That's really nice. But i no fit do am. Kudos to the man. He should save the pic for the child when he or she grows up. |
...ehmm, i prefer caramel coloured ladies with big backside. @freecocoa, how big your own be?. |
This is a very important issue for me. Jonathan should hurry up. 2020 is too far away. Let's just have 70% of what we're getting now by 2015. i would like to give GEJ benefit of the doubt. I think the power road map is realisable. I will never set foot in the west again once Nigeria gets 24 hrs power supply. Not even for holidays. I can handle every other problem in Nigeria, but it's hard to deal with power failure. The noise and pollution from gen sets are unbearable. not to mention the cost. Let there be light. ASAP. |
afam4eva: Congrats bro. Your wife is well endowed. Nice wedding pics.Nnaameehn... so you see am too? !!. The guy dey luckyooo. |
abdurrazaq: Gone are the days you read constructive comments to topics posted here on nairaland. These days, it‘s different news/stories, same line of arguements/comments. Tribalism and tribalists sucks. Most of the comments about the Yorubas are just FACTS, nothing to do with tribalism. Any Yoruba man or woman that would accept N7000 to become a suicide bomber here should stand up. Not all truths are tribal based. Those BH boys are nuts. To make matters worse, some of them live among you in Yoruba land. BH ideaology is religious not ETHNIC. The fear of Igbos and Hausas in Lagos is what will stop them from venturing into Lagos. |
I really admire your courage in posting these pic here considering all the foul-mouthed m0r0ns on NL. Lovely pictures though. I wish you guys a happy married life. |
Empty boast. Yorubas no get the liver. Dey no fit do nating. Boko haramites are being offered N7000 to carry bombs. How many Yorubas will match that. Besides, there are Yoruba muslims in Boko Haram. Those ones will kill you guys first before the roughnecks in Borno and Kano reach Lagos. Loud mouthed cowards. We, the Igbos are the only ones that can stop Boko Haram from entering Lagos because we have to protect our investments. For Yorubas in Ibadan, Osun etc, you're on your own. Lagosians should thank their god that Igbos are there in Large quantity. |
Scam alert !!. But if you can live up to that your name, i will oblige you. Your place or mine . |
How many times we go see this picture ?. We don see am before. |
Before kwanu ?!!. There many more happy people in our villages than all these lost souls in the Diaspora. Happiness is a choice. |
swtchicgurl: not just swag, they are the most beautiful: internally and externally! My reply to this your yeye post has been hidden. I don hide am myself before anybody go hide am for me. |
@Mods, there's no need to hide posts that you think are not generous to the Yorubas. Una don start the ethic cleansing againoo !. My response was an honest answer to the question "what do Yoruba's look like ". Afterall someone replied me pronto as to "What Igbos look like". Un-hide both posts pronto. Otherwise this thread go die.We need our laughs. |
Do you have some LOCAL business idea. By this i mean businesses that does involve importing anything. A business one can do in Nigeria with every aspect sourced locally.I have enough start-up capital, but i don't want to spend any money anymore paying shipping costs and clearing agents. Can you suggest some local content businesses one can set up in Nigeria apart from opening a restaurant. |
Forward that business plan of yours to chinomnazu@yahoo.com. I could invest if i consider it viable. |
If this shoot took up to 5 months, then Obi Nwokedi is as jobless as ever. However, he displayed the liberal and open-minded nature of Igbos by using a Yoruba traditional theme instead of his own Igbo setting. The pictures are neither here nor there. |
Billyonaire: I am of the opinion that the existing states be merged into 6 States. That will never happen because of fear of domination of one group by another within a geo-political zone. The 6 geo-political zones are not as homogenous as you think. The states are ok the way they are now. We only need one additional state in the SE. |
This kind of thing never happens to Naija guys. A Naija guy would be in Lagos by now with the loot never to return to Yankee. Aftreall na money we come find. |
flakkykul: :oPple working in ireland re in big shitShe's seriuos. Prince Charles was right.Young British people cannot speak or write good English. Spelling is a big problem in UK. Anyway, 4 months is quite a long time. I hope it will be worth it in the end. |
lagerwhenindoubt: Bops!!We are on the same frequency. Add Shaft in Africa and all the Bond Movies with Roger Moore and Saun Connery. The good old days. |
tchaik: Mr.I-sabi-pass-all, PLEASE, HOW CAN ONE STRANGLE HIMSELF? STRANGLE! (AND NOT HANGING)The man hung himself with his bedsheet. That "strangle"bit is just Naija lingo. He was even lucky to be given a bedsheet in a Naija cell just because him be Oyibo. Who go give you bedsheet for regular police cell ?. You will sleep on the hard floor with 20 other people. He got some preferential treatment. He was a broke-ass Italian. So nobody is going to kill him for money. |
