Gooday everyone. I am not so knowledgeable about stocks just basic understanding, But I want to ask a question that I can use to discover some Undervalued/Overvalued assets by using Outstanding shares vs Market cap
ALONE

- When a stock has an outstanding shares of say 100million units and was issued at its IPO at 1naira per share. When does the market capitalization becomes too much or still low?

Is it when the market cap has hit 1billion naira (10x of its outstanding shares) or when the market cap has done 100x of its outstanding shares (10billion naira market cap).

I know you guys use a lot of metrics (P/e ratio and co to determine undervalue stocks and over valued stocks).

But using just Outstanding shares alone, when exactly can you say so so company's market cap is now Over valued when put in comparison to its Out standing shares? Is it when it has done 100x , 10x or 200x of its outstanding share.

Please gurus help reply me. Your various contribution will help for my research :-) Thanks in advance

after imputing the registration details, when I click the print examination slip, nothing moves. I have tried it severally and left it for a while to see if maybe a process could be running in the background yet nothing.

Before I found a school where I would setlle as my PPA, I had already made up my mind I wouldn't flog. I was a product of extreme flogging and I knew it affected my relationship with who handled the cane.

But mehn I flogged!!! Most of the time I was flogging because notes were incomplete or the class would be making noise while I am writing notes on the board, I couldn't bear the fact I would stand for hours writing notes on a chalk board only to see a student note incomplete.


At the same time, I was always giving students incentives to learn lol. It was a mixed feeling. The students always looked forward to my class because gifts could come at any time :-)

Part of my allowee went into buying gifts for those who scored high in my regular test and exams. Its not easy being a teacher o

and 70/100 overall. It seemed tough but I liked the challenge I put on them
