You almost sounded cool, but the truth is that you can only dish out this advice if you were a virgin when you got married. If not, kindly shut up and let virgins come out and dish such out. Listen, to be a virgin means to be submissive. Yes, it may not be directly, but it is indirectly. Any girl who is a virgin is discipline. And there is a strong reason to believe she will not go out reporting her husband to every jack and Jerry. Also, it means she listens to someone which is a sign of obedience. Also, it may be that she has a strong fear of God. Many things are attached to keeping virginity till marriage. So, do not compare the "loosed" girls with such person.

When I was a teenager, I was returning from an errand in a coaster bus. Just before the Gbagada bridge, by Mobil, we noticed some NEPA wires fell. Vehicles were being stopped. The bus I was in was right in front. The driver stopped. We were in the service lane because we were supposed to ascend the bridge and turn into Gbagada. For reasons that can't be explained, the driver suddenly moved back into the main express lane. Other passengers complained at what they saw as an irrational move. I was in front by the driver. Less than a minute later, a trailer came barrelling down the road on the service lane at high speed. The trailer driver saw the wires too late. When he tried to brake, the trailer tumbled and I kid you not, I witnessed this in slow motion. The trailer rolled over and crushed two or three cars parked in front of the Mobil filling station. The force of the accident caused the trailer head to break away from the body. Moments before the accident, a woman had been sitting in the passenger side of one of the cars, a white benz. The door was open and her feet were on the floor. The trailer crushed her. The trailer lost control and started somersaulting from the exact spot where we had been parked just seconds earlier. I still wonder what made our bus driver move away from that spot. Maybe he had a premonition, maybe it was coincidence, but God saved me that day and I will always be grateful for that.

I served in Akwa Ibom years ago as well. It was generally believed that the people were very sexually active and the male corps members amongst us bragged about their conquests. I can't corroborate this assertion though. It might be grossly exaggerated, who knows? However, my service year was quite unpleasant. The Nsit Atai camp was unbelievably filthy and beleaguered by vultures. PPA nko? Another unpalatable experience. I taught in a Secondary school that was grossly overpopulated and had the most unmotivated students I have ever seen. I really pray the AKS government is doing something to improve educational standards there. Someone told me the Nsit Atai is a lot better now though.

Its very simple.

Well...for this kind of emergency you would ideally need to have some tools handy

You'll need to have an appropriately sized impact socket with an accompanying breaker bar.

But lets assume all you have is the regular cross spanner.

What you want to do is this:

1. find the side of the spanner that's slightly smaller than the bolt.

2. Using a hammer or something sufficiently strong, you'll need to force the spanner to fit the bolt. This is why you ideally need an impact socket. The socket can take the beating. But for the spanner that side will probably become useless afterwards

3. You want to make sure you force the bolt into the spanner all the way in. This will give it enough grip.

4. No after you have satisfied yourself hat there is enough hold on the bold you want to gently hit the spanner counterclockwise to unscrew the bolt.

5. This shoudl unscrew. Unscre it till its just enough to allow you to use your hand to unscrew the rest of the way.

6. Now this time, you want to hit the spanner up and down to break the hold so that the spanner can come off the bolt.

7. Once you have removed the spanner, unscrew the bolt the rest of the wsy with your hand

This method will probably ruin the spanner afterwards, but I guess it's something to try if there's nothing else to be done.

I think the more important question is how to ensure this doesn't happen again. Simply replace worn bolts, and this does not apply to tyres alone. A few months ago, I kept noticing a high pitched whine with every hard turn. Took the car to a mechanic and he discovered a worn bolt/boring was the culprit.

Sometimes God really chooses for people. He knows I'm not cut out for drama.

My pregnancies are typically uncomplicated and uneventful as well. No nausea, spitting, vomiting or cravings. During my first pregnancy, I worked until a day before delivery. My appearance also doesn't change apart from the bulge. I did have a difficult delivery though.

The reason people attacked u was because of the way u put the blame on the Corolla as if it was the Corolla that caused the tire to blow out. A lot of things can cause a tire to blow out at high speed. Over inflated tire will blow out at high speed, u really need to get one of those portable tire guages, these useless road side vilcanizers are murderers, one of them once put 60psi on my tire when I was about going on a long journey. That's a tire that was supposed to be inflated to 32 at cold, he put 60, I had to double check and deflated it myself to the recommended pressure.

Another thing that can cause tire blow out is work our tire, bad roads, etc. One of these is the culprits, not the Corolla.

One inflated mine to 50psi even though I kept telling him to keep it at 35. Thank God I kept getting this nagging feeling to check again. I checked a few days later and had to have the pressure reduced.

The threads on your tyre are worn. Get a replacement. You can get a new tyre for about 15k.

Just today, I received a note telling me the school is holding a thanksgiving this week and that children should come with "something ". And this is coming in the second week of the term after we just paid school fees.

I can relate to the post. My kid is struggling to readjust to a regular sleep pattern now that school has resumed. I should have enforced regular sleep patterns in the last week of the holidays.
