Minister of state is a Junior minister. He/She reports to the Minister of Transportation.

Not in this case, otherwise he would have been made a minister of state for Transportation. The minister of state in PMB's administration would take full responsibility for the Aviation ministry. Buhari has made it clear that he want's to slash the number of ministries and ministers.

It does not include Aviation. There is a minister of state for aviation.

The power ministry has very little to do now, except supervise NERC and other agencies. The chairman of NERC is the de facto minster of power. That's why Fashola has to combine it with works and housing.

Power, like telecom is now largely in private hands.

Pathological LIAR. You don't have the right to do that and you cannot do that. Most Igbo street names in Lagos (..and there are many of them) cannot be changed. Igbos are still Nigerians. Same goes for Abuja.
You should have asked your Ofe people to buy land on those streets when the place was a bush. Now, you want to reap from another man's sweat in your usual lazy manner. De money wey you collect for foundation and decking never do you ?

My account with Diamond bank was linked but they could not automatically link my account with First bank. RIDICULOUS !. I have had to manually supply my BVN to First bank. Nigerian banks need to wake up.

Without condoning what Babatunde did, that girl is 19 years old. She is a willing partner in the sexual approach. Besides, there is no blood link between the man and the girl. The mother should actually be at alert, because her 'innocent' 19 year old daughter could snatch her husband.

You are very correct. Anambra people(the low life, insecure OMATA types) are the biggest culprit. I just do not know why they consider important to point out to everyone the achievements of Anambra people. It is a sign of deep rooted inferiority complex.
Chimamanda, herself, was raised outside Anambra state. She is a complete 'Ada Igbo'. Anambra ancestral lineage, but grew up in Nsukka and Enugu.

Take it from me, this girl will not date any other guy but an IGBO man. I know her type. She may complain about the slap now, but she will always run back to Igbo men. She can never find her own men or men of other tribes fulfilling anymore.

Same goes for Igbo women. Once a Yoruba man dates an Igbo woman, he never wants anything to do with a Yoruba woman anymore. I see it a lot in Lagos. Queeneth Agbor will eventually marry an Igboman.
