Playing a HD game on a 40/50inch screen tv gives a much better gaming experience.

Also PC pads don't last long, they get spoilt easily.
I can't risk playing games on a laptop I bought for 500k or more. That laptop should be used for more productive things, constant gaming without adequate cooling in the environs could easily hamper life span of the pc

Console is money well spent, not forgetting the fact you have the ability to play on a very large screen than on a PC screen that's not more than 17inches.

That clause of leaving your parents house isn't always the best.

Sometimes, you need to stay back so you can build up your financial power before you leave home. Most of these guys who leave home aren't doing so because they plan for the future, they just want a free space where they can invite girls over to have stress free S.ex

There is nothing bad if you spend some years working while still in your parents house, saving money for the future only to pack out and start erecting a structure.
Even your friends who packed out will begin to admire you and come to you for guidance.

Saving 600-1.5m/pa on rent for a few years by staying in your parents home for awhile can save you a lot of future financial stress. Drop your pride and plan your life first, its not by rushing out of parents house that you are certified a man.

Gooday sire, if a lawyer was to draft a deed of assignment on a land that has no Survey plan, does it really make sense because in the deed of assignment the lawyer i suppose ought to specify exactly the land size which is nonexistent without a survey plan.