The first 6 comments are complete nonsense. Utter bunkum !!. What makes you people think that this Italian cannot and did not commit suicide. Why would EFCC want to kill him ?. The man had no dime on him. He collected Mrs Wokocha's money and fedexed a fake Bill of laden. He knew he was guilty. Could'nt stand the shame. |
The "life sentence" they gave him was a complete waste of the judges time. They pulled a fast one on the Egyptian people by freeing his sons while sentencing him to Life in Prison. |
IYA NGBALI: that is why she left me,but i know that when there is life there is hope because my redeemer liveth.Very funny.. Which other transaction e wan make you perform ?!!. Who be Timi Alaibe anyway ?.. |
Why give $620,000 bribe?!!. Why not demand or give $50,000 or less. I'm really worried about the level of greed in Nigeria these days. We have lost all values and respect for money. ARE WE STILL A POOR NATION ?. In China, a piblic official was given a life sentence for receiving $10,000 bribe. If you bring $10,000 to most public officials in Nigeria as bribe, you will be scorned. Now everything is in 100s of millions or billions. Where is this country heading to ?. Why was it possible for Otedola to collect $240m forex without any intention of importing fuel ?. Why are all the payments made up front? Nigeria is a very sick nation indeed. Farouk Lawan SHOULD NOT have gone that road in the first place. No matter what he wanted to prove. Now, he should do the time while Otedola refunds OUR money he stole. |
omodapson: I have gone through most of the comments made and I can say most of them are laden with sentiment. I can only shake my head at how some of us reason. There is a thief to catch, he was caught red handed and we are saying the thief was not caught in the proper way? How else would you catch a thief that insisted on stealing from you when he knew you had nothing he was looking for?Well, a bigger thief was caught using a smaller thief. If i stole close to $240million from the Nigerian state( our money). I would gladly offer someone $1m to cover it up. Either way, they stole from us.To tell you the truth, i.m less concerned about the outcome of this Farouk/ Otedola debacle. I just want the FGN to immediately start recovering our money from all the subsidy thieves. It will go a long way towards solving our power(Energy) problems |
The F-ool "edicolove" is Otedola's gateman. Ignore him. He has to fight for his master. |
lacidi: Well, if there were 2 lists, then I apologise if I erronously thought there was only 1. However, after seing Lawan on TV arguing that Zenon be removed from the list, i actually assumed that they were so removed. I have however decided to remove emotions from these arguments and simply stick to facts. Right now the facts are not in support of the committe and so I will not allow myself any high hopes that these oil marketers will be brought to book.It takes a man to apologise,i commend you for that. But you still have to say "I'm sorry" to me. What Otedola and Zenon did was worse than those that actually imported fuel. HE COLLECTED MONEY, BUT IMPORTED NOTHING, ZERO. You guys cannot see everything through ethnic glasses. We are trying to salvage this country. |
lacidi: Who said "Entrapment" is a crime. Did you actually read my comment or are just responding blindly. I said it's a method not allowed in Nigeria and most European countries. Most judges will not admit evidence gathered through entrapment. It could set a criminal free. I hope you know the difference between going"Undercover" and entrapment. For those who do not know, go find out.I cannot waste my time explaining that. |
edicolove: I can't really help you here man! Your ignorance stinks. The whole forum is laughing at you. Its embarrasing. You are certainly NOT in any position to help me. How can you when you are so st-u-pid to comprehend simply logic. Do you know anything about law and jurispundence in Nigeria. Just listen to your attack on Sagay. What he said is very right within the Nigerian legal code. And FYI entrapment is not accepted all over the world as you ignorantly posted. In The Netherlands, it's not allowed. The defendant would be set free immediately the police admit a trap was set for him. YOU CANNOT OFFER COCAINE TO A JUNKIE AND THEN ARREST HIM FOR USING DRUGS. Sagay is right. In the USA, you can do that, but in most countries in Central Europe is forbidden. You obviuosly live in some shithole in the US, |
Does anybody expect Farouk to hand over $620,000 to the police in Nigeria ?. Keeping the money in the house was the best choice. Only those Diaspora Nigerians who no nothing about the country would come out here to blame Farouk. Yes,he is willing to go down for accepting bribe. But Otedola would still refund the near $250million he stole from us. |
