[b]The day I decide to live in America I must be ready to buy 2 Lamborghinis in the next few months to a year or I'm out. I won't stay in America and not live the American dream to the Max legally I will rather manage naija were taxes are reasonable. There is nothing spectacular in America if I'm not driving a Lambo there[\b]. Totally My opinion. Lol

As for the ladies thing, I don't see it as a problem as i do stuffs myself, i respect everyone not just ladies aslong as u respect urself. Bt i think its ridiculous and rude and highly ignorant for a lady to take advantage of a system used to protect women which by the way i like to destroy her home and disregard her husband, even white Americans don't do that to their partners bt some Nigerian ladies tasting liberty or full rights and probably wealth for the 1st time loose their sense of good judgement and home training. Sm are not even pressured by their husbands they just snap or switch over nothing. Anyways this is nothing new or surprising cos I can differentiate a broke gal from a real humble one.

I have galfrnds living over there who remain great ladies. Most where never the hungry types even here in naija. It's mostly hungry gals that loose their senses or think men have oppressed them.
lol not a bad thought O...wetin dey there sef...

many ReaSons of which I felt they were backward and UnCiviliZed. That's in the past when I was biased. Right from the day people used to talk shit about Europeans I have always had their Back. None of the white men I built Relationships with were ready for marriage. I'm not saying there are no players at home. It's just very GlaRinG in the west. After God brought me to my Senses. OyiBO cultuRe isn't perfect either . I pick out the good of education and exposure. For AfRiCa I love the MaRRiaGe, esp Child-bearing thing Die. I love AfRiCan AmeRicans too ,there are some nice things they do other than the SCReaming ND shouting most engage in. But could be fun at times though when everywhere is boring.
Hatred for blacks could have been me running away from myself. I almost murdered my parents for bringing me to this world. And it's not like we were suffering. I'm also very beautiful and intelligent. [b]Modelled.[\b] I was just iDiOtiC & GReeDy, I guess. There's this GiRl on naiRalanD that knows everything concerning the birth of my first child. sorry I'm disturbing your mentions with my issues. I Can't change after this Guy. He's the only one I'm talking to. Haven't SPOken to my other friends since I met him. Not that I'm making decisions without the help of others because I always pray. Lost interest in SPeaking to them friends or engaging in any activity where he isn't there. I Can't imagine a life without this one man.
I may be ClinGy, but I do move on finally. For him I'm just StUCk. This has never happened in my life before and I've always been into white Guys. This is the first time I'm making an attempt to Date a BlaCk man since I arrived over a decade. Used to hate them with a PaSsion before God converted me like he ARrested Saul on the way to DamaSCUs. God is wonderful. Please SeRve him with all your heaRt. The love I have for this one black man is greater than experiencing love with all Europeans I met. I used to look down at black people as SuBhuman, though I've always been Passionate about AfRiCan cultuRe. God transformed hatred to love. He healed my wounds. I hated myself and family. I was scared to go out with them because we weren't white. Ever being born. So many years of being who God created me to be the enemy stole from me.
RiGht now, if I do this, I'll know I'm going after looks. Not hatReD from the Black RaCe.
They say people who like having Sex are meant to like kids , it should follow . But One SeRBian man that likes Seks and gave me baby don't like kids cry

I wouldn't say it's like that over here because for one, we're not in awe of them & with good reasons, are very wary of them as a rule of thumb. There're a few people married to white men though, but they usually date or marry foreign white men, not the ones over here lol. Black South African men rarely date outside of their race or nationality for that matter.
Personally, I don't think I'd ever date one. I just don't find them attractive for some reason. Remember the other one that said something on messenger & got me irritated a while back? wink Yeah, not my cup of tea. I got a few of them trying to start something, but I'm not interested or desperate enough to leave my country for someone that could be crazy or a killer. I got one from the US & one from Australia that think I'm such a delight grin Taking time off FB to avoid them tongue Yeesh! Ain't nobody is going to live their "ebony" fantasies through me.
lol...most Americans are serial killers or have one mental illness or the other...

See, marriage is a lose-lose situation for any straight manly man in the US.

Two ways to be happily married as a man.
1. Be lucky to find a good wife. ( grin Good luck finding one)

2. Learn how to be happy with (and for) yourself regardless of good or bad energy from your wife. Derive your joy from your everyday small wins.

There’s one last option but it involves being a foôl
3. Be a simp.

Women have arm twisted that society to hand them the keys of the kingdom. Being masculine puts you at a disadvantage. You must take shît or they’ll grind your àss. It’s so bad that raising your own son to be a man is deemed toxic. But you’d see them applauding you if your little boy grew up to be a woman.

Hierarchy of importance in the American home:
1. Your children
2. Wife
3. Pets
4. Furniture
5. And finally You, the man.
lol my man...Furniture you say

I do a simple exercise known as 5x5 for strength, and jogging for cardio. They are all compound exercises that worked for all the major muscle groups in your body. It is simple, effective, and not complicated.

They are Squats, Deadlift, Bench press, overhead press, barbell row. So you start with how many kgs you can lift, then progress from there. For jogging, I try to run 5 miles in 40 mins, though 45 mins are my average. If the weather is bad, I do jump rope instead. It is as effective as running, as it burns as much, if not more calories, and recruit more muscle group than skipping rope. If you want to burn an excessive amount of calories, then do stair climbing.

Sometimes when I eat large food (such as swallow and junks), and my stomach feels like a big iceblock is inside that refuse to melt, I use stairs climbing to force into digestion. If you do it for 30 mins, every day, you go slim by force. It is more effective than running and jump rope combined. Also, you must get nutrition right. Let me know how I can help you.

