As an insider, i can tell you that the problem is simply greed and humongous corruption. There was a change of guard at the customs Airport command. The new boss is demanding an absurd amount of money from the customs agents. He wants a very huge bribe to allow for passage of all manner of goods.

Negotiations are going on to arrive at an acceptable " Bribe" money to all. Greed and corruption are the biggest problem in this country. I will leave it at this.
