Their students are wicked. Why dem no pour them sand🤣🤣🤣 |
mrvitalis:When are you opening your own bank to lead the way? Talk is cheap |
How was the ransom paid? Cash or transfers? In all, the banks, especially the Neo banks contributed to this. CBN should sit up and perform their supervisory roles well. Why do banks open fictitious accounts and allow transactions on them freely? If banks get their KYC right and implement cashlite policy effectively, this rubbish will reduce drastically. |
Villa12:From unserious men that will knack once and run away. Who leaves fresh and young girls to go and stay with old woman, with fallen breasts, stretch marks and sagged kpekus? Maybe you will encourage your brothers to go for such women instead of brand new ones. Bitter truth |
EreluRoz:When men can easily remarry virgins self ASAP. Men are only worried about who will be taking care of the kids, especially when they are still small. |
Jewessgratitud3:Your value is different from men's. You value being financially independent but men value who gives them peace of mind and also sweet, young and succulent women |
UnknownQueen:Sorry to say this. Women enjoy marriage more. Men stay with their wives just for the sake of their children and home. Whatever the wife is offering the man, he can easily get a better version of it outside. If not for peace, what will a man be looking for in an old woman's nyash while there are many fresh, young, succulent and even virgins out there. The old women are only deceived to leave their husbands by men that are trying to explore them and after getting what they want, they will discover that there is nothing left anymore and they will run back to the younger ones. Before they realize what is happening, they have changed over five men within a very short period of time, as no man will be serious with them. Make peace and build your home. It is only your husband that is ready to be with you till death. Others are just coming to have a taste and run. Time will tell. |
Akpuobi1:The meaning of "Money is nothing" |
Before we use to hear about suicide bombing in Iraq and Afghanistan, and were wondering how possible it was for someone to take his own life just to get others killed. Today, it is happening here in Nigeria. The world is a global village and whatever is happening in any part of the world can get to the other parts within a short period of time. Therefore, we shouldn't rejoice or feel less concerned when our neighbours are being experiencing terrorist attacks because sooner than later, it will get to us. Let us condemn evil and join hands to stop it no matter the part of the world it is happening |

JasonScoolari:They should transport themselves to Lokoja or Onitsha for their banking transactions. Who is suffering it now? |
descartes400:Na dem go still suffer am. The bank is insured and they will start spending more time and money to have access to other branches of the bank for their transactions |
descartes400:After destroying the banks in your area, don't come and cause long queue for us in the banks in our area. We are still ok with the free withdrawals we enjoy in the banks in our area whenever they get money from the CBN, no matter how little and also other services they render to us, believing that things will soon improve. Some of you may never have banks in your area again after destroying the ones you have. At last, you will be the one to suffer it by travelling for hours just to carry out a simple bank transaction. Destroying the banks only worsen your problems Banks are not the problem. Receive sense! |
Obaaderemi2:Which bank |
iokpebholo:I hope he will shut down all the banks including the CBN today, as they have stopped accepting old notes |
Until your sister is handled this way for something she knows nothing about. CBN's 300 billion new notes is not enough for the trillions they mopped up. The alleged amount being hoarded by the few bad elements can't even sustain an 🏧 for 6 hours. They should channel their frustrations to the CBN and leave the innocent bankers that are being overworked |
iHateFraudsters:Must you display your poor home training? The 300 billion new notes printed by CBN is grossly inadequate to replace the trillions of old notes mopped up. Banks do not print money and customers are not returning money to banks as deposits anymore. |
MarketDispatch:I am not holding brief for them but the amounts in question are insignificant. They may just be rationing the little they received so there will be activity in there branch until they receive more from the CBN, instead of loading everything once. 6 million lasts just for about 4 hours in the 🏧 and after that, their machine would be shut down for the whole week. If there is enough supply, there would be no need for such rationing. |
FG and the CBN have succeeded in inciting the masses against the banks. Note that banks are the most regulated institution in the country. CBN knows what each bank branch has in their vaults. As at now over 90% of bank branches do not have up to 2 million naira in their vaults. Note that an 🏧 needs like 12 million of the new notes to be fully loaded. If those that have 2 million load everything in the machine, it can only pay 100 customers 20k each. This will finish within 2 hours. CBN told the masses that they give bank branches about 30 million daily but the truth is that some branches get about 4 million for the whole week. They also give money to banks equally according to tiers and not number of branches. Banks that have a branch in a state receives the same amount with banks with many branches in the same state, if they are of the same tier. This makes banks with fewer branches to always have more cash than those with nore branches. People should channel their grievances to CBN and leave commercial banks and their staff alone |
The cash is still for customers as it is already loaded. They were only releasing it in bits, so it will last for a longer period. If everything is released once, it will finish within few hours and they won't get again until a week after. If customers are returning the ones they received to the banks as deposits, banks will have notes to load again when cbn own finishes. Where is the millions withdrawn from atms already? |
That amount cannot pay 150 people 20k each. That could be their allocation for the whole week and they decided to be releasing them in bits to last for the whole week instead of their machine to pay everything within 2 hours and be shut for the rest of the week. I am not holding brief for them but any money loaded in the machine is to be dispensed by the machine. You cannot take out cash from the 🏧 unless you are evacuating it and the records will always be there. |
Bankers are professionals who follow and implement policies from the regulators and do not engage in any act that will bring the industry to disrepute or bring hardship to their customers. It has not been easy for them as well. They have been putting in extra working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays just to help but there is a limit to what they can do. The new notes are grossly inadequate but they will continue to make available the little they have. Banks are the most regulated institution in the country and as such, hoarding of new notes is near impossible as the CBN knows what every branch has in their vaults now. |
saintopus:Run whenever you see your enemy pretending to be caring for you. In as much as the limit needs to be increased small, it will help in stopping the way these governors are embezzling our money, especially the LG funds. They normally mandate LGAs to withdraw their allocation cash and return same to them. They are crying foul because it will be difficult for them to continue their business. Don't be deceived that the care about the rural dwellers. |
tempest01:The number of senators is less than the number of Profs in many universities. Even if FG agrees to pay, what of state and private universities? Their school fees will then jump to tens of millions, as they pay from their revenues. Also, is ASUU the only body in this country? OnceFG tries it, others will go on strike for theirs to be increased too. Medical doctors and others are just watching. Una wan finish this country finally |
Taiggarr:How much is your daughter's school fees there. If she is paying a quarter of that fees here, our educational system will drastically improve. Government will have more money to take care of those ASUU demands |
osazsky:Why are they not going on strike in those private universities or are they well paid there? |
kingi777:How much is the salary of a PHD lecturer in private universities that have uninterrupted calendars? Also, how much is the school fees in those private universities and our neighboring countries? The answers to the above questions would help in understanding the real problems. It could be that the government is insensitive or ASUU is insensitive and unpatriotic or students are not paying enough to take care of ASUU demands. It seems University education in Nigeria is one of the cheapest in the world and we want to have the best quality at the same time. I am not making excuses for anyone though. All stakeholders must do their part. |
Mooh247:Lol, I hardly hear of father inlaw having issues with daughter inlaw. It's always mother inlaw VS daughter inlaw. The future is really female |
