I mean, we've been told that all sinners will rot in hell and I know some mad people do what would be considered a sin if done by a sane person, now, will they get a pass because they are mentally unstable? Or will they roast in hell like every other sinner?Does the bible even say anything about mad people?

I'm just really curious, where will they go when they die?or when rapture occurs?

The verse is reporting what happened in the past! Joseph ddnt have intercouse with Mary, until she had birthed our Lord Jesus Christ! Perhaps u want examples of the meaning of the word "knew" in the use of context here! Example is

Genesis 4:1-2

1 Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, saying, "I have gotten a man with the help of the Lord."2 And again, she bore his brother Abel. Now Abel was a keeper of sheep, and Cain a worker of the ground.

It says Adam knew his wife and dis resulted in a child --- meaning intercourse
And again she bore Abel... --- intercourse

Genesis 4:25

25 And Adam knew his wife again, and she bore a son and called his name Seth, for she said, "God has appointed for me another offspring instead of Abel, for Cain killed him."

And again had another son by intercourse! --- "knew his wife"

Wonderful isn't it? They all reported the past, just as Matthew did, but the Psalm u quoted is talking about the future!!! and doesn't even parallel the verse we are discussing!
