What else will they say? Another student has come out to say Sylvester was beaten and that the school administration is well aware of that fact. The Kashamu family reiterating that everyone in the school testified Sylvester was suffering from a football injury, instantly calls their motives to question. Even a retard will tell you there is no way a football injury will lead to the sort of agony that child experienced before he died. I doubt even rugby will cause such an injury. They should have just offered their condolences and kept quiet. There is no smoke without fire. If Sylvester named their son as a culprit, then he was most likely complicit.

The parents heard this and laid a complaint which led to the suspension of these same guys. Obviously that didn't deter them cos now they've killed the boy.

You've got to be kidding! All these went down and the parents left him there? They'll argue nobody could have seen this coming, but it's always better to err on the side of caution. There's no point blaming the parents now. That will just add to their grief. May God console them and I pray justice is done.

I couldn't have written it better. @OP, post this on as many social media platforms as you can. I had a talk with my daughter who is in Secondary school because of this Dowen issue. I completely support developing a relationship with your kids and wards that will encourage them to speak up when things aren't going well. It is safe to assume that these boys had been bothering Sylvester for a while before it snowballed into the beating. If he had spoken out earlier, he might still be alive. Ask your children questions about how their day went, as soon as they return. Watch closely for a change in attitude and demeanour. May God fortify Sylvester's parents and loved ones, and give them the courage to come to terms with this tragedy.

For one I don't believe that a boy of that age could be initiated into a cult in a private school of that status.
Also what is the probability that all his room-mates,from obviously well to do homes,were cowered into lying about what happened by parents of the said involved pupils,according to the mother in another interview she granted.
The unfortunate thing about stories like this is that any other narrative that doesn't show murder and cover up by the school would be viewed with suspicion and rejected.
If indeed the school too is innocent,their delay in responding when the first online stories came out,make them look guilty and doesn't help their cause any bit.Even their press release was too cursory for such a case.
They have not done themselves justice at all.

The school authorities were most likely not initially aware of what happened, especially since the perpetrators bullied the witnesses and the victim into keeping mum, but like someone pointed out, the school owes the students under their charge the duty of care. Their neglect led to a child's demise. To worsen things, they seem to be only interested in protecting the school's image instead of joining hands with law enforcement to get to the root of the matter. It is obvious the boy was beaten and forced to drink something corrosive. The latter led to his death.

The beating aside, the boy was also evidently poisoned. Whatever he was forced to drink was corrosive judging from the way his upper lip was burnt. The poison most likely killed him.

Ask yourself this: why is there no single true picture of MJ showing him with the trademark discolored skin of vitiligo? Not even one. You forget that MJ's image change actually started with his hair - oga started with jerry-curling his hair with the Thriller album, then basically decided to go all in with his skin. Dude was black one day, then showed up a lil over a year later with skin color waaay toned-up, and about 3 years later looking like a white male. Only then did he start giving out the half-baked stories of vitiligo. It's really an insult to true victims of that skin condition.

Look, MJ was a great artist - the fccking King of Pop, no contest - his music literally blessed crowds of people. But please let's just stop the vitiligo nonsense. He has passed on now anyway, so God rest his soul.

Amen. And that last statement sums it up. The guy is dead so it's all neither here nor there now. But come o, you do have a point. By the time he did thriller and beat it, the Jerry curls had made their appearance, and by the time he did Bad, the skin was lighter. I think his skin even brightened further down the line till the guy was almost sheet white. I wonder if it was a psychological need caused by the marked bias against the black race then. I will always be an MJ fan though.

Vitiligo is progressive; once a part of your skin gets discolored, it never goes back to the original skin color. The discolored patch just keeps growing and widening. Now notice how some parts of MJ's face that are discolored in the first pic are still normal pigmentation in the second pic (eg: parts of the chin), so let's assume this means the second pic is older than the first. But then you can also see some parts of the same face that are already discolored in the second (eg: under the right eye) are suddenly back to normal pigmentation in the first!

You have a good point and the pictures may well be doctored by zealous fans or anybody actually, but that does not mean he did not indeed have vitiligo. He claimed he did.

Very guilty. I don't do eggs though, but I can't eat without chicken, beef, turkey or fish. Even when I make moi-moi, I add fish. It's such a big deal for me. I practically won't touch food without meat/fish. The meal would actually feel incomplete. Not particularly proud of this though.

Regular phone calls cost twice as much. For N100 you might not think much about it but instead of spending N1k you are spending N2k and instead of N10k recharge, you are spending N20k on the average.

Internet calls not only is cheaper but will solve the problem of double recharge. Nowadays we spend more to buy data. After that, we still recharge for regular airtime to use for phone calls.

Internet calls cuts that cost by almost 90%.

I think it's better if we can adopt this as a trend and use regular phone calls for emergencies.

Internet calls are definitely cheaper. However, they have their downsides especially here in Nigeria, the biggest being the quality of service. Because of slow Internet speeds, the calls sometimes lack clarity and in most cases, there's a delay that I find frustrating. At the moment, I use WhatsApp for lengthy calls.

Whatever you do, do not quit your job and return to Nigeria. I guarantee you will regret it. Help your siblings from wherever you are located. Have a meeting with them and come up with ideas on how whatever your parents left you all can be converted to a lifelong source of income. Accept my condolences.

As per the kids. After the flush with the mixture, you can flush normally with ordinary water to return it to normal.
The important thing is that the chemical has entered the system.
I assure you, the amount of cockroaches, insects, rats etc will greatly reduce, surely if any serpent is there, it will have very runny stomach.
