I've had alot of nightmares. The problem is.. Whenever i wake up, i find it difficult to remember everything that happened. But i remember seeing myself flying(like superman), dancing, eating, touch touching, fighting, even browsing and surfing in the dreams. It's kinda weird and most of this dreams don't actually end on a good note. |
I wish her quick recovery. She's still our first lady. |
Please tell me he didn't said all that in fluent and simple english. |
valentino14: up blues...even mr ibu na chelsea fan...the reason you should know that chelsea fans are indeed clowns. |
I feel so much for her. Despite her weakness, She's very courageous and even optimistic for a better future. |
@OP It's obvious your friend is a fool. |
ebamma2: please the government should stop this attitude of giving cash rewards to our athletes,no country in the world does this, even the spanish team that won the euros and the world cup were not given cash prizes by their government. If he didn't give them anything, You'll be the first to criticize. Unlike them, is he going to give you to money? Jobless okoro boy!! |
Nice one from the President himself. Now, Nigeria! is working again. I just hope they continue with this thrend. |

Watching the drama as it unfoldes. I'm in Benin. Waiting to see what ITV has to offer tonight. |
No doubt MTN project fame west africa is one of the best tv reality shows in Nigeria and across West africa. But the unexpected happened today. After the viewers have voted, the fellow contestants have voted and both the faculty and judges have choosed who they felt was deem fit to go back into the academy, it was left for Didi and Ella (the girl who came into the academy through the wilde card game) to leave the competition. unexpectedly, the judges decided to re-call Ella back into the competition, thereby evicting only Didi. Not to forget that Ella has hardly spent two weeks in the competition. Personally, i have nothing againist Ella, but i wasen't happy about the developenent at all. I felt like even if they were going to asked Ella back into the academy they should have atleast asked Didi into the academy as well. As a result of that i decided to go to their fan page on facebook inorder to see what others has to say. And Behold' thousands of viewers are as bitter as i am. Here are some comments made by the viewers.. Sulola Damilola Damilare "Y did u av to save ella u pple don knw the person wey dey win just dey use format for us, y will some1 frm nowhere come as a wild card and b saved after been evicted,y can't u save ella @ the first instance instead of adetoun. Ibeg adetoun no win nobody go show up for projectfame next season. Ojorooooooo cancel."... Ogundare Eniola "se project fame don dey rig peoples vote like Nigeria politics".. Asenuga Samuel Olalekan "Hmm...!!! what a great show. but maybe the judges should share their reason for re-calling ella...@least, the viewers are part of the show.".. Heartynukeh Herbikeh Kas "yap its true dey tot d contestants wuld save ella......it shuldnt b dat way...whoeva as bn evicted shuldnt b saved again ......judges ojoro joooo".. Aya-Oba Quadri Oyejoke "Why will judges call Ella back? People voted and peoples vote should count, later una go dey abuse PDP and Atairu Jega mtchew".. Babatunde Abosede Hadejoke "Why would d judges do dat kind of a thing.ojorooo don dey set in. Ella is d wrongest person to save thank God 4 OYIN/ADET".. Adeoye Oludotun Fadeyi "MTN na wah oo, pple be wise the stupid wild card was created to get pples money in the first place. Wild card extends voting for another week. For fairness purpose it was said that past evictees would be called back, calling Ella back immediately she was evicted is simply sentimental.".. Lawal Temitope Abolore "Welcum 2 PDP project fame west africa.".. Lawal Omotolani Alaba Ganiat "One thing dat is so glaring 2nite is ''Biased and Sentiment'' the judges didnt think about the viewers and the Voters they just act...are u telling us Ella is better than those people that ave been in d Academy since the season started? u made Didi look like a fool 2nite,u guys shld ave pardoned d 2 nt just Ella. dnt tell us 2 Vote again since u guys know whom you want 2 win the contest." and so many more. Please What is your take on this issue?? |
I just hope justice prevails. |
I hope they won't sweep this under the carpet as usual. |
This Nepa people are going Gaga Crazy. We're actually using pre-paid metre, and spend up to 1k weekly. That's un-called for. |
Wow! What a clever dog. |
May God see her through!! |
sylve11: u r getting it wrong here, there are some SSCE holders who reason 10x better than some B.Sc holders. Don't u think so?The difference is clear. The police force does not necessary have to do with sense of reasoning, but abilitly to deliver efficiently. |
I thought snoop dog was more than 7-foot tall. |
Can't you guys read the handwriting on the wall. That dog is obviously a statue. It's not real. You'll agree with me with the position of it's legs. A dog cannot grow that tall. |
The wife only stayed because the guy was rich. |
When was the poll conducted? I didn't vote o! Even Nairaland couldn't post it here. |
"she couldn't bear the stress of being a single mother." Mcheeww!! she should have thought about that before opening her legs for an irresponsible animal. |
Ain't these so-called leaders tired of giving us hopeless hope. They're just propanganda. Before, it was vision 2010, later 2020, now 2025. Obviously, She would be out of office by then. NIGERIA! What a failed Nation. |
That is what you get when you recruit secondary school sat holder into police force. Bunch of illiterates.. |
Dee_Ae: Thank You! naijas gon hv started in josThe name of the movie is "DESERT WARRIORS." |
300M for a table. Are they expecting visitors from mars? Na wa ooo! Or maybe the OP is mistaken. I think It's from 10M to 30M. #justsaying |
I've never been banned before. And don't wanna experience what it'll means like to be out of nairaland for a day. I'm so much addicted to this forum. Also, with the fact that I've been a member since last year. Creating a new account woundn't be the best idea. That's the major reason why i'm trying to play safe about this whole garri issue. |
Seriously! This country has a big problem. What is the problem of these low-class illiterates. They're are beingning to make me feel like all muslim are semi-hooligans. The worst part of it all is it.. Whatever happens thereafter, Nigeria will take the blame by something that was caused by some set of tooth-less bulldogs. |

So, when did states creation became a priority based on satisfiying some set of people/region. Nigeria! I hail thee. |
This is not a bad policy coming from the lagos state government. I've always thought of something like this, but can't but pounder how It's going to work. Esp in Nigeria. Whenever i watch foreign movies and see how beautiful there street are, fully decorated with flower. That alone is natures' welcoming. Knowing fully well that It's gonna help in reducing the rate of transpiration, and reduce the level of rainfall in a particular area. Which will also help to control flooding and erosion. Not to mention the few. Indeed, it is a welcome development for the people of lagos state. What they should do now is to create a platform where people can be enlightened about the effects and benefit of this policy. Which will also checkmate the number of people that might be prosecuted. Also, the lagos state government should assist in the whole process, because quite a number of people are not financially standard in executing this policy. And it would be a good thing if other state government emulate lagos. With that, I believe this will go a long way to build a better lagos and a better Nigeria. |
@op i know You.ve got some point in your write-up. Considering the fact that "Benin" was derived from the word "ile-binu" which means home of annoyance in yoruba. The name was given by the son of oduwawa, who was the then ruler of Benin kingdom. But i really don't think there's any need for a change. That's gonna mess everything up. Afterall, some of those names sounds kinda cool. Let's just learn to live with it. |