Yes I was scammed in the church.I had just completed high school & was idle looking for something to do. At the end of service, I was hanging around waiting to attend a meeting. Some very smartly dressed guy came in his suit. He said hello & said he was looking for someone who was computer literate. It’s mandatory in my country to take some packages in computer literacy before proceeding to college. I told him I had the basics but I had friends who could do better. He encouraged me to apply because they were looking for anyone with commitment & they didn’t mind training the person. While I was busy filling the form, Dude told me his battery was low & he needed to return an urgent call to a friend.I handed my phone without thinking twice. After filling out the form , I turned back to hand the it to him. Dude had disappeared. I tried calling my phone & it was off a confirmation that I had been scammed inside the church.Such a shame!

Just imagine the kind of Cheap scam data this person is selling.

Let's not be greedy. Even the Network Owners will never sell data allowance like these.

These type of people make us honest business people look bad.
Just look at what he is selling as data.
Learn to buy data yourself directly from the Network Carrier. I don't even see what's cheap about these data these people sell.
They are only out to scam individuals.

Imagine the Network Owners themselves that is Airtel sell 1gb while this Scammer is selling 1gb Airtel for 330Naira.

How on Earth is that possible?
Please, let us shine our eyes.
I was just about to enquire about those guys...I saw there ad on naijaloaded too

Yes, by this nairalander that claimed he was into importation and needed us to invest in his business and he would import some building fixtures with our joint investment money and then share our profit to us after selling and making profits

Only for the anumpama to collect our money and start telling stories of how he was robbed and all the fixtures stolen. We threatened him with police then the story changed and he started claiming he used the money to do betting instead.

He was a popular comedian in Abuja. I still have plans to arrest him if I ever catch him for now I will spoil his name everywhere I possibly can until he returns my money.

November 2018 I joined a whatsapp group via Nairaland to learn about mini importation from china. The group was created by one Jang or Ugwu guy, i am yet to find out the guys real name. He thought us well about importation and even gave us a starter's guild for free. He has a premium class that you must subscribe to if you want mentorship.

With utmost sincerity, the initial aim of the group was great, he never asked for money from anyone aside the mentorship class which was not compulsory.. Weeks later some members started the business and will always come to the group in case they need some clarifications.

I was just a floor member, I don't ask questions, I don't contribute, neither was I really interested in importation parse.

The aim of the group drifted from a tutorial class to investment when the admin introduced an investment program that can give you an ROI of up to 90% in 30 days in January, 2019. This was what got my attention, but I waited to see how it will turn out for the first set of investors..

The first 30 days came and he paid them all. This was all he needed to convince me that he was legit. He told us he uses the money to import goods and sells them in Abuja. We believed him because he was like a mentor to some of the newbie importers. His strategies were top notch and he looked so real and responsible to be tagged a punter.

Yes Punter... He was a full time punter with importation business as a side hustle.

Nobody knew this until March 2019 when he started giving different excuses as regards why he couldn't meet up with investors payday.

To cut long story short, I was scammed of 100k and the entire group was scammed of over 2 million naira.

Some of the investors that resides in Abuja...got hold of him, and were able to recoup some amount of money by selling a piece of land the guy owns in Nasarawa.

But me wey I dey stay for lag and also very busy... I just leave the idiot to God's hands..

His moniker is finestboi funnynation here on nairaland...

I am thinking of uploading his picture here... But i won't do that yet.

Modified

His moniker is not finestboi, but funnynation and he claimed to be an MC.. Here are some of his pictures.

@finestboi if you get to see this in your mention.. I sincerely apologize for the wrong accusations, It was an avoidable mistake. The guy in question actually uses finestboi as his whatsapp name. I will Make sure I get back to those that have mentioned this post. To inform them about this.
Wow...I was in that same group too but I didn't invest...I just saw his picture you uploaded and it hit me...the familiarity of the face. I remember his picture was posted the day of his birthday

The typical Nigerian staple foods are unhealthy, not because the base foods are unhealthy in itself, but due to the way, it is processed. For example, rice is a healthy meal, but I have actually not seen natural (brown) rice in Nigeria with its bran, germ, and endosperm intact. It has been processed and the most nutritious component trashed out, selling only the refined version that has a high glycemic index rating. The same goes for bread (hardly seen a whole-wheat bread) and whole-wheat pasta.

Your diet is the issue. It may come as a shock to you, but they are not healthy because of the refining process they underwent, and possibly, the stored fat in your body. To be successful with the gym and see the result, you need to understand nutrition and how food reacts in your body. It is an important knowledge to know, as it will save you unnecessary doctors' visits, you will look healthy and get the body shape you desire.

I am not sure where you can find this, but if you are serious with it, you should substitute swallow (eba, fufu,) for wheat (because its a wholemeal and contains fiber, protein, and complex carbs), substitute rice for the brown/natural/unprocessed one, or just dish it and go for beans (moin moin, akara). Stop eating bread, it the greatest sin when it comes to losing fats unless you eat in few quantities a whole-wheat bread, not the normal agege bread that's refined and been mixed with sugar. Also eats lots of vegetables, low glycemic fruits (such as carrot, avocado, watermelon,), and nuts.

I understand that all this can be hard, I do not live in Nigeria, and anytime I visit, it is hard to keep my weight. I was in Naija for a few months and gained weight because it was painfully difficult to find foods that have not been heavily processed. If you can stick to beans (you will get fiber, complex carbs, proteins, and other micronutrients from its), proteins (fish, meat), nuts, and vegetables, you will do fine. I do not know your goal, so this is a piece of general advice. I can advise you specifically if I know what your goal is. And drink lots of water.
