Christianity EtcRe: What Is The Significance Of Praying Before Eating? by Clemzy16(m): 9:42am On Sep 11, 2012
I always pray before eating just to thank God for providing the meal, knowing well that, there're alot of people out there who have nothing to eat. Also, to ask for God's protection even as i eat the food. A food cannot only be poisoned after preparation, sometimes, we gotta look at where the ingredients used for the food is coming from.

HealthRe: Sleeping Paralysis: Share Your Experience by Clemzy16(m): 10:34pm On Sep 10, 2012
It's quite facincting to know that majority of nairalanders have experienced this un-called incident. Initially, I've heard stuff like this, but i kinda find it difficult to adhere to it. But now, It's like a film to me. This goes a long way to show that life is indeed a battle field. It wasen't a mere propaganda when the scripture says.. "We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but spiritualities and power". We should not always buy to the idea of what the white man calls it. This is something else entirely. Something that tends to re-informed us to draw closer to God. I rest my case.

RomanceRe: The Worst Statement You Ever Heard. by Clemzy16(m): 2:03pm On Aug 31, 2012
Since the topic says.. "The Worst Statement You Ever Heard." I'll say it gotta be yesterday show of the MTN project fame west africa season 5., when Sonia said "It took her 2years not to hate her dad." and "She hated every guy including her dad." No matter what her dad might have done to her, That's not enough reason to register her wrath on national television. I just wish her all the best in the competition, but if she probably get to be the winner of the competition, those statements will always be used against her.

People generally cheat for various reasons which i can't say because your guess is as good as mine. However, when you cheat the first time, it might be a mistake, but when you repeat the same thing, It's not a mistake its a choice.

HealthRe: Five Die After Eating Amala In Ondo by Clemzy16(m): 4:06pm On Aug 29, 2012
There is no other explanation to the cause of their death than poison. It's either it was poison during the time of the preparation or during the time it was produced. But we just have to wait for the result of the autopsy in other to know what was actually the cause of this tragic incidence. May their souls rest in perfect peace.

PoliticsRe: Okorocha Bans Imo-Monarchs From Speaking English At Forums by Clemzy16(m): 2:12pm On Aug 29, 2012
So much have be said about preserving our language and culture, but banning the monarch from speaking english in public forum is not the right way to go about it. It's quite unfortunate to know that majority of people supporting the movement are mainly igbo's. Nigeria has gone a long way, and if i can recall clearly, our officially language is ENGLISH. Also, we have more that 250 ethnic diversities in this nation but can anyone tell me the "dialet" in quote that has ever gone into extintion. Like it or not, younger generations will continue with the thrend of their fore-fathers be good or bad, language or what-have-you. There are many others ways to preserve ones culture and language, Mainly from teaching the languages in schools right from the lowest level, parents should also learn to teach their children these languages as soon as they begin to speak. One should also know that banning the monarch from speaking english in public forum is one out of hundreds of ways to preserve the culture of It's people. Also, we should know that public forum is meant for everybody and not igbo's alone. Not everybody would understand these language which is not a very good way to go with. It'll seem kinda odd when a monarch employs a translator to interpret what he/she has to say just so foreigners can understand what They're talking about. Knowing well that He's capable of speaking the language himself. It would have even been a better idea if okorocha started this said policy from himselves, Afterall, He's igbo and speak this language as well. Then we'll know that He's creating an example for others to follow. Only then we can see him actually practicing true democracy rather than dictatorship.
PoliticsRe: Why Barth Nnaji Resigned: Conflict Of Interest by Clemzy16(m): 9:39am On Aug 29, 2012
It is quite odd for a sitting Minister to just wake up one morning and resign. Especially not in Nigeria. There must be something cooking. Maybe, pressure from the cabal, just like my fellow Nairalander earlier suggested, but whatever it is, Let's just keep our fingers crossed, and wait for it to explod.
PoliticsRe: Yoruba Vs Igbo Cat Fights: Are You Tired Of Them? by Clemzy16(m): 9:23am On Aug 29, 2012
It is pathetic to know that fellow Nigerians/Nairalanders have hatread for one another. We're far matured and It's time we do away with these whole ethnic war. I never knew the meaning of Tribalist until i got to Nairaland. I don't see any reason why we should have less love for one another, Afterall, We're one nation and people. Initially, when i see people bashing themselves on social-networking sites as regard Nairaland, i thought it was some kind of fun to go with. Until recently, when i discovered the discrimination we have for each other. Moreover, It's hard to see these same people either bashing or fighting each other in real life just because of the little differences they have. However, when you see your fellow Nigerian abroad, perhaps Germany, and the white man is practising Racism on him/her, are you just going to sit down and do nothing just because You're a Tribalist. THAT'S TOO WICKED TO GO WITH. The earlier we better change our so-called african mentality, the better for each and everyone of us.
