Exempted:....and coming from The Nation. I would like to hear such news from a neutral source. Buhari ought to show himself to the public for all these stories to make any sense. He might be in a coma for all we know. |
The NATION is Tinubu's news media. 'nuff said. |
Aimosagie:Research shows that most female rape victims were actually VERY wet before penetration. Most get wet the very moment the clothes are ripped off during the struggle. The anticipation of what is about to happen is much more stimulating than the actual penetration itself. Just like men and having a stiff, women have no control over their wetness. So my dear, you are wrong. However, being wet does not mean she gave consent. |
Nwa 042. Being born in the Coal city gave him a head start. If you start your life in Enugu, you are destined for great things. He learnt his skills on the streets of New-Heaven etc. |
omonnakoda:You have a clue and you are using Maradona as an example. We are talking about an Hausa man in Abuja NIGERIA. Do not quote me again until you understand the difference Till then, just keep on dreaming. To compound your clueness, it's even Maradona in ITALY and not in Argentina. Need i say more. |

Wahala still dey for the landlordoo. He should have gone for outright eviction first. The man admits he owes rent, judge asks him to pay without a time frame to pay, the man agrees to pay, but says that he has no money at the moment. The Landlord is in for a long thing because this tenant can still stretch this payment over 4 years while accumulating more debt. The best option for the Landlord is to find a way to get him out asap. He can then ask for the debt later. The judge did not ask for him to be evicted. The Landlord should be prepared to write off that money. That Aboki tenant fit get sharp sword for house. |
Price is a bit on the high side. Retail price should be around N50 per piece. You cannot spread more than 2 slices of bread with one of that. Review your price and I may be interested. Would like to set a relative up with your product. |
DeRay98:The Flying Antelopes just got stronger. They are now the Champions. The club may never see relegation in our lifetime. This club came out of Biafra. It has a special place in the heart of Igbos. As for Heartland, I think it should revert to private ownership. They will bounce back next season though. |
Tradition or not, I think people should just let the peaceful creature be. There is no genuine reason I can think of for killing and eating a Python. One guy even went as far killing one in it's natural habitat under the guise of hunting. Let the creatures be, not because of culture or tradition, but because we have many other sources of meat that we do not need to eat snakes. It's disgusting to kill and eat snakes. I do not and cannot eat a carnivore. Any animal that eats flesh should not be eaten by man. |
So he wants government to ban tomato paste imports so that he will have yet again a monopoly on an essential product that the most ordinary of Nigerians use. That way he can charge what he likes. Tin tomato will then become just as expensive as his Cement. Thunder go fire Dangote there. I think the govt. should lift the ban on the importation of bagged cement. Imported bagged Cement will sell for between N800 to N1,000. This greedy monopolist is giving us Cement at N2,200. He does not buy Forex from the "Black market". If he's not willing to reduce the price of his products, the government should open the doors for massive importation. Nigerians want to buy essential commodities at a cheap price. He cannot get all these incentives and still sell at a very high price. That is wrong at all levels. Tomato is consumed by all and sundry in Nigeria. |
Jimi23:Hahahaha.. this your post really made me laugh. How naïve can one be. Do you think we are talking about renting or tenants in Iceland, Sweden or Norway. Try this your suggestion with tenants in Mushin, Agege, Okoko, Orile and other parts of Lagos and Nigeria. In such places, Landlords go to the police crying. To make matters worse, the same PC you are lodging your complaint with at the police station is a tenant in a similar situation. His own case may even be worse than that of the tenant you are trying to throw out.The law is a complete ass in Nigeria. It's neatly and properly spelt out on paper. But the reality is a nightmare. Come back home, Bro. |
lonelydora:This is a very stupid and dangerous advice. No one has asked the most important question here. What kind of tenants are they?. What do they do for a living?. Before the Landlord takes any 'illegal' action, he must first access the kind of tenants he's dealing with. Some tenants are capable of killing you on top of your house. In Op's case, for all 4 to gang up and demand the same, means that they are ready for you. Any attempt to use violence or Agberos will backfire. If you ever remove the roof under any guise, you may lose that house entirely. They may use that 3 months rent to re-roof the house. That is what I will do if I am in their situation. The amount of compensation you will pay to get them out of your house after they have put the roof back will build you a new house. So thread very carefully and most importantly KNOW YOUR TENANTS. Armed robbers are tenants too. |
