As concerns the dog being predators, its easy to take care of. Just buy a very good cane, and release the dog when the birds are around, if the dog attack the birds flog the hell out of him. repeat this for a while then, you will not have a problem. German Shepard's are easy to train. they are very intelligent breeds.

The support am asking for, is for us to allow this scheme to succeed that all. States like Lagos,Delta and Anambra are using Auto Reg. But do you know that some agents in these states uses other states that don't use auto reg. to renew vehicle license in these states. I equally know that some agents equally have fake auto reg. papers everywhere. My friend registered his new vehicle in Lagos, when he want to renew the vehicle license, what was on the data base was completely different from what was on his papers. We need the support of all for this project to succeed, Let us stop patronizing touts and do the right thing.

I took my time to go through all the post since the last time I post a comment. I noticed certain things
Some ppl will never see anything good from Govt.(Not that I blamed them). some just don't like GEJ. And the most annoying group, some don't believe that anything can work in Nigeria. what we need is to support any good project from the govt. and help to make it work. This is our country, if its bad don't just blame the govt. blame the citizens also, since we all have a part to play. The system that FRSC is adopting was actually copied from a state in USA.

On the issue of data base, even in developed world they maintain different data base, but they are interlinked. Even on that not all the data base can be accessed, especially when it concerns National Security.

Let us support this scheme, and help make it work.

You can be issued with a drivers license even when you don't have a car, But you need to know how to drive. So when ever you buy a car(Hope it will really soon). Just register your car and your car plate number will registered to you and your drivers license.

I believe that I have settled your aurgument, Its FRSC that maintains the data base, and since all registered vehicles in all the state of Nigeria used FRSC plate numbers. Then the details of the vehicle will be entered into the data base before issuance of plate number. Beside if you change your car, you need to remove the plate number, and register your new car with your old plate number, and equally update your FRSC data base with the new car details

Before you all start jumping for joy, and giving credit to this man, at least be sure he even innitiated this project because he is known to take credit for projects he never had anything to do with.

The project was actually initiated by FRSC, Its not just vehicle plate numbers, but also drivers license. If you commit traffic offense you will be booked and upload in the data base, and you can't have more than one drivers license since the data base will use biometric system and facial recognition system. Since the National ID card did not work, let's hope that this will work.

And for ppl complaining that its late. Its still better late than never. Police equally need to have their own data base system for effective and efficient policing.
