Thanks for raising Up this issue on insurance, Well buy the grace of God we have never and i repeat never had any issue on accident or armed robbery incident, i wont say its because we are expert drivers that is why, but the grace of God has been following us...

But in any case of accident, robbery, fire etc...Both our company and client settle the damages because it was not intentional but UN-foreseeing circumstances that lead to such occurrence... in other words we cover half insurance of the good(s)

But the reason why u use us is because "Safety" is our number 1 priority in any thing we do, like a said we deliver without a scratch, so far you bought the vehicle yourself and our job was delivery....So my advise is buy your cars from a reliable source because we have come across incidents where Engine, Gearbox or brain box fails during transit....In that case the client has full responsibilities even if we assist in the little way we can.... smileyIts ok but 80% of the vehicles i move are brandnew and no Customer will accept a brandnew car with even the smallest scratch so i have to be very careful hence my insistence on any form of insurance.I wish you all the best in your current endeavours and i promise to take a second look on your offer anytime in the future that you incorporate insurance into your services.

I hope ive enlightened you the little way i have, tho its brief...That is why i always say call because its not everything i can type here.
Thank you very much for your understanding. smiley

For you to be able to keep this your business going, you may need to work with the insurance companies to get the appropriate cover for the vehicles. From my own personal experience,i dont think that long driving experience, army and FRSC cover will be enough to mitigate against eventualities ie accident fire etc.
I once sent 3experienced drivers to portharcourt to bring 3 brand new buses for me to Lagos and on their way back, they ran into armed robbers and 1 person died, another boke his leg and i lost 2 of the buses eventually.I was not with them physically but i took care of the costs eventually because i own the vehicles.
I just want to ask you now, assuming you and your guys are delivering some vehicles and there is an accident which can happen anytime, whats the level of your liability? How do you indemnify the owner of the vehicle?

You are wrong, he gave 180 ist class graduates 500,000.00 each not 109. I was there, I saw it live.
It was 109 and i am very sure of what i heard. You could get the dvd and reconfim for yourself if you are a member of mfm.

This is a wrong information, because i also watched it.He gave 109 first class graduates 500,000.00 naira each and also gave 2 youth corpers that won Presidential merit award 500,000.00 each too.
We need to be factual in our postings.

Politics / Re: Tony Elumelu Meets With Obama In Kenya by chyket(m): 12:12pm On Jul 25, 2015
What most rich people dont understand is that the world will not really celebrate you because you have aquired so much wealth but because you are putting up measures that will make the world a better place for the helpless.
Bill Gates had his billions of dollars for years but it was the moment that he went into charity that he became inseparable from the global social calendar.
Tony Elumelu has been very rich since late 1990s when he transformed defunct Crystal bank to eventually U BA Plc.His global relevance became very prominent the moment he set up $100m dollars fund to jumpstart African enterpreneurs start ups.Between last year and this year, you could notice how many times that he has met with President Obama.
So globalbrelevance is tied to how much value you have added to humanity and not how many private jets, wives and houses that you have aquired for your selfish consumption

Its a SAD day for Nigeria!!!.I dont think that this failure calls for any celebration from Nigerians.
Nobody should celebrate the victory of Terrorism in our soil.
We are all worse for it.For the past 6 years, the resources that we would have used to support critical sectors in our national life is just been wasted in fighting boko haram.
Most Nigerian businessmen have been crying of badtimes and they dont know that beyond the current state of the international oil price, the fact that the government who has always been the greatest spenders in the economy has been diverting about 25% of our budget to fighting the bokoharam has also been largely responsible for the woes in the business environment currently.
We should not see this boko haram threat as an avenue to score cheap political points but as an avenue for all Nigerians to overcome a common enemy of our individual and collective destiny.

Any Company that wont employ you because you wont lie to protect them is not worth it at all.
When the chips are down eventually, they will disown you and you will face the fire alone.
You cant build a lasting career on an organisation that is built on a faulty foundation.

The cold truth is that the Senate President has enormous powers and he could make like difficult for the executive in due course. The Presidency needs the Senate for clearance of Ministers, budget approval etc.All the major actors here should thread sofly in the general interest of the nation. No nation ever moves forward when Executive and Legislature fight/bicker.

I feel the reason why he is using his kids to showcase this programme is because some northerners always boycott the programme for one reason or the other.I guess he is just trying to tell people that this is safe and healthy for the kids,if not i wont put it on my kids.

Antoinne:

No, you didn't really pay for it. At some point, Aero never used to serve food on airplanes and people still flew. This food is complimentary and not paid for.

Why not 'munch' it in the plane? Are you not 'settled in' in the plane? Or you feel people are watching you?

Cultured people don't take food out of airplane. Don't get influenced by the habit of taking food away from a party. It simply doesn't speak well of you. If anything, it suggests that you are too hungry and can't afford a meal whenever you want one.
I think this is no big deal!Part of the reason why its packaged as a take away by airlines is that they realise that some people may choose to take it away for various personal reasons. If the airlines have issues with this i guess that they would have discouraged it

This is expected given that he spent all his earlier life in the military,so he is bound to be more comfortable with soldiers besides he is the Commander in Chief of the Nigeran armed forces so he can deploy any of the agencies as he pleases.

I have an auto workshop that has the decarbonisation equipment in Lagos and i have done it twice in my vehicle and it makes a lot of difference. Its an equipment that uses a cannister of gas for each vehicle and when its finished, the major difference that you will notice immediately is that you wont need to press your throttle so hard for the vehicle to jump into motion.

This is the proper way to go.The vehicles are supposed to be depreciated at 25% per annum and after 4 years, the net book value should be about 0%.So if they can get 25% of it then i think its a good deal.

OkutaNla:
The only way PDP can ever stand a chance of clinching the Senate Presidency is if at least 9 APC senators decide to vote for whoever will be running under the PDP, coz even if all the current PDP Senators decide to vote for one of their own they will still lack the needed votes to clinch the position. But like passing shot said, the APC needs to get its act together.
If APC shares their 59votes between Saraki and Lawan, and PDP uses their 49votes for one candidate,PDP candidate will win by simple majority.

If our Nigerian Police becomes more friendly and humane, I think more Nigerians will warm up to them and eventually begin to notice the very good qualities that most men and women of the force have.
The current position is that an average Nigerian is scared of having anything to do with the Police out of fear.
Politics / Re: Fuel Crisis: 5 Reasons Why Buhari Cannot Stop Fuel Importation by chyket(m): 7:49pm On May 27, 2015
Its true He wont stop the importation but according to one of his recent interview,He said that he will adopt the option of Nigeria sending crude oil to refining companies abroad to refine for us for a fee and then sending the petroleum products back to us.It seems a cheaper and more brilliant option in the interim pending when we are able to solve the refinery problem.