arewafederation:You are right. many were born in the North, but I'm sure you know the reason for that. Before and after independence Igbo were heading the civil service as well as the Teaching institutions in the North. Igbos were recruited by the colonial administration to educate and run the Northern civil and teaching services. Being the most ubiquitous of all Nigerian tribes, many of our grandparents took up higher positions up North. Even my mother was born in Lafia because my grandfather was a school headmaster in Lafia then. My mom is over 70 now. So Zik, Ojukwu, Nzeogwu's parents amongst others had to raise a family where they found themselves. Besides, they had a privileged life up North. |
Ibu, my main man. Sue the mofos. I dey your back. They couldn't even get ordinary fuel to run the gen. LUTH of all places. |
codemaniacs: What we had then was the Eastern Region. Not SE. The Eastern region covered all the states in the present SE and SS with HQ at Enugu. There were no states until Gowon and Awo decided to split us up to reduce the influence and power of Igbos. |
sukkot:Man boobs!. You and all these big big grammar. |
Doug07034780891:IGBO born Zik. My guy, when will you get over this your "Anambra complex". No body is dragging your state with you. So take a chill pill and do something with your life. |
Zik was clearly uncomfortable and squirmish, just like Ojukwu was when Gowon tried to shake his hand at Aburi. In those days, Igbos considered Hausas to be inferior. The Northerners began to feel mighty when they massively joined the Armed forces and had access to fire power. |
Nightshift:Thanks for bringing back sweet memories. I scaled the stadium wall to watch these guys play mehn. Finally, we made it again. Jay jay should be warming up that be the next Rangers coach. He should give back to the city that raised him. |
Chinom:Correction: Nsukka area code was 042 too. Abakiliki 043, Awka 048 and Onitsha 046. Just to set the record straight for the younger NLers. But all were in the OLD Anambra state. |
ArabMopol:Shut da fvck up. This is not the time to blame Yorubas. They do not have the liver to carry out such assassinations. But why would someone order the killing of the entire family of a Taxi driver?. That baffles me. Very sad. |
Noneroone:Dumb assertions and inferences. If Nkem Owo, Mr. Ibu, or Onyeka were born in Onitsha, grew up there, lived all their lives there and still live there, Yes, you have the right to call them Otu or Onitsha boys and girl, but not Anambrarians. Most of you guys are not even thinking well. Is 042, the Coal city synonymous with Enugu state?. Are you even aware that 042 refers only to Enugu urban area code. Nsukka had a different code in those days of Nitel. Nsukka is also in Enugu state, but Nsukka is not included in 042. Sames goes for Abakiliki and Onitsha in the days of OLD Anambra state. They all had different Nitel codes. As a matter of fact all the people you mentioned in your post grew up in Enugu. You people should STOP flaring up any time someone mentions that These celebrities are from Enugu. It's very childish. There is absolutely no need to correct the post. The Op that used the word 'Village' did it for feeble minded people like you. |
steppin:. My friend. Get away from here. Where and what is "Umunze". Do you think Flavour can locate that place?. Flavour wey don build house for his parents at Enugu. |
OlajumokeBread:No, stay awake. Onye Awusa. From your explanation of where your mother was born, you're an Hausa boy. Wetin concern you for Igbo matter. |
OlajumokeBread:Yes, your mother is an Hausa woman. That explains your insecurities and stupidity. I get time for una this morning. Bring it on. Flavour and Phyno are umu 042. Imaa aka, anyi emee gi ife umaka. |
Any time someone mentions that Flavour and Phyno are from Enugu, some people's blood will just start boiling. It's becoming annoying. How insecure are you people. Time to put a stop to that. I have never seen Yoruba's arguing about which state Olamide or Wizzkid come from. Olamide claims Lagos. I'm not even sure he was born there, yet no ones argues with him on that. These village Igbo boys should please stay away from Igbo matters. |
steppin:Flavour was born at Achara Layout, Enugu. He did all his schooling and growing up in Enugu. His parents have lived most of their lives in Achara Layout, Enugu. His grandparents lived at Enugu. Can you pls explain to me how he is from Anambra. While you are at it, I would like to remind you that president Obama's father and Grand father are from Kenya. Hope you can follow my drift. |
Dangote fall my hand. He should explain to Nigerians why his Cement should be sold for N2,200. He still buys his dollars at CBN rates. Too many govt. concessions given to this guy. He should reduce the price of his products asap. |
OlajumokeBread:Village boy. Ochanja brought up. I don't think you've ever seen Niger bridge. Not to talk of New York city. The Coal city makes most of you guys feel insecure. Nobody cares about what you consider yourself. Just let Flavour and Phyno be whatever they want to be. |
Tolexander:I thought she was older too. She looks good anyway. |
