happening to the Indians and Chinese too. MamaTuoyo: Congratulations, this is something different. Who has noticed that it is only Nigerians in Nigerian that are being denied because of discount. I have friends in Ghana and London both Nigerians who renewed successfully. The discount is not from govt funds, they are just tired of Nigerians having their babies in America. Trump does not want Nigerians coming to America ( info from an insider).
All in all, you are favoured. Thank God. |

Congrats this so much looks like my renewal interview in 2018. Please, guys, endeavor to mention the total amount you paid for the birth as she said, Doctor Pediatrician OBG scan Blood work Anesthetics circumcision if you did for a boy every every and go with all the receipts too if you can tabulate it. Majemitee: Hello everyone! I had my son in Emory in 2018. With all the stories of getting rejected because of low Bills and filling B1/B2 instead of B2 when filling forms, I was so worried about my interview. I'm pleased to say we had a successful application in Abuja. Here is the transcript.
VO: Good morning, may I have your passports please. (I hand them over) VO: Have you two ever travelled together before? DH: Yes VO: Where? DH: Houston VO: Was he born in the US? (Points at my toddler) DH: Yes VO: Do you plan on having another baby in the US DH: Yes, in the future. VO: Are you pregnant right now? Me: Nods Types for a while VO: What do you do? Me: Bleep VO: And you? DH: Bleep VO: When are you travelling? DH: In April VO: For how long? DH: 2 weeks (dh has an academic trip so we will go together and he will be back after 2 weeks while I stay back) VO: Where is your other child? DH: he's in boarding school, we didn't want to disrupt his schooling VO: will he be making this trip too? DH: Yes, the whole family VO: Do you have any relatives in the US? Dh: no we don't VO: How much did you spend for the last birth? Me: A total of about 7,100 (doc, epidural, hospital, tests, paediatrician) VO: Where was this? Me: Atlanta Types for a while VO: I'll be granting you your visas, please go ahead and pay your reciprocity fee.
Very short and straightforward. I've been so excited! Thanking God for favour.
Now I can ask. Please I need accommodation in Atlanta, any ideas? |

What you need is a doctor that will give you the cost of delivery which includes, Doctors fees Hospital fees for VB or CS (for well-baby and well mama) etc Make sure you have enough money to cover for the cost when you go for your interview or travel. As for giving you hospital, use google to look for hospitals in your location of choice and start calling all of them Lankesolanke: Hello Everyone, Pls can someone provide me with a hospital that takes deposit..I will appreciate |

many times they buy promotional tickets that's why. take out a little time to read through the conditions you would just see it there so many conditions. MamaOO: I can only speak regarding Kayak cos they’re the ones I use the most. Yes, I have changed fares bought from kayak directly with the airlines. I’ve only used them to fly within the US tho. So I have only changed tickets with US airlines.
Ive also only paid with a USD credit or debit card. The sites I’ve paid with NGN is travelstart. You’re right about these third party sites having lesser fares than the official website, I wonder why that is. |

Team April 2020 mine is first week too going to Houston. For birth certificates and passport, it depends on location, eg if its Houston you can get everything 4 days after birth you go to birth records 4 days after delivery in the morning after which you go to regional passport office to apply for expedited passport and get it same day if you get there very early, (note only possible if you are traveling in few days time and will need a visa) so you have to go with travel itinerary to convince them. Oluchijiv: Hello everyone, Good evening Thank u all for ur advice and opinion on clearing my old bill which has been taken care of... Now am trying to inform the embassy about my travel plans but I can't find the sample of the change of intent letter I used the last time...please I'd appreciate it if anyone can share a sample of the letter of intent or ideas on how to construct the letter (for a second birth with a B1/B2 visa)...
Then again my daughter's esta is supposed to expire 3months after our arrival n she can only b stamped in for 3months being a brit and am trying to schedule my return ticket to nigeria for June first week 2020 which is d same week her esta will b expiring just so she doesn't get to over stay her stamped in time n esta duration as well...now am a bit worried as i dnt know how long d ssn n passport wud take to process n wen they'd be out after my LO arrives...Edd first week of april...pls i'd appreciate it if anyone can share their experience on steps they took to get the baby's passport ready in time and how long the whole process took after delivery and applying for birth certificate at d hospital...Thank you |

though there no issues with them but me I like booking from the airline straight because its easier to resolve issues when it comes instead of going through a mediator cretin: have you or anyone else ever booked on kayak, expedia etc. just trying to be careful, as i have heard some horror stories about some online flight bookings |

First Congratulation on your BFP in your TTC journey. Do you still have a copy of your DS 160 form as filled by the agent? The issue of having 2 children might not be the only thing the agent filled wrongly for you. You need to really figure out how to convince the VO if you have more All the same, fill your form by yourself this time, be as truthful and transparent this time then try again. Ayshow2020: Hello all and a happy new year to you all.
I've been going through this thread religiously for the past 2weeks since I've been on bedrest, and I find it amazing how it's been a platform of help and wealth dear information to people.
Pls let me first apologies, cos this may be a little long... I got my first b1/b2 visa in 2009 through an agent (he got appointment, filled form, and few days to interview he gave me a possible Q&A paper to study b4 the interview). In the Q&A he wrote that I had 2 kids, meanwhile I didn't have any kid at that time. Anyways, visa was granted as VO only admired my glasses and asked where I'd been to... been to France once and Dubai several times. The same agent did same for my Dh and was also granted visa about a month after mine.
We didn't t use the visa until 2011, I arrived NY on 14th Feb 2011, dh arrived on 21st March and then we returned together 8th April. I spent over 7wks while Dh stayed less than 3wks.
We tried renewing separately sometimes in 2012 but we were both refused without much questions.
We later reapplied together in 2013 or so but we were but refused without any question.
Since then, we both didn't bother trying US, we've been to India (medical- ivf) and Dubai (vacation) many times since then.
Before I started my last ivf procedure i persuaded Hubby that we should apply for Canada visit but we were refused in Oct 2019 on the basis of not enough family and financial ties.
Meanwhile, we've been trusting God to bless our marriage with a child and now after almost 10years the Almighty God has wiped our tears and I'm abt 6wks Pregnant. (Giving all glory to God, who did it through an ivf procedure done here in Nigeria)
Now here are my concerns; 1). Now I'm planning to apply for a US medical visa/B2 to deliver my lo and I'm worried that I may be asked about my other children (who don't exist) and I don't want to give any false information or response during my interview, please and please I need your kind advice...
2). I want dh to be there when having lo by God's grace, should I apply with Dh or not and should we both apply for b2 or b2 and b1/b2?
3). My sis stays in Maryland with her family and I plan to stay with her and also use the hospital where she had her 2 sons, is this OK or I should get a neutral hospital so they wont think I'm trying to scout for discounts?
4). I plan to get appointment date in May while my pregnancy would be abt 5mths, hope it's not too early)
5). Also, my sis (based in US) had her 1st lo in 2017 had complications(gestational hypertension) etc both her and lo stayed abt 5days in hospital and her insurance was billed abt $30k, they beat it down and paid a total of $13k for CS with complications.
She cant remember how much she paid for are last baby in 2018 Dec but she said it wasn't upto 13k for cs with her Insurance.
If for instance I'm billed btw 10k-15k for CS without discount, do you think it's wise for me to use this Hospital (it's actually among the best 5 OB-GYN hospitals in MD and 2nd highest no of bab)?
Once again, I apologize for the lengthy details, I'll appreciate your kind advice and suggestions. GBU |
